I haven't been here a while. Recently visited the place. It is now under new management for a year. I ordered the Jinee sandwich like before. Totally different from what I had but still can feed me for two meals. The place was renovated but the ceiling remains the same-vents and ceiling fans are full of dust. It will be my first and last time to use their bathroom. I only washed my hands but I noticed that the sink is not cleaned for a while and the toilet is not thoroughly cleaned as well. We came in really early. The OPEN sign is not even on yet. I only addressed this so that they can make it presentable for everyone who wants to come back as their customers. Bathrooms are one of the reflections on how clean and how well the shop is kept. I hope when I get back, I can change my rating for them. read more

I went here because it was close to where my customer's location was. The lady working the counter was very nice. I initially ordered the beef bowl but was told they were out of beef. Should've took the hint and went with a sandwich. I then switched and went with the teriyaki chicken bowl. The place is a nice size and had plenty of booths and tables to sit but I think most of their business is to-go. They brought my bowl to where I was sitting and I will say that it was a pretty good sized bowl of rice and chicken (breast). I think they use jasmine rice so it's more on the flaky side. The teriyaki sauce was okay but I think need a little more sugar. The chicken was cut into chunks but for me they should be cut more into thin strips. My biggest gripe would be that it was only chicken and rice. I would suggest that they put some type of vegetables also. read more

Food was amazing I never had a black bean burger before but it was so delicious that I don't ever want a regular burger, I added avocado (chef's kiss). And the Lumpia are also a first for me and they were just as delicious as the burger. I've only been here twice, but both times were phenomenal! So far, I've only had the pleasure of trying the M&M special sandwich and their pork lumpia. I work nearby and stumbled upon M&M Deli by chance, so glad I did! Their M&M special is delicious. I love sprouts, so the sandwich is right up my alley. I was also honestly surprised by how good their lumpia is. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. I grew up in San Diego with so many different Filipino food spots, and their lumpia is right up there with the best I've had. I use to work in Riverside and I came here often to buy a breakfast burrito. They are now under new Management and kept the menu the same. I had the Jimlee sandwich which was just as awesome and I added a new item on the menu lumpia (Filipino name) or egg rolls which were crisp and delicious with a sweet and sour sauce for dipping. I had a work meeting in the area and finally got to try this deli! The sandwiches are delicious with all fresh ingredients and just as importantly, made with fresh bread. The service came with a smile from a hospitable couple who are probably the owners of this spot in the cut. It reminds me of this deli I would come to in the area that didn't make it through Covid- "Cali Grub... the sandwich I used to get at that deli was called "The Bourdain". M & M is located in a commercial lot but they have a sign above that is easy to find. There is plenty of free parking and features indoor low top and booth seating only . The owner was very polite and helpful since it was our first time here . I ordered the Turkey and cheese and my husband went with the Italian . We each got the combo , my husband went with fries and I ordered chips. We thought the food was good. No complaints ! It's not the best sandwich we've ever had but nonetheless it was a tasty sandwich ! If you like oil and vinegar - they don't have it, instead they use an Italian dressing.
