    Yellowtail Collar

My friend took me here last night for the first time and I was not disappointed! Food, service, and cleanliness was amazing! We sat at the bar and sadly I didn't get the bartender's name but it says Larry on the receipt ‍ His service was timely and friendly. We got two rolls, the pepper bomb, spicy edamame, and the yellowtail collar. Holy smokes was it good!! The old fashion was wonderful too! I can't wait to return! Thanks for a great first experience!!

Usually packed. Price point is kind of high, special rolls between $20-$25. Definitely gives more of a vibe to hang, have drinks and some bites of sushi. Fresh, quality fish. Flavors were good.

Came here for lunch on a weekday and it was pretty happy. Unfortunately they don't have lunch deals and happy hour starts at 2 pm. We ordered two sushi rolls and they came really quick! It was very delicious and large. I ordered the mango roll which tastes very unique while my dad ordered a fried roll which was cooked amazingly. The service was amazing!

I've been seeing this Thai-sushi fusion place all over Instagram, mainly because their cocktails kept popping up on my feed. And yes, before anyone judges me, I swear I'm not an alcoholic -- the drinks just looked that good. My husband and I went for one of our little dinner dates. The place is clean, simple, and we were seated right away since it wasn't too busy. Sushi-wise, everything we ordered was pretty standard. Nothing really stood out, but it wasn't bad either -- just... sushi. Now the drinks? That's where they got me. I tried the Nashi martini, the lychee martini (basically the Nashi but with lychee liquor), and of course my usual lemon drop. All three were solid. I appreciate a bartender who doesn't skimp on the alcohol -- everything had a nice balance of booze and sweetness. Will I go back? Maybe. If I do, it'll probably be for another round of those drinks.

After all these years of being a patron at Etcetera, this place continues to be my favorite go-to sushi restaurant for top quality fish, fancy cocktails, and attentive service. I can roll in in my party dress or in my sweatpants yet never feel like I'm out of place. Hubby and I dined in on Valentine's Day and sat at the sushi bar in the presence of the greatest sushi chef in the IE--Isaac. You can always expect generous cuts of sashimi and atheistically pleasing presentations of sushi and rolls. You really do get what you pay for--quality, variety, ambiance, and service.

Amazing food and it was our first time here!!! Dragon roll, lobster roll, crunch roll, Philly roll and udon were so freaking YUMMMMY!! And the BEST service from TAELOR! Thanks Tae for taking care of us and giving us suggestions! Definitely coming back soon

I really enjoyed Etcetera, it was the best sushi I've had in a while. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the presentation? Absolutely stunning. I was so impressed I wanted to shout, "spectacular, give me 14 of them right now!" For appetizers we got the edamame, crispy tuna and yellowtail with jalapeños - all perfect! The rolls were a great size and stuffed with fish! I highly recommend the el narco roll and the Sundays best roll. Prices were great too, worth it! Each bite was perfection, loved all the saucy details and commitment to quality.

So I gigged a star We love the food and most of the servers Haley and Jessie are awesome. But there are a couple "hostesses" that ALWAYS have a sour demeanor and pissy face. She was there today 5/25 at opening. She's there a lot. Not someone you want to be the face of your establishment.

    Plenty of booth seating

A friend and I came just before opening at 12p and we were the first ones in. Staff was very friendly our server Quincy was great! She had awesome recommendations and was very attentive (she had us drinking old fashioned cocktails and shooting oysters at noon) Everything we ordered was delicious and very fresh I recommend the spicy garlic edamame, rainbow roll, salmon and yellowtail sashimi were super buttery. The place quickly filled up for lunch, the booth seating against the wall is very comfortable and there is plenty of seating to accommodate groups of any size. If you are in the area definitely check this place out!

Sushi is always 10/10, service also 10/10. Ambiance is great as well. Kind of a hidden gem next to Albertsons. The Philly roll is always a must. We tried the dragon roll and the fresh on foothill today. Dragon roll just became my favorite it was soooo good. Absolutely will be returning

    Menu

Best sushi menu in Corona with top tier customer service. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to and would highly recommend to anyone looking for great sushi.

The event was supposed to have old school music, and while there was someone there playing music, it wasn't as lively or loud as we expected. The sound was more in the background. Food-wise, we ordered three appetizers. Two were good, but the crispy chicken and fries missed the mark for us. The staff did let us sample a couple of drinks, which was nice, and the mocktail I had was very good. Overall, I'd say it was an okay experience. Nice atmosphere and friendly service, but not somewhere we'd probably drive out to often. It may be a better fit if you live closer to Corona and want a relaxed lounge spot.

As a riverside native, I love the Backstreet patio and was excited to return in an evening setting. Husband and I did a short hike up Mt. rubidoux then enjoyed a romantic dinner at Devereaux House. We agreed it was one of the better date nights we have had in Riverside. We went on deftones and chess night. There was an excellent curated music playlist, chess boards everywhere, candle and string lights, and a really solid wine list. Ambiance was10/10. We tried the salad, meatballs, two pizzas, and an orange wine. Everything was 10/10. Service was insanely fast for how busy the place was (not an empty table in sight). The line to order appeared long but moved quick due to competent staff. Choosing a wine was a delight with a knowledgeable server happy to pour us tasters until we chose our bottle. The pizza we received looked like corporate chain pizza which also lacked the homemade crust and sauce we expected. Either the recipe changed from when the pictures were posted, or it was an advertisement trap. The ambiance was great though. I loved the lights and decor. Another table also played mario kart and the switch which looked like lots of fun. Logistics-wise was a bit confusing. We parked in a lot across the restaurant. And I wasn't able to find a clear entrance and just walked through open gates and tables. I think you order at the bar and seat yourself/someone will seat you if it's busier. Then they deliver to your table. Our meal came out to $90 for 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, and a side of marinated olives. Would not come again.

We're not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but after our experience yesterday, we felt…read moreit was important to share. We first visited on Valentine's Day in February and had an excellent experience. The pizzas were delicious, we were seated without a reservation, and we left excited to come back. Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.
