紅燒牛肉麵 Braised Beef Noodles and 香酥鸡翅/Crispy Fried Chicken Wings (4) with my purple water

It was my first time dining here, and I wanted to give it a try. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting, and the customer service was excellent. Every staff member greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome, especially as a first-time guest. I was recommended the braised beef noodle soup and decided to add an order of the chicken wings out of curiosity. The braised beef noodles were outstanding--the rich broth, tender braised beef, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked noodles all came together beautifully. I highly recommend this dish. The chicken wings, however, weren't for me. The chef was kind enough to bring out a sweet and sour sauce, which I appreciated, but I realized I'm just not a fan of tempura-style chicken. They weren't bad by any means--just not something I'd order again. To each their own. Overall, I had a wonderful first experience and would absolutely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for delicious, high-quality food and exceptional service.

7/11/26 Came here today with a group of friends. We shared many popular items! Sophia and Amelia were so nice, great people here! We loved their service! To start, I ordered a refreshing Iced Honey green tea to drink. This place was so clean inside and outside. We had all great dishes to eat. We had Cucumber salad, Xiao Long Bao, Pan fried pork bao, Won Ton in Chili Oil, Chongqing spicy fried chicken, stir fried green beans, house special chow mein noodles, cold noodles with sesame sauce, oil splashed hand made noodles, layered beef wrap, and a Chinese burger with roasted pork! Everything was so good!!! My favorite two items were the spicy fried chicken and the Xiao long bao dumplings!!! Although everything was great! Overall, everything had its own unique flavors and they have so many choices to offer. I definitely highly recommend everyone who reads this to please go and check this place out! Highly recommend and I can't wait till I can come back again soon! Oh, I also ordered my daughter an order of 10 chicken and corn dumplings to go. She really liked them! What a great visit here!

Tons of parking. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. Asked if it was here or for to go. I placed my order to go. Inside is very clean. New and remodeled. The staff was extremely helpful. The service is excellent here. Very quick, professional and happy. I ordered the following. Chow mein special. This was decent. Not the best I've had but also not the worst. Would I order it again? Probably not as it's lacking flavor. However there's reason I gave it 5 stars for food. And it wasn't that. Hot n sour soup. Again very light on flavor. Which sometimes with hot and sour soup that's good. It was LOADED with veggies, tofu and chicken. The portions here are excellent. Chili sauce wantons. Amazing. Their wantons and dumplings here are extremely good. Something you cannot go wrong with if you enjoy both. Flavor is perfect. Portion is great. And display is excellent. Cucumber salad. Fresh, sauced up and displayed well. Can't go wrong with this either. Honey green tea. The right amount of sweet. Overall I have this place a 5 because other dishes made up for lack of flavor in the chow mein. I'm looking forward to returning and trying many other things here. Enjoy!

Mr. Noodle is a beautiful restaurant off Sixth Street. Love the airiness and the decor in the restaurant. Came in and ordered a to go meal so I didn't sit in to eat. Will definitely have to try that in the future because it looks like a nice sit down restaurant. I loved all the choices in food and ended up going with chicken wings and the braised beef noodle bowl. Both had a lot of potential but there was not any flavor in either of the items. I loved the crunch of the chicken wings and it had a lot of potential but it seems like no seasonings were added to the mix. Similarly, with the braised beef bowl, a little better, but no depth in flavor. I probably should have asked for spicy but the foundational flavor was just missing. Even without the flavor, it tasted ok so that's the reason for the rating of 4. I will definitely try again in person and try something else because I think there's a lot of potential with the restaurant. The service was good - we asked for water and they were nice to give us multiple cups while we were waiting for our meal.

So good. I'm not much into the xiao long bao with the soup in it but my son loved it. I really like the pan fried pork bao, with the crispy bottom. These were a lot better than the last time I had them (somewhere else). Would definitely come back.

I noticed this new spot recently and figured I'd give it a try. Tonight I snagged the green onion pancake, the house fried rice and wonton soup. The onion pancake was my favorite. House fried rice was pretty good. The soup was okay but good. The broth felt a little plain to me. I walked in around seven pm and it was slow. My order came out quickly. It's clean and has lots of seating available.

Beef noodle soup (there's also a spicy version)

Great food, friendly and quick service. Very spacious area. Ended up trying the XLB dumplings, beef noodle soup and cucumber salad. All had great flavor.

If I could: I would give this place a 100/10. I am looking forward to coming back already!!! Our server was attentive and overall great! Helped us with the menu which I appreciated. The food was absolutely spectacular. The beef pancake was recommended by the server, which DID NOT DISAPPOINT! So flavorful, and the beef was tender. The two dumpling flavors my partner and I opted (chicken with corn and the xiao) were perfectly cooked and deliciouuuus. I hope to see more people patronize this restaurant. The next time I come, i'll definitely be trying out more items. This visit was definitely memorable. + the environment is nice and tidy. Thank you Mr Noodle!!!!

We come here 1-2 times a week. We've noticed consistency has not been great lately. The majority of our food came out cold, and not as flavorful. Service wasn't great, servers (short hair lady and gentleman with short hair) didn't check up on us, we had to call them over for everything. We've noticed this usually happens when the manager/owner is not in. Hopefully they can fix these little issues, since this was our go to family dinner spot.

This place is nice and open, quiet. The food is full of flavor portion size is good. The service is ok... nice staff. Overall had a good experience. Definitely recommend will be back soon to try more dishes.

As someone who frequents Rowland Heights or the Arcadia area for Chinese food, it's nice to have a go-to spot that's local for my Chinese food. Service: Our server was super sweet and extremely responsive. Food also came out quick as well so we didn't have to wait too long in between ordering, appetizers, and our main entree. Ambiance: Super clean and spacious. This place can hold a large group easily. There's also plenty of parking at the plaza it's located at. Price: This place is SO affordable compared to majority of restaurants these days. The portion size for the food is also insane. It felt like a crime how much food we got for the price point. Food: I came in with low expectations but was so happy to be proven wrong. The spicy beef noodle soup was good! It's different compared to other beef noodle soup places I have (not in a bad way) and the soup itself just reminds me of a homemade soup your mom would make. My partner got the non-spicy one beef noodle soup and that soup lacked a bit of umami/salt. I would say between the spicy and non-spicy, the spicy one was better since the satay added that needed umami. The beef rolls were a hit with all of us! Definitely a highlight and I'll definitely be ordering this each time I go. The popcorn chicken was also delicious! It's taiwanese style and the batter to chicken ratio was great. The sizing of the popcorn chicken was insanity and can be shared with at least 3 people. Overall, super happy with this spot and can't wait to go back to try more dishes!

Hands down one of the best places I've tried in a while. We were looking for places to eat nearby and decided to try this one out. We ordered quite a few dishes to try them out and pick a favorite. I was expecting to like some but I was happily surprised and LOVED all of them. They were all very flavorful. The service was quick and friendly. She made sure to explain and answer any question we had. I cannot wait to come back!

I spent around $77 including tip which was 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 3 main plates. Actually, they don't have just a side of fried rice, so we were forced to buy it as a main plate. Everything tastes good. I just finished my leftovers and I'm already craving the noodles since they were so soft. The restaurant is clean and modern with big windows and an outdoor patio. If it weren't so hot (We came on a 100F day) it looked like a nice place to eat under the umbrellas. I accidentally spilled a jar of hot sauce which for some reason had a loose removable lid and one of the waitresses was quick to clean it up for us. She was nice about it, too, like she could've easily copped an attitude with us about it, but didn't. A man next to us said he accidentally did the same thing which makes me think they need to find a different container for that sauce. There's a huge parking lot, so that wasn't a problem. However, the area directly in front of the restaurant and the other shops near it were sectioned off with yellow caution tape for some reason and my sister said it looked like a murder scene, which made me laugh. I'm fairly sure that wasn't the case, but I don't know why they did it. The only reason I knew the restaurant was open for business was because I saw people eating inside through the windows.

I didn't even bother to write a review at that time, but had submitted five photos, some good, others not, that told the tale. So this time, with some trepidation, we gave them a second chance. Glad we did. This time was different. Two dishes, the black bean ribs and the salt & pepper pork chops, turned out great. Not only did they have good flavor, both dishes were quite generous and meaty. And if we had stopped ordering right there, I wouldn't have had any reason to drop a star. It was the dim sum that almost ruined it. The siu mai (8 pcs) were small and oddly fishy tasting, lacking the traditional aromatics. One bite and I knew there was no way I would continue eating them. No reason to bring them home either. Was I willing to just throw away my $13? No. Disappointed, I bravely told the server, and then, the manager. I got a "deer in the headlights" response, followed with a "what's wrong with it" query. Awkward moment. But, minutes later, the server returned from the back kitchen, and the most miraculous, unexpected thing happened. She said they would take it off my bill! Honestly, I was not expecting any resolution. But in wisely doing this, they frankly rescued the situation and my attitude. I respected that one gracious gesture. So, while the siu mai will still never be anything I order here, there is a vast menu to explore, and a few dishes I already know will not let me down. Two of these were from our first time, the char siu baos and the shrimp with scrambled egg. These were good. That said, this is a decent business that proved they wanted my business. We will come back.

It's truly generational for our family. This place holds so many memories and such a special place in my heart. It's part of the heart of Corona. The service is always warm and welcoming. The ambiance has that classic charm with old-school booths and beautiful brick architecture -- which makes it even more meaningful to me because my grandpa actually helped put some of that brickwork in when he was alive and working in construction. It took about 40 minutes just to get our drinks and have our order taken, and then another 50 minutes for the food to arrive. I politely asked several times when our food would be coming out. The restaurant was not very busy and there were several open tables, so I wasn't sure what the delay was. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, one dish came out, and a few minutes later the rest of the order arrived. Unfortunately, the server also brought the entrée I had clearly canceled when placing the order. I explained that I had canceled it, but she insisted that my mother had ordered it. I calmly told her that I was the only one who spoke and placed the order--my mother hadn't even asked for anything. She continued insisting that we keep the dish because it was already made. When I politely declined, she pointed at my mother and said she had ordered it. My mother responded that she hadn't even spoken. At that point, the server raised her voice and became aggressive, saying we had ordered it and had to keep it. Her attitude shifted completely from polite to confrontational. We remained calm and did not escalate the situation. Eventually, when she realized we weren't going to argue or cause a scene, she took the dish back and walked away. That reaction was completely uncalled for. Additionally, I observed something else that was concerning. A group of African Americans and Hispanic men came in, and there were about four tables open at the time. They were told they had to wait 40-50 minutes to be seated, while other guests who came in after them were seated right away. From what I witnessed, it felt discriminatory based on how they were dressed. That was very uncomfortable to see. At the end of the day, this is a business. We can't pick and choose who gets service. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. This is my personal experience and observation. I won't take away from the fact that the food was delicious, but the customer service was awful and the delays were absurd. If a restaurant is busy and the food is this good, there should be enough staff scheduled to provide proper service. Because of the service experience, I will not be returning.
