Came here this morning to grab some breakfast since I was a little early for my morning meeting. Got the loaded breakfast combo and was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the meal. The hash brown was nice and crispy as if it just came out of the fryer and the sandwich was put together well, the bread was nicely toasted and the cheese melty and gooey. Also the sandwich wasnt dripping with greasy and stayed together from the first to the last bite. Wow, I've never had such a bad experience in so little time, I'm driving around doing Uber. I asked what time does the drive-through stop at 9:53? They didn't let me go in the dining area and then they just hang up. No wonder they have so little stars. I'm surprised they have two. I'm not even gonna eat here but I'm gonna make sure to leave you a bad review. I don't usually write reviews like this but I ordered the nashville mozzarella sticks and when I got home I realized that the sauce was not even in the container, it was fully on the bottom of the bag. It was an absolute mess. Everything else I ordered like the rest of my food and napkins was absolutely drenched in the sauce, a lot of it. It got all over my car seat before I noticed. Came here for a quick lunch from jury duty. Super small place with a small parking lot. Other than that service was good and the food was great as always. I ordered their double jack and two tacos. Im not sure why I thought a double jack came with double the meat but it was just one patty on it. But it was pretty good it tasted like a jumbo jack pretty much just has a different name. If I could give zero stars I would I live down the street I work at the bars and they are always closed when I get off. I gave this place so many chance it's crazy and now I outright r fuse to go back two days ago I did a to go order online about mid day. Online told me it was going to be ready in 15 min. Now me knowing this place well I waited 15 min before I left so I was there in about 18 min I showed up walked inside stood at the counter for 20-25 min being completely ignored. Worse customer service EVER!! Today I came though the drive to get one combo around 12:10pm and the chick behind the mic was giving horrible attitude. We told her our order and her said " I'll give you guys time" when we never said we needed time. I have reported before that the homeless was a bit of a problem at this Jack in the box. But as I drove up to the drive-thru there was a homeless man right by the ordering speaker. Don't come to this location it customer service matters to you. The tables are dirty. There are zero Social Distancing signs anywhere. They allow groups of people to gather near the counter where you order and pick up your food. And we are right down the street from the courthouse. I stood at the counter while two cashiers stood opposite me, looking down, fumbling with something or another. I patiently waited....and waited...and waited for them to look up and acknowledge my presence. I was beginning to think I was Bruce Willis from The Sixth Sense and these two counter jockeys did not see dead people. Maybe I really was dead.... Thankfully, they finally did see me. I ordered and paid for two coffees. That's it. Two coffees. They took my money, poured me one coffee and handed it to me. Um, excuse me, I ordered two. Right, we heard you.
