My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for the past couple of years. Everytime we come, the service is great. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. The food is amazing and always fresh, the portions are great especially for big families. Every time I try to take pictures to leave a review the food is already finished lol. That's how you know it's delicious lol. The place itself is always calm and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking to try a new spot in the corona area. I promise it won't disappoint.

Great food. Service is a bit spotty. I had to ask for water 4 times. There were 3 of us. We ordered hot tea and sake. 2 cups for sake, 1 for tea, and finally 2 waters after 20 minutes. I had to walk to the kitchen entrance and ask kitchen staff for the 3rd water glass after trying both waiter and bus person who forgot... Back to food. Very good. This is probably my favorite restaurant in the Norco/Corona area. Sizzling rice soup and all the appetizers that come with Dinner C, on point :) Lemon chicken, Twinkle walnut shrimp and Moo goo gai pan all delicious. Lots of leftovers too.

Got an order for pick up about an hour before they closed and it did not disappoint! It was really good and the serving sizes were great! It was only my boyfriend and I so we had enough for dinner and lunch the next day. We ordered a chicken sizzling rice soup, pork fried rice, chicken lo mein, Mongolian beef and the teriyaki beef stick appetizer. They ended up giving us an order of the egg rolls, fried wontons and white rice for free with our order too! We will definitely be back to try their dine in service and different dishes!

There's something about this cha chiang mein from Red Ginger China Bistro in Corona, CA that's addicting. This is not something I usually order especially from a Chinese restaurant because the places I've been to don't serve Korean food and it's carby. I was curious and wanted to try their version found under lunch specials and "K Menu". Worth a try for $10.99. The huge bowl of noodles with its meaty and savory sauce that comes with egg flour or hot sour soup, wonton strips, and fried spring roll is a good deal! My kids enjoyed my leftover after school (I ate from a separate plate). Looks like I barely had any even though I had a decent serving of it. My comment is that some of the noodles were stuck together and undercooked. Tip: Though the leftover was still tasty, it's better to have it while it's still smokin' hot. Note: Parking is ample. The interior decor looks festive. The host and server were friendly and attentive from beginning to end. (I went there last year and had their Mongolian Beef...tasty but kind of lacked the richness and charred flavor of the dish I've had at other Chinese restaurants.)

We came to have dinner here and got the Dinner combo . It came with fried shrimp, eggrolls, some beef, and a wonton soup. The wonton soup was delicious! The other appetizers were pretty generic. The service was good the server continued checking in on us. It was a quit atmosphere. I ordered a Mai Tai and it was delicious. The food was okay I was expecting more.

I love this spot. This is our hometown favorite for soup and Chinese comfort food. The owner Tom is so sweet!

One of the coolest touches is the large window where you can watch the staff making dumplings by hand. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We tried the cucumber salad, Xiao Long Bao, shrimp and pork Shao Mai, beef and onion dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, and the house special fried rice. The fresh fruit teas were also delicious and incredibly refreshing. A great place to satisfy your dumpling cravings, and we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I spent around $77 including tip which was 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 main plates. Actually, they don't have just a side of fried rice, so we were forced to buy it as a main plate. Everything tastes good. I just finished my leftovers and I'm already craving the noodles since they were so soft. The restaurant is clean and modern with big windows and an outdoor patio. If it weren't so hot (We came on a 100F day) it looked like a nice place to eat under the umbrellas. I accidentally spilled a jar of hot sauce which for some reason had a loose removable lid and one of the waitresses was quick to clean it up for us. She was nice about it, too, like she could've easily copped an attitude with us about it, but didn't. A man next to us said he accidentally did the same thing which makes me think they need to find a different container for that sauce. There's a huge parking lot, so that wasn't a problem. However, the area directly in front of the restaurant and the other shops near it were sectioned off with yellow caution tape for some reason and my sister said it looked like a murder scene, which made me laugh. I'm fairly sure that wasn't the case, but I don't know why they did it. The only reason I knew the restaurant was open for business was because I saw people eating inside through the windows.

The banchan was delicious and had a nice variety, including radish stem kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fish cakes, soybean paste with nuts, fried eggplant, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We started with the fried dumplings, which were crispy on the outside and filled with really tasty filling. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering. They serve hot barley tea and water, and you can buy canned soft drinks if you want something else. Everything we had was delicious--honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Prices were fair, and the customer service was great. Our waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were good and even showed us how to make rice porridge using the hot barley tea and the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot, which ended up being really good too. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, well-lit, and has lots of natural color (tans, brown). It appears to have been recently remodeled. There is plenty of seating and open space. This restaurant is great for groups of all sizes. We'll definitely be back to try more items.

I am used to soon tofu soup having multiple levels of spiciness. Also no raw egg is offered without the soup, this I also found odd. Also, banchan was very disappointing. This is what makes the meal for me. Kimchi was not fermented enough and was a pale orange color, fishcake was not offered without you asking, there were no cucumbers, scallion pancake, seasoned bean sprouts, potatoes, or noodles. The flounder offered was very tasty but again, offered at the end of the meal when we were wrapping up. I'm used to this being offered at the beginning or during meal. I think I would only go back if they ramped up their banchan but I did ask, and they said they won't really rotate their banchan :( staff was very attentive but the food will make or break it for me. Hoping I can retry in the future once they're more established.

I didn't even bother to write a review at that time, but had submitted five photos, some good, others not, that told the tale. So this time, with some trepidation, we gave them a second chance. Glad we did. This time was different. Two dishes, the black bean ribs and the salt & pepper pork chops, turned out great. Not only did they have good flavor, both dishes were quite generous and meaty. And if we had stopped ordering right there, I wouldn't have had any reason to drop a star. It was the dim sum that almost ruined it. The siu mai (8 pcs) were small and oddly fishy tasting, lacking the traditional aromatics. One bite and I knew there was no way I would continue eating them. No reason to bring them home either. Was I willing to just throw away my $13? No. Disappointed, I bravely told the server, and then, the manager. I got a "deer in the headlights" response, followed with a "what's wrong with it" query. Awkward moment. But, minutes later, the server returned from the back kitchen, and the most miraculous, unexpected thing happened. She said they would take it off my bill! Honestly, I was not expecting any resolution. But in wisely doing this, they frankly rescued the situation and my attitude. I respected that one gracious gesture. So, while the siu mai will still never be anything I order here, there is a vast menu to explore, and a few dishes I already know will not let me down. Two of these were from our first time, the char siu baos and the shrimp with scrambled egg. These were good. That said, this is a decent business that proved they wanted my business. We will come back.

It is a good place to get take out Chinese food as you can order online and pick up. I've also dined here before and their portions are quite large. Sometimes the wait staff will take a long time to refill your water or tea but overall it has been fairly good dining experiences. They do have lunch specials during the weekdays. Tonight we got their mixed meat and shrimp over fried noodle. Absolute love this dish. Packed with flavor and not too salty. Also got their eggplant with tofu. Surprising this dish was quite delicious. Not too salty and quite savory. Totally get this again. Usually we get their eggplant with garlic sauce and it's quite filling. Too bad it doesn't come with a side of rice for to go orders. Will be back again soon!

Honestly most people know ramen expectations should be low when you order it as take out but i think they do a great job with how they package their takeout! I've tried their normal lemonade and their mango passionfruit sweet tea and personally i like their sweet tea more! The drink portion is nice and large! Definitely not overly sweet and it always hit with my ramen. I've tried most of their ramens, i like the fact that they have different style noodles. Personally i think their wavy noodles go better with the rich broths like the miso and the Tokyo style one (a mix of shoyu and tonkotsu ) and the straight noodles go god with their clear broth like the shoyu or the yuzu shio. I normally get their shoyu mostly because it gives me the least acid reflux, but that's nothing with their food it's just a health issue for me :( i would say my favorite is their Tokyo style broth. I think it has a nice balance of flavor and the wavy noodles just soak up that broth nicely. I've only had their appetizers on takeout so they're not super fresh, and not really a main stopper for me. The large is good but i wish it was a little bigger with the pieces. Sometimes they're just small and idk it feels like it's missing something. I got the opportunity to stop here yesterday after my tattoo, and the service was decent. Got seated quickly and my order taken quick as well. My food took a few minutes to be made but nothing crazy of a wait. Overall i had a good time, i do go on a Saturday around 7:30 pm so not sure if that matters. For take out i do recommend ordering min 30 minutes before pickup because i do feel like it can take a minute, but thats the nice part of take out that you can order in advance. I think for Eastvale/ norco ramen this place a nice broth and noodles. And it's not overly oily or salty :)
