Came here this morning to grab some breakfast since I was a little early for my morning meeting. Got the loaded breakfast combo and was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the meal. The hash brown was nice and crispy as if it just came out of the fryer and the sandwich was put together well, the bread was nicely toasted and the cheese melty and gooey. Also the sandwich wasnt dripping with greasy and stayed together from the first to the last bite. I came here at around 11:20 pm and first of all the guy working seemed absolutely incompetent, or worked to death, certainly one of the two, or both. I don't usually write reviews like this but I ordered the nashville mozzarella sticks and when I got home I realized that the sauce was not even in the container, it was fully on the bottom of the bag. It was an absolute mess. Everything else I ordered like the rest of my food and napkins was absolutely drenched in the sauce, a lot of it. It got all over my car seat before I noticed. Came here for a quick lunch from jury duty. Super small place with a small parking lot. Other than that service was good and the food was great as always. I ordered their double jack and two tacos. I gave this place so many chance it's crazy and now I outright r fuse to go back two days ago I did a to go order online about mid day. Online told me it was going to be ready in 15 min. Now me knowing this place well I waited 15 min before I left so I was there in about 18 min I showed up walked inside stood at the counter for 20-25 min being completely ignored. I spoke up finally and they said there is no record of my order. I did the online order because I would get a special deal for ordering it online. So they told me I can order it through them or I have to re-order my order that was online already even after giving them the confirmation number through my own email. This is just one of the many and when I say many, I mean many times I've been ignored disrespected by this location. I normally don't write reviews. I'm pretty sure this is my first one, but I had to warn the next people. Don't give this location any of your money. There are plenty other options. I keep forgetting how HORRIBLE the food at this JITB is. We told her our order and her said " I'll give you guys time" when we never said we needed time. I stood at the counter while two cashiers stood opposite me, looking down, fumbling with something or another. I patiently waited....and waited...and waited for them to look up and acknowledge my presence.
