We decided to use the China Bros restaurant for a catered event. A friend had used them before and the food was great. We needed to feed about 30-35 people and on their catering menu there was a perfect package. Benny the owner was great. He offered suggestions and tips for our event. He even added a few extras as we were loyal customers. We set up the food in chaffing dishes and it displayed very nicely. Everyone loved it. Sweet & Sour Chicken, kung Pao Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, combination fried rice, and chow mein. It was great. We totally over ordered. We could have reduced our order by 50%. But now we have amazing left overs for the next few days. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

I was craving some fried fish and saw that they had a spicy fried fish dish so I wanted to try it. The space was nice and clean and the cashier was very friendly. It didn't come with rice so I had to order that separately and I also ordered there mixed vegetables. I really enjoyed the fish. Not as spicy as I would like but crispy and seasoned well. Rice is rice and the vegetables were good but they were in this sort of broth like liquid which I could have done without. They are pretty limited on plate combos where you sort of mix and match items to build your own plate so be prepared to order a few entrees if you want to try a few things. Lastly, it was a tad greasy but I think that comes with the territory and it was what I was craving at the time.

Place is clean and spacious. They got a space for parking lot The food is good. I ordered the sesame beef and it's good 9/10. Price is affordable with big portion. The wonton with chili oil is still ok 7 /10. Service is excellent, friendly. Overall the food is good. Will come back to try their specialties which is so young and xi chuan chicken :)

I enjoyed my food and overall experience here. Customer service is excellent, the food is cooked fresh, and the dining area is spotless and bright. The lunch special is great value for the price and the juicy pork dumplings are so good I see that they have dedicated veggie dishes, which I will have to try next time. Highly recommend!

Not your Panda Express. If you're coming to a Chinese restaurant, do yourself a favor and skip the usual orange chicken or beef and broccoli. China Bro is a true hole-in-the-wall spot--bright, very clean, and surprisingly welcoming. Service is fast, attentive, and you can grab food to go if you'd like. Tonight we ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce, beef noodle soup, and the salt and pepper pork chop (not pictured). Everything came out quick and piping hot. The shrimp were fresh, and the sauce was rich and well-balanced. The beef noodle soup? I'd skip next time--the noodles were a bit too chewy for me, though the broth had a nice white pepper kick and the meat itself was tender. The salt and pepper pork chop was flavorful, though the pieces were a little on the skinny side. We'll definitely be back--next time with bigger appetites and a few more mouths to feed.

Togo bag. All the packages were drenched and messed up.

Today's lunch turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Almost our next-door neighbor, Eastvale…read morehas grown quite rapidly in the past decade. This city has developed into a very respectable, well planned bedroom community and offers many options for dining out. Unfortunately, most are big chain restaurants. Finding a really delicious, authentic, family-run Chinese cafe was not something I had anticipated, but here it is! This is in a small storefront location. They have been in business for nearly 8 years. Looking at it from the aspect of a Yelp average star rating, I had not been that impressed, but then, looking at their most recent reviews and prolific menu, I had to rethink my first impressions. The non-cookie cutter menu and very extensive offerings gave me clues. I decided a visit would help answer questions on how such a tiny place could support such a huge menu. We settled on 3 dishes. It was really hard with so many options. Pork Feet with Pickled Pepper, a non-conventional dish, turned out to be fabulous with its spicy jalapeños, orange peppers, fresh ginger, and garlic. Any Filipino, which coincidently includes my husband, knows that pigs' feet can be a real delicacy when done right. Expect a lot of bone (of course), but the tendon and meat were soft and brimming with flavor. I usually resist eating anything with hot peppers, but the spicy heat disappeared fairly quickly and left only the sensational taste of the other mouth-watering aromatics. This was a very oily dish, but that is also what made the sauce so darn good. Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce. Rather than order a full order a la carte, I went with a lunch portion, aka Lunch #16. Lunch includes a small cup of soup (today's was a delicious, thickened egg flower soup with corn), a vegetable-filled eggroll, and cup of steamed rice. I loved the corn soup and did not expect the crispy eggroll to be as good as it actually was. Eggroll is usually a poorly executed, space holder on mediocre, fast food lunch plates. This one was freshly cooked and really good. The entree, tender, unbattered chunks of white fish, was nicely prepared with bell pepper, onion, garlic, and fermented black bean. It made me very happy. Chow Fun with Beef. Delicious! The thinly sliced beef was very tender, and had that delicate, smokey wok hay flavor I love. I would not hesitate to recommend it. If I had one wish, it would be for them to use less oil in their cooking. The flavors were delicious but too rich. I'm sure they could accommodate my preference and still have a dish with a great outcome. And to sort of answer my question about how they handle such an extensive menu, the kitchen was commandeered by a single, hard working chef this particular day. I am in awe. I have no qualms about returning. This is a great alternative to driving into LA and Orange County to find great, non-Americanized Chinese food. Just don't come between 3 and 4 pm, because they give themselves a lunch break. FYI, I asked before we left if they stay open for the holidays, like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. The server said yes. I am excitedly bookmarking this place for the future and hoping this is accurate.

My daughter found this location when we were looking for places to eat around Corona. I was excited and looking forward to eating here. When we walked in, it took some time for anyone to acknowledge us. Finally when we were told to choose a table and were brought menus I thought the service would improve, but sadly it only got worse. There were three other tables besides ours, two of them hadn't placed their orders yet. The waitress took the orders for those tables, brought food for the third table, went and got waters for the first two tables, then the drinks they ordered, then their food, and then finally came back to take our order!?! We sat and watched all this for maybe 20 minutes before she came back to our table. The staffing wasn't her fault, but she should've taken our order at least after those two other tables or after giving them drinks. I was really disappointed by the service, but the food and drinks were still good and consistent with what we got from the location we used to frequent. The restaurant is not big, maybe around 8-10 tables. Could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise similar to a fast casual restaurant. We've returned once since this visit and the service was better but it still took a long time to be acknowledged when we first walked in. I would probably come back again because I enjoy their food and drinks, but wouldn't recommend this particular location until their service improves.
