I've been to the Pasadena location once before and was pleasantly surprised they opened one of these up in Eastvale/Riverside County. I've had a couple of things here and generally think that all the menu options taste good. The prices are also quite good, and the value is quite exceptional. The bags that they give take out and delivery orders in are very high quality too! It's basically a small, branded thermal tote bag. Service was okay, but nothing too special in my opinion. The restaurant wasn't very busy when I ate here, and no reservation was needed. The restaurant looked clean, new, and has a sleek, modern look. They have an open kitchen design, and you can see them making noodles from scratch in the back! If you're looking for a noodle-focused restaurant for a good value, Noodle St is a great chain. Everyone was so polite.I didn't realize it was a sit down restaurant I thought it was a walk up and order-and once I realized it was a sit down place they seated us immediately, the service was absolutely fantastic and the tea and watermelon water were SO delicious and refreshing. I crave Chinese noodle soup and soup dumplings pretty often, so having a Noodle Street eatery so close to where I live is super convenient! Now I don't have to drive to Rowland Heights each time I want to get decent Chinese food. The inside of the restaurant is clean, and is a casual sit down setting. It was a bustling lunch spot, lots of sunlight and little tables. Sat immediately, menus and water in under 2 minutes. Waitress came and took our order. Mains came out first, apps soon after, everything was hot and ready to go. The soup was flavored well, I got the rice noodles when I should have gotten the wheat but still consistent. The wings were crunchy and probably the only thing I have to say that needed work, I got 3 drums and a flat for like $14; the economy is not there guys. The dumplings were good af. Tried this place on a cold and rainy night. We ordered the braised chicken noodles, juicy pork dumplings, kbbq beef, and garlic string beans. Our bill came out to around $70 which wasn't terrible. braised chicken noodles- big fan of the knife cut noodles. chicken was soft and flavourful and it was a generous portion size. 7.5/10 juicy pork bun- came with 8 pieces and pretty good. definitely had better but would likely order again. 7/10 kbbq beef- definitely would not order this again. don't get me wrong, the beef itself was soft and flavourful but the beef to rice ratio was way off. by the end of the meal, we still had over half the rice being wasted because there wasn't enough beef. 5/10 garlic string beans- not terrible but definitely no where near din tai fung's string beans. would not order again. 5/10 overall, food was pretty average. What's not to like? Good food, great prices, and venue is nice and clean. Everything is perfectly seasoned and they give generous portions. This was my second time visiting, and it's safe to say I'll definitely be coming back. The hand-pulled noodles were chewy and delicious. The service was great--multiple servers came by to check on us and refill our water. The noodles also came out pretty quickly. The only drawback is they're a bit harder to pick up, so make sure you aren't wearing white when you eat here. The soups had a very savory flavor and really warms you up. They served me noodles that were completely overcooked and mushy. It seemed like they had been made in advance and left sitting too long. When I complained that the noodles were overcooked, they only brought me a new portion of noodles. So was I supposed to pick out the old noodles myself and mix in the new ones? We visited on a Friday night and while the restaurant was busy, our large group of 9 people were seated immediately. The service was very friendly and our server took the time to explain the menu and noodle options multiple times. The Beef Roll Pancake was probably the best I've had state side and was a huge hit at our table. The scallion pancake on the outside was flavorful, crispy, light, yet still structurally sound enough to contain the fresh herbs and tender braised beef. A sweet hoisin style sauce tied everything together. If I were to come back, I would just order two of these! I also tried the spicy beef noodle soup with the triangle noodle shape. The broth was solid and the pieces of beef included were tender. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely no complaints. They advertise two shapes of noodles on the menu, a thin noodle and a wide noodle, but the server also told us about a few more options that were off menu--of which I chose the triangle noodles. If I were to re-order, I would have gone for the wide noodles if I wanted maximum chew and toothsomeness or the thin noodles if I wanted maximum soup clinging-ness. Best noodles I've had in the Eastvale area. The stir fried noodles were done well, not too chewy and lots of flavor. It's served generously enough for 2-3 people. The Korean bbq with rice was good as well. My wife and I were checked regularly by the staff, water cups filled as asked. We went at around 2pm, just a few customers which I liked because we get to have a quiet time enjoying our meal. But, believe me, it really gets too busy during dinner time. Found out Noodle St has a location at The Merge shopping center in the City of Eastvale. Came here with my daughters to try them out for the first time. What a wonderful place to eat! Pan Fried Pork Cabbage Dumpling - Pan-fried to perfection! Delightfully seasoned filling. Very good! 4. Scallion Pancake - Good, but not as good as at their Monrovia location IMHO. 5. Dan Dan Noodle with standard round - Wow, this was surprisingly good in soup form! That's a first for me. I'm used to eating dan dan noodles in dry form, but soup base worked very nicely with the rest of the dish. I would get it again. 6. Savory Braised Chicken Noodle with knife cut - Say no more! This place took me by surprise. The wife and I wanted some noodles and we have been driving by this place many times and decided to give it a try. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed immediately by staff. The server immediately seated us and brought us water. Mind you, I thought this was just a "order and wait" for your noodles. This very much surprised me. The server went over the entire menu for us so we had an understanding of how it all worked along with portion sizing. We had our little one with us and they gave us complimentary rice for our little one to enjoy. When the noodles came, I was in shock with how big the bowl actually was. I stopped in today and had lunch with my daughter and it was absolutely amazing! I was greeted and seated immediately. I was waiting for my daughter to get there on her lunch break , around 12pm. The soup was good! I tried to order to go before but it didn't really like their spicy beef noodle. But today i decided to try dining in because my husband was craving it for months. We ordered Signature Beef Soup, Bone In Rib Noodle, Juicy Pork Buns, and Potato String Shrimp. I really love the knife cut noodle, really chewy! And the type of meat they use for signature beef soup is totally different than the spicy beef noodle soup. The one i ordered today has a tender meat which i like more. My husband got the bone in rib noodle with standard noodle, i tried the ribs and it was so good and soft! Love it! Juicy Pork Buns and Potato String Shrimp was good too, but not "amazing". There was a good amount of kale which brought the perfect balance of textures to the plate. The serving was a large portion and could easily be shared. I had enough to eat for lunch the next day. I also ordered the green onion pancakes. They're crispy, doughy, and pair well with the ramen. As for the location, I went on a Saturday evening a the restaurant was packed. The servers appeared overwhelmed. Every table was taken and there were still about 6 groups waiting outside for a table. There is no waiting area inside. When I had questions about the menu, my server mentioned he couldn't communicate with the kitchen because they only speak Chinese--which felt odd and a bit concerning for a customer experience. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, and despite having a high spice tolerance, it was pretty mild. It was a big portion, but I only received three pieces of shank--mostly fat. The presentation was appealing, but the flavor didn't deliver. I also tried the shrimp, which was mostly batter with little actual shrimp. Stumbled upon this noodle street location conveniently located in Eastvale. A much closer drive for us. We were warmly welcomed and seated right away. Immaculately clean. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Love the efficient team work here. Our entrees were delicious! We opted for the hand cut noodles. The noodles were satisfying as ever. I wish they had more variations for noodle options. Egg & tomato was good prefer a little more Al dente omelette just personal preference.
