    Squid balls

Cute little restaurant. Wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon. I was impressed with how fast unit food got ready since we had a larger party. They had high chair and booster chairs available for kids. We got squid balls as appetizer and it was delicious and super crisp. The ramen was just ok for me. I didn't love the soup base flavor but everything else in there was great. The pork was nice and crisp. I got chicken fried rice for the kids and it tasted great. We were celebrating a birthday and they were so accommodating. FYI the parking spots are very tight right in front of the restaurant but luckily plenty of parking further away.

This ramen spot is very good. The server is nice, the space is intimate and offers a calm environment. We had the stewed pork ramen, the spicy miso ramen, and pork gyoza. This place is also in a shopping center that has a movie theater and a boba tea spot nearby. This is a great spot for a nice meal.

I had a pick up order and ordered the yellowtail special roll and a few other items for my coworkers. I received the food and I noticed that my roll looked like sashimi instead of a roll. So i went back and asked the worker if this is correct and he went to the back to ask and they said yes. I was already being stared at like a karen so i just decided to just not keep asking and left. But im just so confused to be honest. Does this look like a roll or sashimi?

Everytime we're in the area we try to go here. Ramen is so good we'll eat it when it's 100 degrees out. Sushi is pretty good too. Very quiet and clean restaurant for sure.

Love this Ramen spot! The A2 Spicy Miso Ramen is my favorite. The flavor of the broth is amazing! Come with nice a decent amount of thick chashu pork. The most chashu I've ever received at any ramen place. My cousin had the A3 Shabu Beef Ramen and enjoyed everything about it except the beef. It tough, chewy and they only gave the tinest amount. Besides that everything else was on point. Looks like it's run by a husband and wife couple that are very nice and always smiling. I'll be back soon!

Absolutely delicious -- this is officially my new favorite ramen spot. Everything was so flavorful and comforting, you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. The restaurant itself is super clean and really cute, which made the experience even better. Customer service was amazing too -- friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Can't wait to come back!

Stopped by on Saturday, 09/21/24 for the first time during lunch. Dined in and ordered the following - 1 Fried Chicken Ramen = $14.95 - 1 Seafood Ramen = $16.95 - 1 Shabu Beef Rice = $15.95 - 1 Calamari = $7.98 SUBTOTAL = $55.83 TAX = $4.33 TIP = $10 TOTAL = $70.16 Delicious!!! I specifically ordered the seafood ramen for myself and wish there were more seafood. Had some fish balls, shrimp, scallops and mussel (only one). Regardless 5/5. Very small inside yet pretty spacious.

5 stars for their tonkotsu ramen - chasu pork great, plenty of toppings, 2 eggs, yummy noodles, and non oily delicious broth. Adequate portion size, good service, and nice atmosphere. This is a gem of a place that needs to be shared for ramen lovers. Leaves your stomach feeling happy and full.

I've eaten here twice in the past few months and have really enjoyed the food both times. Yesterday, I had the Shabu beef ramen. The flavor was excellent but the amount of meat was a bit lacking. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was small but cozy. This isn't the best ramen I've ever had, but it's hard to beat unless you drive closer to Los Angeles. If you're craving ramen near Chino, I'd highly recommend giving this a try.

Food was delicious and they did not mind me removing items and replacing them for something else. Service was phenomenal. They are very attentive. The restaurant is clean, has ample space, and good amount of parking.

Ask the Community - Uminoya ramen

Does the vegetarian ramen contain any fish products or egg in the noodles?

    No

Is this business open at all? I've been calling with no success. It doesn't help that I can't place order via Yelp.

They were closed for awhile at the beginning of the pandemic. They are open now and answer the phones to call in orders as of nov. 2020.

We came in for an earlier dinner time, but the service was still very good. Didn't catch the young man's name who served us, but he provided good table service and answered questions about their menu. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen bowl with chicken and it was pretty good. Came with four pieces of chicken strips, sliced bamboo, half an egg, green onion, and noodles. The broth was pretty yummy and hit the spot. Their ramen bowls are about $17 each, or if you want their combo, it can be with almost any choice ramen with an appetizer. Lots of parking here and a good meal. Can't really beat that.

We came for lunch to try the new $15 lunch promotion, and the restaurant was far from busy. Despite that, the food came out at a snail's pace. Even identical appetizers arrived at different times, and our ramen bowls were brought out inconsistently, so our group wasn't able to eat together. There didn't seem to be much coordination between the kitchen and the servers. One moment that really stood out was when a server came out carrying my partner's bowl of ramen but stopped to refill another table's water glasses and pick up a handheld checkout device from an already-vacant table before finally bringing the hot ramen over. It was odd to see hot food delayed for tasks that didn't seem as urgent as delivering a bowl of hot food to a waiting party. We also noticed several empty tables that hadn't been cleared or reset, despite the restaurant being relatively quiet. The food itself was decent for the price, but the long wait made the experience frustrating. If you're just looking for a good value, I'd recommend ordering takeout instead. If you're looking for a more authentic ramen experience, HiroNori down the street is a better choice. There was also a screaming child in the dining room for much of our visit. While that's obviously not the restaurant's fault, it unfortunately didn't help the overall dining experience.
