Singapore Street Noodles and Shrimp Dumplings
    Diana P.

    P. F. Chang's used to be one of my least favorite spots but has slowly been growing on me this year. The main reason I've been coming back to P. F. Chang's is because they have a really good rewards system. They often award various discounts and even PF Chang's cash that you can redeem without a minimum purchase. Although I've been mostly doing takeout inside is really big with lots of seats. It's also clean and the staff is always friendly when i go. They often times even add me extras like a side of rice for free. This previous time i had 2 rewards that i was even able to use on the same day. I ordered the Singapore noodles and shrimp dumplings. I will say the noodles were just okay and nothing like authentic Singapore noodles but it was a huge portion and easily shareable . The shrimp dumpling's were pretty good and the chili oil that came on the side was delicious. I do recommend trying PF Chang's or at least signing up for the rewards cause they are offering lots of good deals.

Came in for dinner with family while visiting the Riverside areas. Was actually surprised to know P.F. Chang's was still around as all of the one I'm familiar with in Northern California has closed down. Which was about 10 years ago or so, so I haven't been to this establishment in at least at leather long. It was pretty quiet when we arrived on the Friday eve that we did, and we're sat at a table for 4 which was kinda small for our party. Eventually we ordered the following: Appetizers: Fried Pork Dumplings Chang's Lettuce wraps Main courses: Dynamite roll Chang's Spicy Chicken entree Orange Chicken entree Food was good and my favorites were the fried pork dumplings and the Chang Lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps was the dish I missed the most from them closing back home. My only complaint waa the seating, as our table was way too small for a party of 4. We noted it when we actually sat down, as it seemed small before we even got out food. But once you added 4 separate entrée's and 2 appetizers, there literally was barely any room for everything. So that was a but annoying. I think it would've made more sense to have put us in a larger booth and or at a booth where you could combine two smaller tables. Allowing for more seating room, and table area for our drinks and meals.

Really good date night and impromptu dinner. It was an empty restaurant which was nice...our server, Mindy, was really great tonight! She was by herself and had a few tables that she handled very well. She was knowledgeable and thorough when explaining things. Our drinks were never empty and she checked on us regularly. The food got out in and came out really quick. We had the crunchy bean beans and lettuce wraps to start...always really good! Our entrees were Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao Shrimp & Beef Fried Rice. Flavor was on point and everything was served hot and fresh! Thank u for a great night! See u guys soon!

First time at this location. Ambiance was exactly what im always looking for low lit, calm music and not crowded. Given it was a wednesday there weren't very many people inside. Took some time to get seated but once we were seated we were greeted. Our server informed us she was training but she did great. Friendly, nice, smiling and attentive. She went over the specials. Which was $20pp. It comes with got two starters soup or salad,a shareable appetizer and entree. Everything was delicious!. My husband had sesame chicken and I got chicken low mein. It was a pretty big portion I took some home. We shared a birthday desert vanilla ice cream on a chocolate fudge brownie cake. Very rich! I couldnt leave without tasting the ginger mule!! 8/10. So refreshing!. Not everyone likes them but they are my fave! Until next time...

My first time to this location. The food was average and the service wasn't the best. We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the food and service. The men's restroom was dirty and unexpected for a place like this. I was a bit disappointed. I was going to post a Picture of the men's toom but didn't think it would be appropriate It was discussing.

I haven't been to PF Chang's in years, we were supposed to eat at Cheesecake Factory but the line was about an hour long. I remember Pf Changs being pretty good but I know a lot of people don't really favor it. However, my overall experience was really good. I told the staff that I had a nut allergy and they brought me out this printout of foods from their menu that is safe for me to eat. To me, that safety practice means the most because they care about their customers. Once I ordered, they made to place my food on a red plate to identify that it is nut free. I loved the inside of the restaurant, it reminds of the one near my house with the lighting. The food quality was pretty good and they give you pretty good portions

So my best friend birthday is today and she picked to come here. According to Yelp, I haven't been here for eight years. I don't know what happened. We were a big fan for a while but either way tonight it was pretty amazing. First, we came to the bar and enjoyed happy hour. I like that it goes till 6 PM. The prices aren't that great the drink specials and the food is like a dollar off but it's still a deal or a discount. Then we got our table and Freddie was our waiter and he was really great! He was very sweet to the birthday girl and he brought both of us desserts for our birthday. I didn't even have to show my PF Chang's membership to get it so I joked with her that we should definitely come back because we both had free edamame and a free dessert. We shared the feast and it certainly was both of us had leftover containers. All of the food was amazing and don't be afraid of the dynamite shrimp. It's not a hot just pull out those red dried peppers. My husband got his favorite spicy soup and it was delicious I know my birthday friend enjoyed everything The entire staff was wonderful

PF Changs was really great when I was a meat eater but they only have a few vegetarian dishes and they all contain eggplant or tofu - both of which I dislike. The hubby and I have taken to ordering the CA roll without the crab, but the portion size is always pitiful. There's hardly any rice and it's $15 bucks. If we each order one, we're paying $30 bucks for $5 worth of food. There's so little cost to the restaurant for this dish, Come On. Food always tastes really great and the service is almost always wonderful. My only complaint is that they need to learn how to make decent hand rolls.

What a lovely New Year dinner! NICK was our server and made the entire evening memorable! He was so attentive! Beyond that, he made sure we knew all about the menu. It's clean, food is so damn good, and the service is what's really bringing us back. Let me rave some more about Nick, his vibe suits anyone in there 20's/30's/40's with a comforting personality, suave handle with the food, care for us having a good time. I didn't really enjoy my first drink (this is just my taste buds talking) and he replaced it for something else I enjoyed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND: changs chicken and white rice + Singapore noodles + sangria = FIRE!

PF Chang's buildings are always dramatic and big. I know some locations - likely most locations, are considered the fanciest restaurant in a big busy city but this is a chain and they are not winning any food awards. The food has some strengths and weaknesses. Strengths: It's consistent. Orange chicken in any of the 300 locations tastes exactly the same and is exactly the same in portion size as well. They do cut fresh veggies for the salads and entrees, but the sauces are not all real ingredients. They overly sweet. The hot tea is superb. The black pepper on the table is in beautiful shakers but is too big to barely come out of the shaker. The drinks are almost all un-priced and too much. They're all around $5 and more. The staff is nice and warm and inviting but looks like they under staff. I tried the seasonal lobster dumplings - the butter sauce is weird. I didn't like them. Not very lobstery. It needs heat or vinegar. And the salmon on my salad was cooked way way too long. It was hard to eat. They have a birthday club. I'm a sucker for the birthday freebies but I won't come out of my way for this. I don't crave anything here. I tried the hot and sour soup - I didn't like it!

Hi Daniel, you don't have to make a reservation but it is highly encouraged if you want to ensure you will be able to be seated.

Do they have a happy hour food and drink menu? If so what are the days and times?

We do not currently offer happy hour. Thanks.

Our entire family grieved the loss of one of the best dim sum and Chinese cuisine restaurants in the Riverside area. But lately, there was a lot of talk, good talk, that the same owner had reopened here, a tinier bistro setting, not as flashy interior. So here we are, finally, late to the party, but sublimely happy. First things first. An order of their siu mai. Still just as plump, with their signature, wonderful pork- shrimp filling, my taste buds let out a big sigh of relief. I've had to endure some pretty horrible ones from other restaurants lately. Big Skyy's is superb. Next, the black bean pork ribs. Wonderful, just as we remembered. A healthy portion, plenty of meat in spite of the bones. Great gravy. Finally, the eggplant with beef. This one was extra special, made with generous amounts of filet mignon, eggplant cut in spears, cooked in a salty sweet garlic sauce that is very special. It was melt-in-your-mouth, swoon worthy. One of my favorites. They still accommodate large family groups, a few big round tables for 6 or more. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. They feature the same marvelous menu and the same chef who creates those traditional Chinese dishes with pizzazz. It's wonderful to re-acquaint ourselves with an old "friend". It's even better to know, the important things we remembered have not changed a bit. You would be right to assume we will be back!

The restaurant itself is super spacious, and since we came at kind of an odd time after the lunch rush, it was really calm and relaxing inside. We ordered the Salt and Pepper Calamari, and it was really good. The calamari was crispy, lightly seasoned, and still tender inside, which made it super satisfying to eat. I do wish it came with a dipping sauce, but we already had sweet and sour sauce on the table and ended up using that instead, which actually paired really well with it. We also got the Chicken Pad Thai, which honestly impressed me a lot. The portion size was huge for the price, I think it was around $12-13, which felt really worth it for how much food we got. The noodles were flavorful, well cooked, and had a good balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors without feeling too heavy. The people working there were really welcoming and kind, and it felt like a family-run restaurant, which made the experience feel even more comforting and homey.

This is the most bizarre mapo tofu I've ever had. Rather than the traditional ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, this came with long strips of fried pork and no mushrooms. I'm also used to thicker sauce, but this one was very watery. A tad spicy, but not over bearing. Maybe a recipe from a different Provence of china? Not what I was looking for. $15.00 later and a fortune cookie...and I was done. Not sure if I'd come here for the mapo tofu again. Others in the restaurant offered the 2-3 item combos. Everything tastes good. I just finished my leftovers and I'm already craving the noodles since they were so soft. The restaurant is clean and modern with big windows and an outdoor patio. If it weren't so hot (We came on a 100F day) it looked like a nice place to eat under the umbrellas. I accidentally spilled a jar of hot sauce which for some reason had a loose removable lid and one of the waitresses was quick to clean it up for us. She was nice about it, too, like she could've easily copped an attitude with us about it, but didn't. A man next to us said he accidentally did the same thing which makes me think they need to find a different container for that sauce. There's a huge parking lot, so that wasn't a problem. However, the area directly in front of the restaurant and the other shops near it were sectioned off with yellow caution tape for some reason and my sister said it looked like a murder scene, which made me laugh. I'm fairly sure that wasn't the case, but I don't know why they did it. The only reason I knew the restaurant was open for business was because I saw people eating inside through the windows.

First, I arrived shortly after they opened on a Tuesday, which is important to highlight because they're closed on Mondays, and I suspect one dish I tried had the texture of leftovers (from the weekend). Part of me wants to try again later in the week, and day to see if this was a fluke. What I ordered was a rice bowl with braised pork belly and daily vegetables. Everything was good except the pork was dry and tough, clearly not braised that day or heated all the way through. I forget what my first choice was, but it wasn't available that day. My other item was the wonton soup, which also disappointed me for a few reasons. Portion size is good, but the broth tasted really thin, watery, and the wontons were overcooked and falling apart. The cause was they were forgotten about and the pot boiled over. Generally, you cook these below the boil to prevent the cloudy mess from disintegrating skins. The filling tasted fine, but again, overall flavors and balance was marred. I did, however, enjoy the lenon tea that comes with every combination meal. And, the employees are very nice, but the food didn't make the cut. They have a big menu and I've seen the skewers and hot pots in action so I know there's potential.
