My family and I order from this subway all the time happen to be in the area today and try to use the restroom and they said that we restroom is for customers only.mind. had a huge long line and my seven year-old had to go really bad. A LOT of the people that come to this location are students from the school across the street and it is highly unprofessional rude and inconsiderate to walk in on a lunch break and be avoided by employees until another employee comes from the back to assist . Ordered AHEAD ONLINE to avoid such issues just to walk in and watch an employee literally sprinkling cheese as slowly as possible changing trays for the oven while a women watched and waits w her baby in a stroller along w an elderly woman& 6 students sitting here watching and waiting. Came in today for an emergency order. Long story short, my Door Dash order of 12 subs was rejected at another location and I had to rush in to pick up from this location. The staff was super helpful and got my sandwiches made quickly and I was able to get my order on time. I really appreciated that the Subway staff went above and beyond to get my order out made last minute. read more

Service was terrible, order on the app at 4pm it said ready by 4:30 showed up at 4:45 to pick up and they haven't even started making my sandwich. I went into subway today and when I was about to pay the card reader said declined but when I check my account it shows that it took it out. They said no they didn't charge but I showed it to them and they still didn't believe me. I was not about to pay 2times for my sandwich. Again even with proof it still didn't matter. Jannet helped me out today and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. The first thing i noticed was the cleanliness of the food line, that made me happy. But after getting helped by Jannet, I was just blown away. She was so friendly, helpful, and neat as she made my sandwich. They do not make your subway if ordered online till they get a hold of you by phone. Doesn't matter if the transaction goes through. So, if you are at work and can't answer your phone calls, then don't expect to go to subway and just picked up because your subway order hasn't even started yet. This makes ordering online useless. read more

Worst Subway EVER !! Took 30 minutes to get 4 sandwiches made . One team member was scrubbing the floor when I walked in , no one behind counter. Team member mopping did not acknowledge me until I had stood at an empty counter for 5 minutes. Instead of helping me he yelled (startling me) across the restaurant for someone in the back to come help me . Once Mohamed came out of the back (in a Huskies tee shirt not a uniform). You could tell that he was either new or astoundingly inept.15 minutes later he still doesn't even have condiments on a single sandwich. This entire time that he's been struggling there is a team member named Vanessa on her cell phone standing behind the counter just in my line of sight. No working restrooms at all! So if you were planning on dinning here that's a no since the restroom isn't "working". Had to walk my clearly pregnant self to jack in box across the street before ordering. All items are put away 40 minutes prior to closing time. Also they don't have soup. According to them, they run out and don't make any more. The workers look disappointed by getting customers at night time. I usually don't take the time to write a review, but Elena was awesome! I walked in (on a Friday) and it was really busy, but she immediately greeted me and the others that were walking in. I ordered a chopped salad and naturally felt bad because they take a little longer to make and because it was already so busy. I mentioned this to her and apologized, to which she said "No, don't be sorry! I love making these! Plus, they're so good for you." This immediately brightened up my day, because despite how easy it would've been for Elena to just say "it's okay," she went the extra mile to not only reassure me, but to also show pride in her work.
