braised chicken with knife cut noodle
    Kate C.

Tried this place on a cold and rainy night. We ordered the braised chicken noodles, juicy pork dumplings, kbbq beef, and garlic string beans. Our bill came out to around $70 which wasn't terrible. braised chicken noodles- big fan of the knife cut noodles. chicken was soft and flavourful and it was a generous portion size. 7.5/10 juicy pork bun- came with 8 pieces and pretty good. definitely had better but would likely order again. 7/10 kbbq beef- definitely would not order this again. don't get me wrong, the beef itself was soft and flavourful but the beef to rice ratio was way off. by the end of the meal, we still had over half the rice being wasted because there wasn't enough beef. 5/10 garlic string beans- not terrible but definitely no where near din tai fung's string beans. would not order again. 5/10 overall, food was pretty average. I might come back again to try some of the soups. Service was also great. waiters came by pretty often to check on us and fill up our waters without having to be asked.

It was a bustling lunch spot, lots of sunlight and little tables. Sat immediately, menus and water in under 2 minutes. Waitress came and took our order. Mains came out first, apps soon after, everything was hot and ready to go. The soup was flavored well, I got the rice noodles when I should have gotten the wheat but still consistent. The wings were crunchy and probably the only thing I have to say that needed work, I got 3 drums and a flat for like $14; the economy is not there guys. The dumplings were good af. The best part of the meal in my opinion was the beef scallion pancakes, they were very delicious. I got the braised eggs for shiggles and it tasted like a well seasoned boiled egg. I made it back to work right on time, the location was super cool.

What's not to like? Good food, great prices, and venue is nice and clean. Everything is perfectly seasoned and they give generous portions. Almost anything you order, you can share with at least 2-4 people. The whole staff is friendly and attentive. So glad we have a Noodle street in our neighborhood!

This was my second time visiting, and it's safe to say I'll definitely be coming back. The hand-pulled noodles were chewy and delicious. The service was great--multiple servers came by to check on us and refill our water. The noodles also came out pretty quickly. My only small complaint is that there's no signal or Wi-Fi there haha.

Best noodles I've had in the Eastvale area. The stir fried noodles were done well, not too chewy and lots of flavor. It's served generously enough for 2-3 people. The Korean bbq with rice was good as well. My wife and I were checked regularly by the staff, water cups filled as asked. We went at around 2pm, just a few customers which I liked because we get to have a quiet time enjoying our meal. But, believe me, it really gets too busy during dinner time. Definitely a must to go to when craving for Asian food.

1/24/26- Dine in visit . Wait time was roughly 10-15 mins check in on their kiosk . Once seated the service was really quick & attentive . Appetizers & noodle soup came out within 10 mins . I absolutely love their set up and you can see the chefs cook in the kitchen you can see your meal made fresh . The beef noodle soup was pretty good and broth savory along with the chicken won tons were amazing & the beef pancake roll was filling with right amount of crisp on the outside . Overall, this spot is definitely a must try !!! Phenomenal food & top notch customer service.. with a friendly smile !!

How bouncy do you like your noodles? If you like them bouncy, the knife cut noodles here are what you're looking for. They were super thick, chewy and bouncy. The only drawback is they're a bit harder to pick up, so make sure you aren't wearing white when you eat here. The soups had a very savory flavor and really warms you up. The signature beef noodle soup will get you a bit of everything. The meat was also very tender so you wouldn't have a hard time eating. The orders came out pretty quickly too so we were able to dig in faster than we expected. The dan dan noodles were also very light and had a good amount of meat in there.

Took my friend on a noodle adventure to Noodle St in Eastvale... and now she's basically in a long-term relationship with hand-pulled noodles!! One slurp of that Beef Noodle Soup and Spicy Chicken Wontons and she was spiritually reborn!! Our bowls were served hot... hotter than my last relationship and way more satisfying!! Service was great. The guys were very attentive. Parking was stress free (a rare miracle, considering this area being shared w many other businesses). Restaurant was so clean, you could probably eat off the floor, but why would you when the table's loaded with bomb fresh noodles? 5 stars, would definitely risk a carb coma again!! If you've NEVER had fresh hand-pulled noodles, give this place a shot. It's life-changing!!

Fiat time trying Noodle St. I was skeptical at first and sure glad we finally tried it. We were very impressed with the quality and the portions of the entrees. The food was still warm after pick up. The restaurant itself seemed very clean and the staff were friendly. They recommend dining in next time and definitely going to try it at the restaurant next time.

Noodle St offers authentic hand pulled and knife cut noodles among other appetizers, sides, and stir fry dishes. We visited on a Friday night and while the restaurant was busy, our large group of 9 people were seated immediately. The service was very friendly and our server took the time to explain the menu and noodle options multiple times. The Beef Roll Pancake was probably the best I've had state side and was a huge hit at our table. The scallion pancake on the outside was flavorful, crispy, light, yet still structurally sound enough to contain the fresh herbs and tender braised beef. A sweet hoisin style sauce tied everything together. If I were to come back, I would just order two of these! I also tried the spicy beef noodle soup with the triangle noodle shape. The broth was solid and the pieces of beef included were tender. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely no complaints. They advertise two shapes of noodles on the menu, a thin noodle and a wide noodle, but the server also told us about a few more options that were off menu--of which I chose the triangle noodles. If I were to re-order, I would have gone for the wide noodles if I wanted maximum chew and toothsomeness or the thin noodles if I wanted maximum soup clinging-ness. Hard to go wrong with hand pulled noodles! Especially when paired with warming soup and crispy and delightful scallion pancakes.

The portion might appear large but mostly carbs. Only 4 pieces of meat in each order.

Ordered spicy beef noodle soup. The soup base is tasted blend yet flavors seemed to be from msg and chicken powder. Freshly made noodle is a plus even in to go condition. Likely hood of return is intermediate to low and gourmet index is also low.

I finally decided to come back and try their savory braised chicken noodle! To my surprise , it was extremely flavorful! It also has a nice spice kick to it! The chicken tasted like it has been braised for a long time because they were all packed with flavors in every bite! Their noodles are always nice and chewy! The soup also tasted perfect! I ended up finishing the whole bowl! I felt like the noodles weren't enough because I love noodles! Next time I'll remember to order extra noodles! No need to comment on their service because it's always great there!

Delicious quick food! It has the typical stir fry Chinese foods. The stir fry foods are delicious and greasy as you may or may not like.

Today's lunch turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Almost our next-door neighbor, Eastvale…read morehas grown quite rapidly in the past decade. This city has developed into a very respectable, well planned bedroom community and offers many options for dining out. Unfortunately, most are big chain restaurants. Finding a really delicious, authentic, family-run Chinese cafe was not something I had anticipated, but here it is! This is in a small storefront location. They have been in business for nearly 8 years. Looking at it from the aspect of a Yelp average star rating, I had not been that impressed, but then, looking at their most recent reviews and prolific menu, I had to rethink my first impressions. The non-cookie cutter menu and very extensive offerings gave me clues. I decided a visit would help answer questions on how such a tiny place could support such a huge menu. We settled on 3 dishes. It was really hard with so many options. Pork Feet with Pickled Pepper, a non-conventional dish, turned out to be fabulous with its spicy jalapeños, orange peppers, fresh ginger, and garlic. Any Filipino, which coincidently includes my husband, knows that pigs' feet can be a real delicacy when done right. Expect a lot of bone (of course), but the tendon and meat were soft and brimming with flavor. I usually resist eating anything with hot peppers, but the spicy heat disappeared fairly quickly and left only the sensational taste of the other mouth-watering aromatics. This was a very oily dish, but that is also what made the sauce so darn good. Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce. Rather than order a full order a la carte, I went with a lunch portion, aka Lunch #16. Lunch includes a small cup of soup (today's was a delicious, thickened egg flower soup with corn), a vegetable-filled eggroll, and cup of steamed rice. I loved the corn soup and did not expect the crispy eggroll to be as good as it actually was. Eggroll is usually a poorly executed, space holder on mediocre, fast food lunch plates. This one was freshly cooked and really good. The entree, tender, unbattered chunks of white fish, was nicely prepared with bell pepper, onion, garlic, and fermented black bean. It made me very happy. Chow Fun with Beef. Delicious! The thinly sliced beef was very tender, and had that delicate, smokey wok hay flavor I love. I would not hesitate to recommend it. If I had one wish, it would be for them to use less oil in their cooking. The flavors were delicious but too rich. I'm sure they could accommodate my preference and still have a dish with a great outcome. And to sort of answer my question about how they handle such an extensive menu, the kitchen was commandeered by a single, hard working chef this particular day. I am in awe. I have no qualms about returning. This is a great alternative to driving into LA and Orange County to find great, non-Americanized Chinese food. Just don't come between 3 and 4 pm, because they give themselves a lunch break. FYI, I asked before we left if they stay open for the holidays, like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. The server said yes. I am excitedly bookmarking this place for the future and hoping this is accurate.

Delicious food, and a wide variety to choose from. Kind and efficient service. Cute spot in a big…read moreplaza, very tidy and nice tables! Great for lunch or dinner :)
