The sushi was good, but the customer service was a letdown especially considering how many reviews say otherwise. We visited for the first time on 10/18/26 at 8:30 p.m. The young woman at the front desk kindly said, "I'll be right with you," then took a phone call. Afterward, she walked away. We waited patiently for about 15 minutes as she and other staff members came and went without acknowledging us. The same employee eventually came back and asked if we had checked in. I reminded her that she'd said she would help us after her call, but hadn't. She asked again, "Yes, but did you check in?" I repeated that we hadn't because she never helped us check in. She then told us okay well you have to use the kiosk outside. During our conversation, another staff member overheard and said there was no one waiting, so they could seat us right away. We were seated without needing to use the kiosk. Once seated, we scanned the QR code on the table to view the menu. Our server brought our drinks but never returned. After a few minutes, we realized we might need to order using the tablet on the wall. It would have helped if someone had asked whether it was our first visit and explained how things worked. The only other time a server came by was to offer a water refill. The restaurant wasn't especially busy there were several empty booths and plenty of staff working. I wish our first visit had been a better experience, but unfortunately, the service left a very bad impression. At least now, anyone reading this review will know what to expect: check in at the kiosk outside, place your order on the tablet, and use the tablet to request napkins, water, or utensils. (There was only one napkin per person at the table.) Just don't count on those requests being answered promptly, so take advantage of it when someone comes by to refill your water. read more

It appears they're treating this new iPad system vs traditional human service as a 1:1 replacement and therefore there's less staff and therefore much less people that can effectively be available to help. Also, it was not busy at all inside on a Thursday evening so thought I could approach the hostess and ask for my fiancée and I to have a seat. Instead, she told me to go outside and check in with the iPad before I go to her to be seated. THATS RIDICULOUS. There's no customers around for me to need to do that. If this is their new policy then I sincerely recommend they change it, because it's counterintuitive and arbitrary to rely on technology soo much that customers feel like they're in the Matrix instead of having a nice and simple night out for sushi. So delicious! This was my first time at AYCE sushi, and Sake 2 Me Sushi made an incredible first impression. One thing I loved is how quickly they seated us when we walked in, and how quickly our food came out. You can order from the screen and within about five minutes they're already bringing your first plates. And what surprise me the most is that they had full sushi rolls available on all you can eat menu -- not just basic sushi rolls, but premium rolls. Everything was delicious, and I mean everything. I ate so much but it didn't feel too heavy. I actually prefer this to revolving sushi and I'd probably do this instead of just ordering individual rolls because it's such a great value. The restaurant was really clean inside and there was plenty of seating. The only downside is the timer on the screen when you're ordering. I literally only had one other place I normally go to but otherwise I'm always skeptical to try new places since most AYCE sushi places aren't fresh & my stomach usually pays the consequences after. But Sake2Me was so perfect in every bite. I lost count of how many Cajun salmon sashimi I ordered because it was just THAT good. They also had Cajun escolar which was also tasty. The only thing that kinda sucked was ordering from the QR code that's on the table. Some of the orders didn't go through so we never knew until we realized our orders never came out. We recommend just placing the orders on the tablet that's on the table. The orders placed on their tablet is very convenient. Makes ordering so much more efficient. It was a very busy Sunday evening but the orders still come out in a timely manner. $42.99 for AYCE, not that bad. What's different about this AYCE place is the premium sushi including scallop, bluefin tuna, toro, & salmon belly are only allowed 1 piece per customer. The beef had a great texture with just the right amount of chew, although it was a touch saltier than my personal preference, less sauce will be much better. Still, it was delicious overall. I went here for AYCE and my first impression is that the restaurant itself smells fishy. I know that it's a sushi restaurant but in my experience the good ones don't smell fishy like that...my dining experience here wasn't necessarily bad though. Some of their nigiri was good - I enjoyed the mackerel and my bf liked the yellowtail. But I think some of their other fish weren't as good or fresh as I've had at other places. Their selection of nigiri is also not as wide as I would like. I will say they probably shine in their hand roll and roll department. I got spicy tuna & salmon skin HR and the OMG roll and both were quite good. However since it's AYCE if you just eat those you really aren't getting your money's worth and will get full quickly. The only downside I have with this place is the kids pricing. 3-10 years old is $24.99 How much can a 3 year old really eat to be priced only $10 less then an adult. The restaurant is spacious with many tables and booths good for a group a two or more. They share parking with other businesses in the plaza and can get packed. Sometimes, you'll have to park behind the restaurant. You can join their waitlist via Yelp. Average wait time is about 20 mins from our experience. They have Lunch (open-3pm), Dinner (3pm-close), Fri-Sun & holidays, Kids, and Premium AYCE options. What I appreciate about their sushi menu is that each order comes with one piece to avoid wasting food. Our favorite items to order are everything from the premium menu, Smoked Salmon, Ikura, Cajun Yellowtail, Cajun Salmon, Salmon Skin Salad, Rolly Polly, and Salmon Skin Skewer. If I had to pick just one from this list, it would be the Cajun Salmon. I cannot have enough of it. It's so fresh, silky, and has that perfect hint of smokiness. Their fish to rice ratio is less rice, more fish. The staff are all attentive and friendly. If it's your first time, they'll explain the menu and how to order. You also have a 90 min time limit. Definitely try this out! 4/5 - Heart Attack - The two sauces mixed in with the jalapeno popper filled with cream cheese gives a real kick to this appetizer. Since it is also fried, you'll get a lot of crunch and a unique appetizer on their menu. 4/5 - Salmon Boat - A fried salmon appetizer topped with avocado and a creamy spicy mayo sauce. You get crunch with a mix of soft texture profiles from the avocado and the salmon. Super delicious and highly recommend trying! 5/5 - Las Vegas (fried roll) - A filling roll but very savory with the sauce and tobiko combination. In triple digit heat, that's not the business. I can't even imagine having to wait during the rain and cold season. So that right there was a big thumbs down for me. Luckily I only had a few minutes wait but for the number of patrons inside, the wait outside was not necessary. Now the inside is totally remodeled with a Japanese vibe and different sized tables depending on the parties. You view the menu and order via tablet. There are either 2 options, AYCE or ala cart. They have a variety of items of choose from and the sushi was delicious!! The rolls I ordered and sashimi was good and good sized portions. They're fast and didn't have to wait long for my food. The staff is friendly and anyone that was available would get whatever I needed. I hope they don't continue that practice of having to wait outside to get seated when there's plenty of space inside. Everything that came out tasted so fresh! The miso soup was piping hot a tasty. I LOVED the cucumber salad. But my absolute favorite was the green muscles. I could have gone and just eaten 4 or 5 orders of those. It reminded me of "oysters Rockefeller" with an Asian flavor profile. I would avoid the shrimp skewers, they're extremely dry. The gyoza and karrage also left alot to be desired. Make sure to leave room for dessert. They offer frozen desserts as well as a Dubai chocolate cookie. The Dubai cookie dessert was interesting. It was my first experience with the flavor combination. I found it enjoyable, but it was definitely more of a mochi than a cookie. Highly recommend this spot I discovered, Sake 2 Me Sushi. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast, and the whole place had a lively vibe. All-you-can-eat is $35.95 and the value is excellent. They even had a limited Dubai chocolate cookie, and the wine pours were generous. The menu is huge with over 50 sushi rolls, and you order by marking items on a paper for each round, which makes everything simple and smooth. Standouts for me: the carpaccio was super flavorful and fresh. Green mussels were juicy, thick, and perfectly cooked. The salmon boat was done just right. Miso soup was warm, comforting, and hearty. The cucumber salad with chili oil was spicy, refreshing, and my favorite bite of the night. The rainbow roll and Hawaii roll were both fresh and well balanced. Sake 2 Me is located on a inner corner of the shopping center, so it's easy to spot, it's well lit, and has some cute decorations inside. We were seated right away, and we did the AYCE, so we ordered a little bit of everything we liked, and tried a few things! My favorite was that Tempura Nigiri, like how did they make something that amazing?! It basically melted in your mouth as well as having that amazing crunch from the tempura. I need it again. Also, yellowtail collar, only one order per table, but boy it was worth it. Nigiri was that perfect fish to rice ratio, and it was all super fresh to taste. All of the waiters are there to help you they don't seem to have just one which was nice because you seem to be always attended too. They are very friendly, efficient and on top of all that the sushi was so fresh! They also serve you a huge portion so choose wisely if you want AYCE or Al'acart. So happy we have a sake2me closer to us now. We were pleasantly surprised with their tempuras and their skewers. Was so excited for the first round of food, we didn't get a chance to take pics of it. These are from our 2nd round. The place is nice and clean, doesn't feel crowded and their servers are nice. Delicious food awaits you when you come here. Some favorites of ours are the sushis (otoro, salmon belly, salmon), the seared Cajun salmon, the unagi tempura and unagi sushi. Ended the meal with hot and tasty miso soup. They had $3 deal for beer as well. I wasn't a fan of the intestine skewer because it was the small intestine and I only really like the large intestines. Salmon collar was delicious but huge. Rolls look delicious but so many pieces and we were afraid we wouldn't like it and they make sure to let you know that they can charge you $2 per sushi left over. Unfortunately we didn't know that the carpaccios were only for dinner so we didn't get to try them. Next time. Definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back for more. We had dinner here last week. There is ample parking available. The restaurant is a good size and good lighting inside. We went with their ayce menu. There are so many options and got a little bit of everything. Mussels, shrimp tempura and skewers were up first. So nice to see skewers on the menu. We also got some unagi tempura and cannot stress enough to get this. The unagi is buttery and fatty and combined with a light tempura batter makes it a match made in heaven. We also got a yellowtail collar you can pnly get one so we figured it would be the best option and it was. It was so fatty and melted in the mouth. The fish itself was so moist and one of the better yellowtail collars I have ever had. The nigiri was fresh and had a great rice to sashimi ratio. The handrolls were large and delicious. We also got a large Sapporo. Monday through Thursday a large Sapporo is only $3. You can't go wrong with that. Awesome service and wonderful food will make this your favorite ayce sushi place. They are also going to be open Christmas Eve and Day, as well as New Year's Eve and Day. read more
