For the price your better off going to Waba Grill...

stopped by because of the reviews but I was served bad hamburger meat instead of steak! It tastes like the meat was spoiled. Unfortunately it turns out we can't trust reviews no more I suggest when you want to try a new place try a sample first or kids meal ...

This place is great. I'm impressed. I got the chicken and steak bowl. It was really good. Bowl had a ton of meat and flavor. I like this place better than Waba, Flame Broiler, and Teriyaki House. Restaurant is clean. Nice TV's. Service is quick. Fresh and quick. Definitely coming back here.

This picture is already a half bowl and look how much I have left.

This spot is a hidden gem. Food is tasty, unbelievable prices, comes out fast (no kidding maybe 3-4 mins), and large portions. This is place is crazy good and for the value you can't beat it.

I'm always on the hunt for cafes with good study spaces and this place actually does have big tables and seating that's normally not crowded! When I walked in, the shop was clean and smelled great, which made for a good first impression. I went up to the cashier and asked for some recommendations, but she immediately looked down at the floor and spoke so softly that I couldn't hear her. My wife had texted me her order, so I showed it to the cashier instead. She thanked me in a normal voice and placed that order without any issue. I tried again, asking about their fruit drinks, but the same thing happened--head down, very quiet voice, and I still couldn't understand her. Eventually, I just picked something, and suddenly she spoke clearly again. What made the interaction even stranger was that before we paid, her coworker came in and she immediately became animated--squealing and talking in a completely normal, energetic voice. It was honestly one of the most unusual customer service experiences I've had. We got our drinks a few minutes later, but mine had so much ice that the lid wouldn't even snap on properly, which was frustrating. Overall, while the place itself seems nice and my family enjoys it, the service and drink quality didn't leave a great impression. It might be a better experience using the self-serve kiosks, but based on this visit, I don't see myself coming back.

I've been going to this location since they opened and it's been very good, consistent with friendly service. Our drink order is usually Jasmine Green Tea (1/2 sugar and more ice) with Grass Jelly and sometimes boba, and Jasmine Green Milk Tea (75% sugar and more ice) with easy coconut jelly. There's limited parking right next to the shop, so on busy days, you may have to walk a little. The first few months I went there, Ally always greeted me with a smile and ended up knowing my order after a while. There are a few other people working who are friendly when getting your drinks. Highly recommended Boba tea shop!

There is no seating inside or outside (unless you go around the corner). Ordering is done on a kiosk or online. I love to order online because the wait can be long in store.

I was ordering on the iPad self-order and when I chose the Mochi Barley Burst, there was no option to add boba. So I asked the guy making the drinks where to choose it, and he said there was a button to select it. I told him no, there really wasn't, so I just typed a comment on the order to add boba. When my drink finally arrived, which took about 45 minutes, there was still no boba. I asked the same guy if he could add it, since there was no button on the iPad. He fiddled with his device while I waited, but wouldn't just give me a side of boba. I got fed up and said, please just scoop some into a cup so I can add it myself. He finally did, but honestly the boba was way too chewy and not good at all. SMH. Cost - $6.95
