Had to keep asking the worker to pls give me more she was giving very very small portions and still the bowl looks extremely empty for the price and the images demonstrated on Cava's menu. This was my first time and seeing the portion that was given for the price I was extremely disappointed. The food does looks delicious

Fresh ingredients and healthy choices. I had the strawberry salmon bowl with a cucumber mint fountain drink But the cost, $16.60, for a relatively modest size salad prevents a higher rating

Holy cow. This is the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. 10/10 you need to try it at least once. I'd heard from many people it's a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. And yes, while that's true, it's so much better, fresher, and tastier. My only hesitation is their Yelp didn't have enough photos of the menu... until now ;-) I've added photos of everything so you can plan before you arrive. Here's what we ordered: Spicy Chicken Avocado Pita - This was served with Harissa Honey Chicken. My husband devoured it. There were no leftovers, but I was able to sneak in a bite. I've always loved spicy food, but I had surgery a few years ago and can no longer tolerate spice. So this was delicious, but I wouldn't be able to order it for myself. 1x Build Your Own Bowl - This comes with a complimentary pita slice. I hate leftovers, but trust me when I say, this got ate. I can't wait to go back! Now that I have a better idea of all the ingredients, I'll be experimenting to build my perfect bowl. My only regret is not asking for the dressing on the side. Only because all the ingredients are flavorful and can stand on their own. I don't need dressing in every bite. Below is what I ordered for my bowl: - Base (mix): Saffron Basmati Rice and Black Lentils - Dips (up to 3): Tzatziki, traditional hummus, crazy feta - Mains (1 or mix 2): Chicken Shawarma + Falafel - Toppings (unlimited): fire-roasted corn, tomato + cucumber, Persian cucumbers - Dressings (1): Tahini Caesar Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips - Holy hell. This alone was worth the trip. Although it was delicious with the honey, it's strong enough to stand on it's own without it. This is a must try. Do not skip this. 2x Drinks - My husband stuck with a soda, but I tried two of the housemade drinks before deciding. I tried the Cucumber drink which was lovely, but I was more in the mood for tart so I opted to drink the Pineapple Apple Mint juice. You MUST try this place at least once.

Convenient location and clean interior. I've eaten here a few times and there's always ample seating, but I prefer not to because the seats are crazy hard and uncomfortable. Bathrooms require a code, and could use a little more attention but aren't too bad. Order in advance because they always take about 20 minutes to process online orders. The food is delicious, fresh, flavorful, weirdly affordable, and they offer many more options for custom bowls than competitors. There's complimentary sparkling water from the fountain, and seemingly no normal water. The grains bowl is a much better value than the greens bowl. You can even make it more macro friendly by getting lentils as your base! I have never seen a place like this offer a protein as if it were a carb. It's an insane value and so filling, as compared to salad bases. I used to just get salad bowls, but halfway through my meal I'd be out of greens and still have a ton of the other stuff left over. I feel that greens bowls should be filled up to the top and grains bowls up to the line, instead of both being filled up to the line. Getting lentils makes it so much more balanced. The bowls seem like they triple in weight. I just add greens at home and I can stretch the same portion out for 3-4 meals.

We ordered food on a Sunday afternoon. Today we decided to order for an online pick up. It was pretty busy when we arrived but the pick up wasn't too bad. I ordered the chicken + rice with super greens, roasted veggies and lemon herb dressing. The portions we received weren't equally put in. For instance, my bowl mainly consisted of supergreens and a few pieces of chicken. I barely had any rice or veggies. Although just a few, the veggies were either burnt or old. I couldn't tell which one but they were all black. I also asked to include the free pita bread which wasn't included in any of our five bowls. I double checked the receipt and that, too, says Free Pita as part of order but we didn't receive any. Not sure which part of the meal it was but I had a faint taste of bitterness. I wasn't sure if it was all the super greens or part of the sauce. I would rate my bowl a 5.5/10.

I ordered for pickup and definitely disappointed in the quality of my food , it was ready in 2 mins after ordering so that explains a lot . Not sure I want to continue eating at this location

This location is really nice. Found my favorite bowl combo today too: Saffron rice, tzatziki 2, traditional hummus, 1/2 steak 1/2 roasted veggies, corn, pickled onion, tomato + cucumber, Persian cucumber, Kalamata olives x2, crumbled feta x2, and tahini Caesar dressing on the side. Also the strawberry citrus drink or the cucumber mint lime are delicious. The only way it could be better is if they opened a Cava in Yucaipa/Redlands/Loma Linda area because it's much closer to where I live.

I was very excited to try, but didn't feel welcomed, first time there and there were about 8 employees hanging around but kept us waiting for ten minutes before being helped. We went around 8pm and a lot of the choices were out, which I guess was our fault but we thought since there were still 2 hours before closing we'd be good. I'm not sure if this is meant to be cold since it's my first time but I tried a bowl, it was a little strange eating cold rice, and cold meat like the steak and falafa so I wasn't a fan of a cold bowl, not all the hype people make it out to be

Cava is such a great meal especially for those with a sensitive stomach just don't get the falafel bc it's fried and could hurt your stomach if you have a sensitive stomach. Light, refreshing and filling. I didn't see anyone post about the options and couldn't find pictures and I wanted to share what they offer for those that are ordering for the first time. My go to order is as follows; Bowl with arugula and lentils as base. Regular hummus, crazy feta and tzaziki. Grilled chicken and roasted veggies. Firey broccoli, pickled onions, tomato and onion, Persian cucumber, avocado Skhug, garlic dressing, balsamic date vinaigrette. Service is always fast and it's always calm inside which creates a good atmosphere to enjoy your meal.

I came to this location excited to get my usual - the avocado harissa bowl with pita chips. And I ordered just that! There were pita chips on the counter but I wanted them warm to eat right away so the worker was kind enough to make me some fresh ones. Customer service here is good and I overheard a woman behind me giving the worker some grief an he remainder professional and answers the rude woman's questions. 10/10

This cava location needs significant improvement. All 3 times I have been here, I have been charged anywhere from $19-24 dollars and I order the same thing every time. The portions are extremely small and the braised lamb I payed extra for was just a chunk of fat. I have been to 5 cava locations and never again will I return to this one.

Food: Decent. The flavors combined were good. A solid option if you're in the mood for Mediterranean food. Service: Decent. The workers were nice and helpful when I visited. Ambiance: Bright and inviting. The well-lit space made it feel fresh and open, creating a nice atmosphere for a casual meal.

    A rock in my food

I'm not sure what happened to this place but they need a new manager or team I found a rock in my meal it's unbelievable Almost cracked my tooth with that small rock My food was cold and the quality of the steak is not like before I'm very disappointed

You can taste the fire-roasted eggplant in every bite, and the texture was perfectly whipped and creamy without losing its soul. It's easily some of the best in the area. * Tabouleh: So many places use too much bulgur, but Mezzaterranean does it right. She informed me they are not allowed to leave the premises which is fine, however they didn't even explain that to me after I asked just handed me paper bags as make shift oven mitts and basically a "good luck - you're on your own," turned around and went back to what they were doing.
