This incident occurred yesterday, July 15th at around 1:20-1:30 PM. Me and my partner decided to hit up Jersey Mikes because we love their sandwiches. For context, my girlfriend is a VEGETARIAN. So, we go into the establishment, I order my mini turkey and provolone, my partner gets a mini veggie. Before I even get the chance to ask, the worker with stretched ears is already cutting the cheese for both sandwiches. Mind you, the slicer is COVERED in meat from previous sliced sandwiches. So, I stop her and ask if she could please wipe down the machine due to the fact that my girlfriend is vegetarian. I then observe one of this girls other coworkers (girl with glasses) give her a look of annoyance that I even asked her to do her job. So, she wipes down the machine, clearly annoyed that she has to do this, doesnt think to wipe any other station off that clearly has meat and they go on like usual. At this point I'm upset because they are being rude and theyre hardly taking my girls vegetarianism seriously because why, when all is said and done, did they cut my girlfriends sandwich with THE SAME KNIFE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN CUTTING THE MEAT SANDWICHES WITH. They're lucky my girlfriend didn't get sick, or else there would've been hell to pay. I placed my order for delivery via the Jersey Mikes app at 11:19. The estimated time my food would be delivered was 12:21. Mind you it's 1.5 miles away. At 12:06 I called the store to inquire about my order. The girl that answered had no common sense answer as to why I hadn't received my order. (She asked her "manager") She told me the order has been ready since 12:10. I asked if I could pick it up and she said the manager said yes. So I drive over to the store only to be told by the girl behind the counter that my order was picked up by DD about 10 mins ago. That was a lie. It took me 5 mins or less to get to the store. So knowing I was on my way to pick it up they handed it off to the DD driver. (Also, on the app, forty five minutes after I placed my order it wasn't even showing it had been accepted by JM). I guess she was asking her "manager" at the time and that person said it's doordash that's the issue. No it was THEIR issue THEY handed it to DoorDash FULLY AWARE I was driving there to pick it up. The food: The food wasn't made correctly. I asked for two sandwiches to put the relish ON THE SIDE but they put it ON the sandwich and on the side I will NEVER order from this store again. They have taken over an hour each time I have ordered. If you're smart you won't waste your time and patience and money in this store. Stopped by tonight after work for dinner, Jaden immediately greeted me and was friendly making great conversation. The food was cooked and prepared quickly, the store was neat clean, and immediately cleaned after food was prepared. As I was eating my food I noticed a common trend of Jaden's friendly personality making conversation and talking to others about local spots to check out. He had also recommended a new way to proper a toasted bun. Which I will be ordering every time. I always enjoy jersey mikes but tonight at this location specifically I was blown away by the way Jaden and Dom interacted with customers and made us feel like a local! Anytime I stop by the Riverside location I will be looking forward to seeing Jaden and Dom again. No issues just didn't see them as anything special but popped in to grab a quick sandwich and posting up to give props to the kid that was working alone here on 4/18 at ~5pm Had a few customers and he balanced the orders like a seasoned bartender can make multiple drinks at once. I usually have great experiences when eating at Jersey Mike's. However, at this Jersey Mike's located on University Ave. Riverside was shocking for me. I've ordered food on the app a few times already, and no problem. This time, I ordered an hour before I would pick up my sub at 2:00pm. This way, I'll have more time to eat for my 30-minute break. I got there about 2:05 p.m., and the employee (Jaden ) asked who was the pick-up for, and I gave my name. He said that order was made at the 1pm I ordered on the App and it's in the fridge. We will make you another one in 2 minutes. This place was busy at the time so I don't know how it would be only 2 minutes. I sat and wait for 5 minutes and saw a bag was on the counter. I asked Jaden if it was mine. He said yes, and asked why didn't you tell me. He said I thought you went to the restroom. Why would I go to the restroom? I'm waiting in the front so all workers could see. I saw the manager Rosie and shared my bad experience. She said she would talk to Jaden. I got to break the room, and my sandwich looked like garbage or leftovers. I couldn't believe what they served me. See the pictures for yourself. I just opened the package, and there this inedible sandwich. It something you would find in their dumpsters after work. I paid a total of about $12.00 for sub #9 and diet coke. This is not the standard of Jersey Mike's food or customer service. I called and spoke with Rosie ( manager) and she said to bring it back. I had to wait until I got off at 5:30pm to bring back. Needless to say, no lunch today. I showed Rosie the sandwich, and she said that's the correct sandwich. I said I've had better-looking sandwiches than this at Jersey Mike's. Wow, I'm in total shock, I always order from Jersey Mike's, and today, I was totally surprised by the customer service given by assistant manager Julia. I ordered 2 sandwiches on December 22nd at 6:42 PM, and both sandwiches were delivered. One was totally wrong. They did not pay attention to the details in the order that was submitted online. After the delivery, I immediately called back and spoke to Amen, and he was very apologetic, and I wanted to come back and get a free sandwich. Because they did not do what the order specified. So right now, I called to retrieve the sandwich that I was told that was going to be replaced from the mess up 12/22, Julia very rudely told me. Here almost daily... not kidding. Jersey Mike's juices and cherry pepper relish, hit a spot that no where else can lol. I get the veggie, but when I'm craving meat, I love their turkey. Their roast beef is really good as well. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh and veggies are topped fresh as well. **Get it Mikes way.. add mayo and cherry pepper relish to the lid** literally the cherry on top!! I had a really good experience as this Jersey Mike's today. Atmosphere: 5 star. I recall the place as being cool and clean. The employees greeted me. The place was tasteful decorated. There was no line while I was there and I got service right away. Service: 5 star. I didn't get both their names but I think one of them was Marcel. He looked like he was a recent high school grad on the football team (muscle city). I suspect he might have been a little O.C.D. because he made the sandwiches so neatly. Value: 5 star. They have a special in the window. For a limited time after 5 PM they have a buy one get one of equal or lessor value. It is true that this is a limited time situation but since it was my experience it made getting the #7 turkey sandwich an awesome return on my $14 or so. Quality: 5 star. Taste and delicious. Slow workers, manager was a woman who was very rude . Not coming here often... Theres a line and workers are wiping walls down.

Came in here today on the way home from a long day at the safari park. My family and I encountered an employee named Rosy, and she was very rude. She had very poor customer service. I am vegetarian and asked for a veggie with extra lettuce and tomatoes. The guy employee making my sub said you want it Mike's way I said no thank you nicely , and ordered it with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and light vinegar and oil. Rosy wrapped the sandwich up and said to me "next time you can order it by saying mikes way no onions". I guess she does not know that mikes way also consist of salt, pepper, onions, seasonings I did not ask for. She was also very rude to the customers in front of us. I honestly feel bad for the franchise owner as they will end up born too close if they have employees running people off from their location. I will never go back to this location. I have never had a bad experience at Jersey Mikes before. Rosy needs to be re-trained and warned to not treat customers so poorly and have a bad attitude or this location will not make it. read more

I've been there a few times the staff is never ever Pleasant or friendly and on top of that the place is disorganized would it hurt the owners to put up a simple rope so that it was obvious who has ordered and who was waiting on an order instead of just having a room full of people confused. I didn't catch her name, but the girl with brown hair at the front was EXTREMELY rude. I am a rather understanding person, since I have also had a job in the fast service restaurant industry. However, I had been waiting along with about 8 other individuals to have our orders taken for about 10 min. They appeared to have a large online order they were preparing, but mind you this was about 12:20pm on a Wednesday. I finally had my order taken & then after 15 min, I had to ask for my food because I had to get back to work. To which she replied, "It's probably best you go somewhere else." after the fact that I had already paid. At this point I told her I did not have time to go elsewhere given I had already been there for about 30 min. To which she immediately responded, "I'll just issue a refund." I was the first in line, had already paid, & she was busy making the orders for the customers AFTER me. A younger gentleman came out & offered to make my wrap for me. She initially told him not to because she was giving me a refund & I ask why is he not allowed to make it if he has the time? She rolled her eyes & gave him permission to make the food I had ordered & PAID for. Very rude, terrible customer service. I understand that restaurants like this get busy & overwhelmed, but for her to try & make the decision of a refund for me just so she didn't have to make it was wrong. I came in with an e-gift card to buy a sandwich. Cashier said it wasn't valid and said he couldn't take it. He asked me to open the gift card up in front of him insinuating my gift card was bad.
