The food was fantastic better than some nearby places! We ordered 3 rolls to go and it was ready in 14 mins! The price was great only $10. A roll!! We will be back with the family and do all you can eat!

Absolutely obsessed!! This is my favorite AYCE sushi spot! The price is reasonable with great options and fresh fish. The hand rolls usually have a good fish to rice ratio. Their order system is super easy to use and dishes usually come out pretty quickly. They have great service, but can sometimes forget a dish which is understandable and is an easy fix if you just ask. I absolutely adore their decorations and love their manga hall. Definitely recommend!

Sushi One Spot is probably my favorite AYCE sushi ever. When I found out the owners were the original owners from Asahi, everything made sense. I've been here enough times now that the consistency and quality really deserve a proper review. A lot of the rolls here are truly chef's kiss. I love that most of them come in 4 pieces instead of the usual 8, so you can try way more without tapping out early. My go to roll are the One Spot Roll, the Nagoya, and the IDK Roll. Highly recommend all three. Honestly, just order whatever sounds good because everything I've tried has been consistently solid. As much as I love the rolls, the nigiri is my personal favorite. If you love salmon as much as I do, this place will make you very happy. They have so many variations; Cajun salmon, lemon pepper salmon, garlic salmon, and more. The garlic salmon is my top pick. The fried garlic pieces are so good. The garlic sweet shrimp is also amazing. The fish always tastes fresh and the rice to fish ratio is perfect. Yum. Ordering is done through an iPad, and everything comes out quickly. Service is always A+. Everyone here is genuinely nice, every single visit. I'll always come back whenever I need my AYCE sushi fix. Love Sushi One Spot in Corona.

Amazing selection, great open space filled with cute Japanese decor, and fast service! Everything I want in an AYCE sushi. Price is also amazing at $32.99! The menu had so much variety--we loved all the nigiris, carpaccio, and rice-less rolls. The size of the rolls are the perfect mini size so you can try a variety of diff things without getting too stuffed. There were great options for those who like baked/cooked rolls and apps. I saw they also had instant ramen too if you'd like to dabble. Considering the fast service and good quality of fish and offerings, this is going to be my new go-to whenever I'm in Corona. It's unbeatable!

Went here for a friends 30th after hearing a lot of good things about it. $30 for AYCE is pretty cheap and they're quite quick at bringing the food out. Drinks are a little on the pricier side but they're good and worth it considering how cheap the AYCE is. Definitely recommend. Plenty of parking. We had two new servers with us who we were patient with, and they did great. Also helped having an experienced server chime in every now and then. Good people. And I won one of the plushies in their crane game. All in all = a good time.

Just opened another one. Service is friendly, efficient and fast. Order through the ipad provided. Inside is clean, bright, organized. Foods are well made and just the right portion. Definitely will come back again.

Oh my goodness! Our new favorite sushi hands down! I wish I could give a 10 star rating! It's hard to find quality fish at AYCE spots. I am from Hawaii and I have had the privilege of having the most fresh and delicious sushis growing up. Andddd I was very impressed! First of all, $32 per person for dinner, and so many choices that were incredible. We had so many favorites, but our number one favorites was the Cajun Salmon Nigiri! Wow I've never had anything like it. We usually enjoy the regular salmon nigiri, and while it was nice and we had many, it did not compare to the butter, spicy perfect flavor of the Cajun salmon! Another surprising favorite was the chicken wings. I actually don't prefer chicken wings ever... but I saw someone get a few and I was not disappointed! My boyfriend and I were like we need more of these chicken wings! They are cracked... in a good way! Other favorites included the salmon collar, Jen Jen, and the spicy garlic edamame. I can't explain how cute this place is, the taste and quality of the food is a breath of fresh air, and we just love it here!! The service is also so quick! We love that you can order from the tablet on your table. Barely any wait time to get your food! That's unheard of right.....?! We have been here 3 times and have forgotten any other sushi spots we used to like lol. Come here! Oh and lunch is a little cheaper and even cheaper if you pick from the $22 tasting menu You're welcome :)

New business in the plaza thats been open for a few months. It is located next to Carrot & Daikon, so there's plenty of parking available. It is a decently large location with a cute Japanese theme filled with cherry blossoms and Japanese posters. If you are looking to celebrate an occasion or be by yourself, they have the capability to fit you in. Love that they have a self-ordering tablet at your table so you don't have to wait to order. The restaurant have two options for dining, all you can eat and a la carte. I recommend if you know you plan to order more than 3 dishes, the all you can eat is worth it, especially when you can try the varieties. If you go during the weekday for lunch time, they have a tasting menu that's so cheap for $21.99, but if you like your nigiri, the upgraded full menu price is worth it as well. Another positive thing to note, is the size of the sushi portion is small in ayce, like around 4 pieces with small amount of rice, so you can try more different sushis. They even have vegetable roll for your friends that are vegetarian. Overall, I like coming to this place since the price and food is good, service is typically quick, and they round it out well with free ice cream at the end.

We decided to try this place because our go-to for AYCE sushi in Corona has closed! This place is pretty similar in variety and quality. In both cases, quite good, particularly considering the price. Note the size of the sushi -- it's a bit smaller than you might expect. But since this is AYCE, I actually prefer it this size -- small enough to pop it comfortably into your mouth. Just order about 50% more than you might at a different (non-AYCE) place Also, the rolls are only 3 or 4 pieces rather than 6 or 8. I LOVE this. At other AYCE places I fear ordering a roll because it's sometimes so big you can't eat anything else. This size is great. You can always order more if you really love it. But for me, I can order a couple of rolls and not worry about it totally filling me up. Also, I love the ordering system. Just tap on the screen and order. You don't have to flag down your busy server. Also, there's no "cool off" period after an order. I've been to some places where you have to get it right because after you put in an order you can't order again for 10 minutes. This place, you can order something, decide you want something more, and put in another order immediately. I love it. Finally, I like that they have cup ramen. Obviously, I'd prefer something more elegant. But if you don't want to deal with having to have all the ingredients for ramen on hand, just offer instant ramen. Cool. And the price is very reasonable. We're definitely coming back!

Ordered takeout. Oh my goodness, the salmon literally melts in your mouth! I chose the Cajun salmon but I've also had the garlic seared salmon. Clean buttery taste. Baked Unagi sushi also amazing!!!! Super volcano roll...very rich, very tasty, full of flavor and quality fish. It is a baked roll. This is definitely going to be a weekly take out place. I am so glad that they've opened Sushi One Spot in Corona! I agree with fellow Yelpers to keep the price as is, please! This place serves the freshest sashimi and has the best servers and owners! We chatted with Esther, whom our family met a long time ago at the Rancho location. We haven't seen her there in a long time, and when we finally decided to go to this location, we were so surprised to see her there! And she even remembered us :p First off, parking was a non-issue as the parking lot in front had plenty of spaces. As we entered, we were promptly greeted and seated. We opted for AYCE and were so surprised by how fresh and delicious the fish and sashimis were! I'm craving this place again as I write and think back on our experiences. We ordered our usual suspects: Jen Jen, John, Cajun salmon, Cajun tuna, eel, all the carpaccios, calamari, popcorn chicken, miso soup, mussels, and I'm pretty sure we ordered more, but they were all so DELICIOUS! You order via the tablet on the table, and the food comes out promptly, and not only will it satisfy your tummies, but also be aesthetically pleasing! BONUS points too, since they offer raw wasabi, of course, at an additional price. They also have other promotions happening during certain hours; it's all written on their menus. The restaurant is well-lit and clean! I also love the decorations and the claw machines at the back of the restaurant! We'll definitely come back and highly recommend this place if you're in the Corona area and craving delicious, fresh sashimi/rolls.

Rice is naturally gluten-free so I would just order fresh rolls or fresh sushi pieces and you should be good

Yoshioishi Sushi & Ramen had solid reviews, so we decided to pivot and give it a try. First impression: the menu is extensive. It's one of those places where you almost don't know where to start. The fan favorites are marked with a red flower, which helped narrow things down. We also asked our server for suggestions, which made it easier to navigate. We arrived just before 5pm and there was only one other table. We were told to sit anywhere we'd like. By the time we left, the restaurant was filling up and it seemed like there were quite a few regulars coming in. Here's what we tried: Salted edamame: Just average. A bit limp and not as crisp as I'm used to, so they didn't feel especially fresh. Gyoza: Really nice flavor and the dipping sauce was well balanced. These were solid. Yellowtail jalapeño sashimi: This was different in a good way. It had cilantro and a slightly sweeter sauce instead of the traditional garlic ponzu. Unexpected, but a pleasant surprise. Crispy chicken karaage: Slightly over fried but still flavorful. The dipping sauce helped. Crispy rice with spicy tuna: Just okay. One piece barely had tuna on top. Not bad, but not something I'd reorder. Cucumber salad: Served on a bed of iceberg lettuce, which surprised us, but the dressing had great flavor. This disappeared quickly. Nigiri: The salmon was incredibly fresh and one of the highlights. The albacore and toro came topped with fresh wasabi, which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the salmon and albacore. The toro didn't quite melt in your mouth like we hoped. It was a bit chewy. Crazy Salmon Roll: Good flavor, but note that the salmon on the outside is fully cooked. We expected raw, so just something to keep in mind. Snow Mountain Roll: A fan favorite at the table. Great texture and flavor. Plain udon and plain ramen: Both were excellent. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. We definitely over ordered, but we left very full. One small detail for fellow tea lovers: I always look forward to hot tea at a Japanese restaurant, especially when it's served in a small pot you can refill at the table. Here it was hot water with a tea bag in a metal cup, which was too hot to comfortably hold, and there was no teapot provided. Not a deal breaker, but next time I'd probably skip the tea. Service was strong. In addition to our main server, two other team members checked in and refilled water regularly, which we appreciated. Overall, I'd call it a 3.5 if that were an option, so I'm landing at 3 stars. The food was decent, the atmosphere comfortable, and the service attentive. It didn't completely wow us, but we're glad we tried it.

We stumbled upon Rakki when we first moved to Chino Hills in 2023, and took a break from coming when our son was in the oven. It was definitely our go to Sushi spot when we had the energy to make it out there. We loved the various choices of nigiri, sushi rolls and even the appetizers. Shortly before they closed, the owner even gave us a complimentary yellowtail collar which was absolutely delicious, amazingly flavorful and super juicy (we never ordered this previously, since we always went with the AYCE option). The AYCE was very reasonably priced for what you got, and could be considered on the very cheap end, for quality of the food you got and options available. Rakki Sushi got high praises from our foodie friends who would visit us as well. The chef and staff were always super nice, they always came to check on how we were doing when they weren't too overwhelmed with the busyness, and we loved how super friendly they were. Our son loved the staff as well, and he always gave them smiles back in response to theirs. The ambience was more of a local/casual sushi spot, rather than somewhere fancy, which my wife and I greatly enjoyed since we like dressing comfortably in just t-shirts and joggers. The tables, seats, and utensils were always clean when we went there. The men's restroom wasn't the cleanest looking, but given the location it was understandable. Plus, we were there for the food, and not really to strictly use the restroom. We greatly miss you Rakki Sushi and hope you are able to come back one day!
