You can tell they're made with care and not just sitting around waiting to be served. The fried rice was also excellent: flavorful, perfectly cooked, and not overly greasy. The wontons in chili oil were outstanding. The sauce had just the right amount of heat--flavorful and slightly spicy without overpowering the dish. Even if you don't like extremely spicy food, these are very easy to enjoy. Overall, everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. I'm not sure if the quality went down since the last time or if they were just extremely busy (which they usually are, I would highly recommend getting there early to put your name down) but the food wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. i would consider this as an awkward dining experience and don't think i'll ever come back because of how the employee were treated. We overheard a conversation where the owner delayed an employee's paycheck. When the employee came in to pick it up, the owner was completely late and left her waiting the entire time we were dining there. Found this restaurant on Yelp. There was a line and wait around lunch time. We had a short wait. Restaurant was clean and tables were cleaned quickly. The food was quite enjoyable. We enjoyed the flavors in the dumplings and the unusual beef roll. The lo mein was good but average. The cold green tea with strawberry and passion fruit were quite thirst quenching and craveable. Service was my only issue. I had to call the waiter over to order and to ask for the check. Food was delivered timely. I was surprised by how big the portions are, like you could buy a plate of rice or noodles and easily share it with 4 people, which justifies the price since it is a little expensive. I spent around $77 including tip which was 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 main plates. Actually, they don't have just a side of fried rice, so we were forced to buy it as a main plate. Everything tastes good. I just finished my leftovers and I'm already craving the noodles since they were so soft. The restaurant is clean and modern with big windows and an outdoor patio. If it weren't so hot (We came on a 100F day) it looked like a nice place to eat under the umbrellas. I accidentally spilled a jar of hot sauce which for some reason had a loose removable lid and one of the waitresses was quick to clean it up for us. She was nice about it, too, like she could've easily copped an attitude with us about it, but didn't. A man next to us said he accidentally did the same thing which makes me think they need to find a different container for that sauce. There's a huge parking lot, so that wasn't a problem. However, the area directly in front of the restaurant and the other shops near it were sectioned off with yellow caution tape for some reason and my sister said it looked like a murder scene, which made me laugh. I was having dinner with my girlfriend and we overheard a conversation between the owner and an employee that came to pick up their check. Apparently overhearing the conversation. The owner told the employee to come at 5PM, and the owner went MIA and did not show up until 6pm. Personally, I think that is very unacceptable and non professional for any owner to do. I came in on a Wednesday early evening. It was still quiet. The interior of the restaurant can sit a decent amount of patrons - 11 tables of four, three tables of two and three tables of six or more but tables can be pushed together to accommodate larger groups. It is light and bright. No decorations on the tables. You need to keep space for the food. I ordered the xiao long bao and pork and cabbage dumplings (steamed). The XLB had more dough so it was thicker. When it got cold, it got very tough. Key is to eat it quick. No diddly dallying. Pork and cabbage dumplings were more flavorful. Easiest to eat. Stayed warmed longer. Even when they cooled down, it still tasted better. It took about twenty minutes to receive. Music started playing at 5 pm. I appreciated that when I was struggling with napkin, the waitress brought me another one. The one thing I learned from scalding my mouth at other restaurants is to poke a hole in the XLB before putting the entire thing in your mouth to let some of the steam escape. The phone was ringing off the hook. I suspect people calling to place to go orders. The tables are close together so you can hear the people sitting next to you especially if you get inconsiderate ones who don't know how to control the volume of their voices or their phones. 一路走來，萬物皆有回轉，當你覺得日子苦澀， 堅持下去，一切終會回甘，人生長路漫漫，即使山重水覆， 只要繼續邁步，總會有柳暗花明的一天～ 今天要介紹的餐廳在 Norco, 應該還是算corona ，反正就在Eastvale 旁邊，會過來是因為到那換駕照，比較沒那麼多人，找了家中餐廳來試試，沒想到這家的生意那麼的好，禮拜一中午，都是大客滿，而且我坐在窗邊，這個Plaza餐廳很多，但大部分的客戶幾乎都往這裡來， 讓我過跟朋友都有些吃驚， 可能是在 Norco, 第一， 價格已經比較便宜些，第二， 餐廳賣的小籠包， 燒賣， 炒飯， 核桃蝦等等，都是老外喜歡的菜色， 味道又不差， 其實應該說跟在羅蘭岡吃中餐不相上下，難怪生意強強滾是正常的， 裡面放的是周杰倫20年前的歌， 有點像以前到外州， 放的都是鄧麗君的小城故事之類的感覺， yelp 800 多個review 還有4.6 分，很不錯，現在很多朋友也住在Eastvale 那邊，可以過來這家試試～ read more
