I went here because it was close to where my customer's location was. The lady working the counter was very nice. I initially ordered the beef bowl but was told they were out of beef. Should've took the hint and went with a sandwich. I then switched and went with the teriyaki chicken bowl. The place is a nice size and had plenty of booths and tables to sit but I think most of their business is to-go. They brought my bowl to where I was sitting and I will say that it was a pretty good sized bowl of rice and chicken (breast). I think they use jasmine rice so it's more on the flaky side. The teriyaki sauce was okay but I think need a little more sugar. The chicken was cut into chunks but for me they should be cut more into thin strips. My biggest gripe would be that it was only chicken and rice. I would suggest that they put some type of vegetables also. read more

I had a work meeting in the area and finally got to try this deli! The sandwiches are delicious with all fresh ingredients and just as importantly, made with fresh bread. The service came with a smile from a hospitable couple who are probably the owners of this spot in the cut. It reminds me of this deli I would come to in the area that didn't make it through Covid- "Cali Grub... the sandwich I used to get at that deli was called "The Bourdain". The owner was very polite and helpful since it was our first time here . I ordered the Turkey and cheese and my husband went with the Italian . We each got the combo , my husband went with fries and I ordered chips. We thought the food was good. No complaints ! It's not the best sandwich we've ever had but nonetheless it was a tasty sandwich ! If you like oil and vinegar - they don't have it, instead they use an Italian dressing.
