A bit pricey for what you get, but the food is good! We ordered the Family Pack B, which is advertised to feed 3 to 5 people. Honestly, the portion size felt much closer to a meal for 3. They definitely could have provided a larger container of chow mein for the price. On top of that, we didn't find any napkins or utensils packed in our takeout bags. The saving grace here is that the food itself is very good and flavorful. It just misses the mark on value and attention to detail. We needed to feed about 30-35 people and on their catering menu there was a perfect package. Benny the owner was great. He offered suggestions and tips for our event. He even added a few extras as we were loyal customers. We set up the food in chaffing dishes and it displayed very nicely. Everyone loved it. I was craving some fried fish and saw that they had a spicy fried fish dish so I wanted to try it. The space was nice and clean and the cashier was very friendly. It didn't come with rice so I had to order that separately and I also ordered there mixed vegetables. I really enjoyed the fish. Not as spicy as I would like but crispy and seasoned well. Rice is rice and the vegetables were good but they were in this sort of broth like liquid which I could have done without. They are pretty limited on plate combos where you sort of mix and match items to build your own plate so be prepared to order a few entrees if you want to try a few things. Hidden Gem in Eastvale! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at China Bros. We decided to try something new and placed an online order for pickup, and I'm so glad we did because it did not disappoint! First, our order was completely accurate, which is always a huge plus when ordering takeout. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. I ordered the Walnut Shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were large, cooked perfectly, and there were plenty of them. Unlike some places that only give you a handful of shrimp, China Bros was very generous with the portion. My husband ordered the Mongolian Beef and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The beef was tender and clearly good quality. We also ordered the Crab Rangoons and Shrimp Dumplings, and both were excellent. The rangoons were crispy and flavorful, while the shrimp dumplings were perfectly prepared and came in a generous serving size. My personal favorite, though, was the Vegetable Fried Rice. It was packed with flavor, and I honestly couldn't stop eating it. Every bite was delicious! We're so happy to have China Bros in Eastvale and so close to home. It has definitely earned a spot as our new go-to Chinese food restaurant. I'm giving four stars for now only because I haven't had the chance to dine in and experience the restaurant itself. It's really too bad because the flavor is actually really good. If it had been freshly made it would have been great! The baby bokchoy was over cooked and stringy. The only thing worth the $50 I spent was the Chowmein. To be honest if your food is good sitting in (cause there was a lot of people there) and not to go that means you lack consistency. At many Chinese restaurants, entrees do not come with rice, so you have to order it separately if you want it. Here, the chicken, beef, pork, seafood, and vegetable entrees come with a side of steamed rice, with the option to upgrade to fried rice or chow mein for an extra charge. We ordered the general chicken, eggplant tofu, and combination chow mein. Everything came out piping hot and tasted really good. This place does get busy, but the service is fast and efficient. My fiancé and I went there and the service was terrible. The woman helping us was the only person managing the counter, however when we walked in she was sitting down on the phone, eating. When we asked her for additional condiments she got an attitude, proceeded to say that what we ordered didn't require what we were asking for. We said "thank you" and she blatantly ignored us. We got a flyer in the mail, so we decided to check this new place out. We were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted to eat in or take out, and we said eat in. We could sit wherever we wanted and were immediately given a menu and egg drop soup, which I wasn't expecting. It was nice and hot which tasted good since it was a cold day. The food is what you'd typically find at a Chinese fast food place, but when you say you want to eat in, it's a mix of a traditional sit down restaurant where you order at your table, get actual plates and utensils, and are waited on. Our waiter was attentive despite there being quite a few people coming in to pick up their take out. The place is new, so everything is clean and modern. Like even the bathroom mirror had buttons on it which confused me until I realized it was a defogger...in a restaurant. It's also cool being able to see the food being cooked since there's a huge doorway that lets you see into the kitchen.
