I went on Wednesday around 12pm for the first time. My coworkers recommended it. When I walked in, I was greeted and my coworker went to pick up her order and another coworkers order. I placed an order with the cashier and he was a really nice young man. I asked if he knew what was in the salmon bowl and I pointed to a picture on the wall. He told me everything in the bowl without missing a beat. my coworker said "wow you really know your stuff, that's so awesome" and he just shrugged and smiled. There are cookies on this heated surface by the cash register and oh man they looked so good. My food was prepared really fast. I don't even like sweet potatoes and planned to give them to my coworker but they were so good. I ate my entire bowl and saved the cookie for later. Both were so tasty. Next time, I'm going to get the chocolate cookie and probably the same bowl. I loved it here. read more

First off shout out to the staff at this location. My department used them for catering a lunch and everything went off without a hitch. I placed my order the day before and received an email to confirm. On the day of the event I arrived between the time and was immediately met with a smile and a hello, "you must be Tish". Once I received my order, due to a mix up our end I had to place a small order to go. The ambiance of the restaurant is super relaxing and cute. Noise level average and seating inside or out. Another plus is they have my favorite drink station! The food was very good, our department did the box lunches which you can add a cookie for $1. I will say the side salad was my favorite. The menu items have a lot of ingredients for someone boring like me, but I needed to change up my routine. I got the ahi salad with extra ahi. First time ordering the ahí salad, I have been wanting to try it for the longest and I decided to give it a try today and it was the worst decision ever.. the ahí was tough but crouching at the same time like biting into a piece of beef fat, plus tasted fishy I had to spit it out. This was my first time eating here. I took my mom out to lunch at this establishment. We were prompted greeted. The space was clean, including the restrooms. There was a delay in getting the bowl I ordered. I began to get a bit frustrated with the wait. They returned to my table with my food, apologized for the wait, and gave me a coupon for a free soup or salad. Perhaps it's my fault for not asking if their Bahn Mi was served on the appropriate bread to be called a Banh Mi. Perhaps it's my fault that I didn't recognize that their photos promote this singular focaccia for all its sandwiches. I would've sucked it up, had their bread in fact been edible. Monday, 11-25-2024: Today I treated my friends from the Communications Squadron as a show of gratitude for going out of their way to help me with all my IT needs on base. This was my last week with my retirement officially happening on 11-30-2024. They chose their favorite eatery, Urbane Cafe since they frequent it due to their delicious sandwiches and salads. They weren't kidding! I chose their BBQ chicken sandwich and it was filling and so tasty. They bake their own bread and you can taste the overall freshness of all the ingredients. I could only finish half so I had leftovers---yay! It's so nice, clean, bright, and modern inside. Even their restrooms were pristine. It's not very big inside but they have outside seating where we feasted on our tasty sandwiches. Thankfully, the weather was ideal. I'm glad there is an Urbane Cafe in Temecula! I'm staying at a nearby hotel, and placed an order through the Urbane Cafe website. I put in the wrong address for my hotel, and the DoorDash driver let me know, then basically ghosted me. I called the restaurant to explain, and the manager very graciously offered to remake my meal. This time, I drove to the restaurant, and the manager was again very gracious, packaged up my order himself, and offered me a free cookie on the way out the door. So that was all good - excellent customer service, but the real star was the food. The Portabello sandwich was excellent, the focaccia bread was a salty treat. And the free cookie was really good. My work orders catering from this place and the food quality is always fresh and delicious. The portion sizes are great as well no matter if it's a salad or a sandwich. I've had all of these in the previous times that we had catering and each time the quality is the same and as great tasting as before. The salads have such unique texture and flavor and ranges depending on the selected salad, the bowls have basically the same with some more carbs, and the sandwiches are a great meal that all taste very fresh. Urbane cafe returner!!!! Can confirm this is the highlight of the IE. The food is just so AMAZING. I took my 13 year-old picky little brother here, and he TOREEEE up his salmon bowl. I appreciate the freshness and quality of the food at urban cafe. You can also order ahead and avoid waiting in line. There's also a variety of food options including salads. I have tried a few including chimichuri sandwich and it was good. I would say it's ideal for grab and go not a sit-in although they have seating available if you choose to eat there. read more

Finally a restaurant with healthier options in Riverside. I've been here a few times already and I left satisfied each time. The space is clean and there is patio dining so it's dog friendly. The customer service was great. One of the times I came with my friend and her dog. One of the workers was sweet enough to offer some treats for the dog! I also appreciate how quickly the food was served. I have tried the Santa Maria BBQ Chicken Salad, Cilantro Torta, and Baja Enchilada soup. The Santa Maria BBQ Chicken salad was refreshing to eat, tasty, and flavorful. I like the blackberry bbq sauce that was drizzled on top. It's also served with chipotle ranch dressing. This salad had a good balance of sweetness and tartness. The Cilantro Torta was served with the house side salad. The house side salad wasn't anything special, but the cilantro torta was delicious. I like how soft the bread was, but I also thought it was a little bit stale. The baja enchilada soup was also great. I'm hoping to try their other menu items soon. read more
