i say star 0! I visited this location this evening on my way to work and ordered food and a small Thai Tea without ICE. My food arrived very quickly, however there seem to be an issue with the drink, after what seemed to be close to 10 minutes later they brought me my drink half filled with a note ( see picture) I did try to clarify why and since I have been to this location previously and often to other locations without a problem I was quite frustrated. I've been eating Waba Grill for well over 12yrs now and this is the FIRST TIME EVER the meat did NOT cross the line at the top of the bowl. It's not like these bowls consist of anything other than rice and meat, you'd think they determine a proper ratio so that you're eating a beef bowl and not a rice bowl w/beef ‍‍. Not to mention the fact that woman took meat OFF the top before they sealed my bowl, I thought they put too much meat and then I get home and open the bowl and it was hardly any. The food is good, but they need to pay attention to detail. I ordered 2 tacos to go and when I got home and opened my taco, there was so much sauce it was very hard to eat. A little sauce goes a long way. Also, my son ordered a bowl with a half-ocado and when we got home and started eating, he realized they didn't give him the avacado, but they charged me 2.00. They are super friendly and always make sure I have exactly what I ordered. Today I came by for lunch and for dinner and I did a phone order. Aurthro remembered exactly who I was by the way I order my meat (cut very small). It's great to see that people take pride in their job still and WANT to give good customer service.
