My fiance came into town and we went to this sushi place because we haven't been here for so long. We had the ayce and everything we order was good. Service was good as well. The only thing is if you order hot tea they should have a handle on them because maybe for some people its hot and they can't hold the cup. Ambience is ok, we came and we got sat in right away it wasnt crowded or busy.

RARE AYCE FIND IN CORONA!!! Really yummy sushi's with a variety of rolls. I love their sashimi and their crispy rice. Salmon skin salad was good too. Good service, quiet lil place. Lots of parking. Half off drinks during happy hour (even on weekends)

Good not great. I know there's other spot in this surrounding area that are better. Basic Miso soup, water down. Kinda disappointed for our first time. Don't think I'll be back....

Food 2.5/5 Service 3/5 Ambiance 4/5 AYCE lunch is $29.99 We had asked before ordering what the lunch price is, our waitress said it was $23.99. However when the bill came , we asked her again. She grabs the receipt , looks and says "It's $29.99." If you aren't sure there's nothing wrong with checking. However giving false information is not ok. The price is fair, the food was about average. The service should be improved.

They used to charge half price for the 2nd beer or wine order. Today I was told they no longer do that. No reason given. Also their edamame has been brought out cold or at room temp on both previous visits here and have had to ask them to warm it up for me. And on several occasions, they were out of wine, even though it's listed as a choice on their menu. Also they used to offer a sashimi sampler which I loved but they took that off the menu, again no reason offered. So I've been coming here since 2020 when I moved to this area but it's very noticeable how many changes have happened since then, and therefore they haven't been as good as when I first stopped by. I think this may be my last visit.

We've honestly been going here for a very long time but recently didn't because of the quality of going down after Covid but my son wanted to go back for birthday and we were trying to change his mind but we are glad that we did it was soooo fresh and amazing! Service has never been a issue but man they made us fall back in love with this place every single roll that came out was sooo tasty so excited to go back soon!!

$35.99 Ayce is totally worth it! Sashimi was my favorite highly recommended the AYCE since its $15 average for one roll and clearly it's always 2-3 rolls we get full with. Great ambiance and service.

I recently moved to Eastvale and had to find a go to place for ayce sushi. This is the first one i tried within the area and I've been here 5x in less than 2 months. It's definitely worth the price, they serve you fast, the food is on point and the whole team gives a very welcoming vibe that i appreciate very much. This is my go to place for AYCE sushi near Eastvale

$37 per person AYCE . Party of 8 or more 18% gratuities included Drinks , sashimi , soft shells crabs are not part of the AYCE but can order soft shells crabs in rolls . We were a party of 9 celebrating my daughter's 12 years old birthday dinner. Our waiter inquired the reasons for our visit and mentioned they will offer a complimentary ice cream for the birthday girl. Little did we know, the light went dim with different color lights dancing in the room with hip hop music playing. Following by four employees belching a "happy birthday song ". Attentive services , Great food , fresh seafood with many selections of AYCE options to choose from .

Disclaimer - I did do takeout but overall didn't love it. The fish didn't smell or feel fresh it smelled really fishy. The rolls also were a mess like they made them in a hurry which is surprising because it said it'd take an hour but they called me like 10 mins after I placed the order for pickup... the rolls also were super big pieces so it just felt like overwhelming rather than eating a sushi piece. They seemed sweet and maybe the in person experience is better because it did look full inside the restaurant.

Yoshioishi Sushi & Ramen had solid reviews, so we decided to pivot and give it a try. First impression: the menu is extensive. It's one of those places where you almost don't know where to start. The fan favorites are marked with a red flower, which helped narrow things down. We also asked our server for suggestions, which made it easier to navigate. We arrived just before 5pm and there was only one other table. We were told to sit anywhere we'd like. By the time we left, the restaurant was filling up and it seemed like there were quite a few regulars coming in. Here's what we tried: Salted edamame: Just average. A bit limp and not as crisp as I'm used to, so they didn't feel especially fresh. Gyoza: Really nice flavor and the dipping sauce was well balanced. These were solid. Yellowtail jalapeño sashimi: This was different in a good way. It had cilantro and a slightly sweeter sauce instead of the traditional garlic ponzu. Unexpected, but a pleasant surprise. Crispy chicken karaage: Slightly over fried but still flavorful. The dipping sauce helped. Crispy rice with spicy tuna: Just okay. One piece barely had tuna on top. Not bad, but not something I'd reorder. Cucumber salad: Served on a bed of iceberg lettuce, which surprised us, but the dressing had great flavor. This disappeared quickly. Nigiri: The salmon was incredibly fresh and one of the highlights. The albacore and toro came topped with fresh wasabi, which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the salmon and albacore. The toro didn't quite melt in your mouth like we hoped. It was a bit chewy. Crazy Salmon Roll: Good flavor, but note that the salmon on the outside is fully cooked. We expected raw, so just something to keep in mind. Snow Mountain Roll: A fan favorite at the table. Great texture and flavor. Plain udon and plain ramen: Both were excellent. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. We definitely over ordered, but we left very full. One small detail for fellow tea lovers: I always look forward to hot tea at a Japanese restaurant, especially when it's served in a small pot you can refill at the table. Here it was hot water with a tea bag in a metal cup, which was too hot to comfortably hold, and there was no teapot provided. Not a deal breaker, but next time I'd probably skip the tea. Service was strong. In addition to our main server, two other team members checked in and refilled water regularly, which we appreciated. Overall, I'd call it a 3.5 if that were an option, so I'm landing at 3 stars. The food was decent, the atmosphere comfortable, and the service attentive. It didn't completely wow us, but we're glad we tried it.

We stumbled upon Rakki when we first moved to Chino Hills in 2023, and took a break from coming when our son was in the oven. It was definitely our go to Sushi spot when we had the energy to make it out there. We loved the various choices of nigiri, sushi rolls and even the appetizers. Shortly before they closed, the owner even gave us a complimentary yellowtail collar which was absolutely delicious, amazingly flavorful and super juicy (we never ordered this previously, since we always went with the AYCE option). The AYCE was very reasonably priced for what you got, and could be considered on the very cheap end, for quality of the food you got and options available. Rakki Sushi got high praises from our foodie friends who would visit us as well. The chef and staff were always super nice, they always came to check on how we were doing when they weren't too overwhelmed with the busyness, and we loved how super friendly they were. Our son loved the staff as well, and he always gave them smiles back in response to theirs. The ambience was more of a local/casual sushi spot, rather than somewhere fancy, which my wife and I greatly enjoyed since we like dressing comfortably in just t-shirts and joggers. The tables, seats, and utensils were always clean when we went there. The men's restroom wasn't the cleanest looking, but given the location it was understandable. Plus, we were there for the food, and not really to strictly use the restroom. We greatly miss you Rakki Sushi and hope you are able to come back one day!

Anyway... After perusing through the menu, which had quite a few blacked out items (black tape applied over the menu item) we both decided on the Tonkatsu Spicy Black Ramen Noodles as well a the Crispy Fried Rice appetizer... the appetizer was delivered but I had to request some small individual plates so that we could eat off of our own plate, rather than reaching over trying to share the same plate and making a mess on the table... no worries, small oversight (or so I thought at the time)... Next came the Ramen... Looked very appetizing, but again I had to get up and request a couple of soup spoons... went to dig in, and while the bottom of the bowl was warm, the broth itself was quite cold... after calling over the waitress and asking them to please reheat (even if they had to use the microwave)... the waitress took it back to the "open" kitchen and they used the microwave to reheat... The bowls were returned and as we started to eat, satisfied that the broth was indeed hot, we noticed a couple of items missing: the corn - no corn in the broth like it was described... in addition to that, no Wood Eared Mushrooms were in the broth either... the wood eared mushrooms set the "black" apart from the standard ramen and cost $.50 more per serving... when questioned about it, the hostess informed us that they didn't have any mushrooms... as a consolation, she offered us one of the "extra price" toppings in place if it... we opted for the tofu... a bowl of tofu pieces came out and although they appeared to have steam coming off of it, the tofu was cold as well... smh... The hostess returned them to to kitchen to be reheated... We received a 10% discount ($4.90 of of a $49 bill)... Not sure if they're going to make it with this level of service and food quality...
