As Thai's, We usually try to avoid Thai places that use broccolini's in their dishes as that's usually a sign the food is not going to taste authentic. Traditional Pad Se Eew uses Gai Lan which has been called Chinese broccoli, but they are not the same. We got the Pad Thai and the papaya salad. They were both very good but the papaya salad was missing field or blue crab. I guess we should have known they won't use crab since they don't use gai lan. This place is good to go for that last minute thai craving. It will do the trick but I would recommend more authentic places like Little Buddha off Limonite or even Seven Seas. read more

I went in about two weeks ago. They had just opened at 4 PM. There were two really nice ladies helped me out taking my order, bringing my drinks and food. Everything was exceptional. The food was great. I ordered the Pad see and the fried rice with shrimp both were delicious. I thought of asking for extra sauce for the noodles, but they have just the right amount. Flavor was great and the veggies had a nice color and we're not overcooked. I have nothing but good things to say. Will be coming back very soon. It was made exactly how I like it; on the saucier side, sweet and tangy at the same time and very tender protein with a side of pickled jalapeños. Kay, the owner was so kind and hospitable too . I'm not sure if the restaurant is under new ownership but our last visit was not the same experience we were used to, where orders were always ready on time (usually within 10 minutes of calling) and the food was consistently delicious. This time however, with no one dining inside the restaurant, we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the estimated 25 minute quote we were told when the food would be ready for pickup. No apologies from the staff either for the longer wait. The staff and cooks all seemed different as well. The food quality was also disappointing. Most of the dishes were bland and all the meats we ordered was dry and chewy (beef, pork, and chicken). Especially the chicken satay, which wasn't even satay. It was chicken breasts on a stick. Very tough to bite and chew into. We will probably not return, which is really unfortunate as it was one of our go-to places for takeout. read more

Cute little spot! I think the owner is Lao. We ordered the Thai-style papaya salad and they nailed it -- it honestly tastes just like Thailand, my country . We asked for medium spicy, and it was a bit spicier than I expected, but I loved it so much. I came here with a friend on a Thursday afternoon not expecting much as Corona is not known for their Thai food. It was located in a small step plaza and parking was very convenient. The manager of the restaurant is the owner's daughter and she was very pleasant and keeps the place immaculate. Everything was nice and clean. The menu captures all of the traditional Thai dishes and everything was made from scratch when you order. The food came out nice and hot and tasted like home cooking to me. It was different from other mainstream Thai restaurants but it was still good. It was not very busy when we went but it was past the lunch hour. It was nice to be able to hear each other talk unlike some of the trendy restaurants these days. If you're in Corona and craving Asian food, this is a nice place to stop by! read more

We finished with the mango and sweet rice. I also enjoyed trying the Thai Tea, which was not overly sweet. The flavors were fresh and balanced. Everyone was pleased with their dish. The spice level was on point. You can pick the spice from 1-10. I would deem a level 5 analogous with a chile de árbol salsa (pretty spicy) so I'd say err on the side of caution. The commercial structure contains others eateries; a pizza joint and a bar on the far left end. Thai E-San is on the right end of the lot. The interior of the restaurant is quaint and clean. Wood wall surfaces give the interior a modern appeal. Once seated we found the staff to be especially friendly and helpful. "Is this your first time here?" asked the owner. We responded yes, and then she smiled and reviewed the menu with us and provided some recommendations. We decided to try the pineapple curry fried rice with pork. I was a bit hesitant to split an order with Joyce as I was hungry and typically finish off a dish. When our order arrived, I was pleased to find a generous beautiful mountain of food. The server was even happy to provide a couple sample shots of a tea mix with chai. The rice dish was fresh off the stove and very delicious! The flavors of the pork and curry took it over the edge in tastiness. We both enjoyed our meal and had enough to box up to take home leftovers. We are in Corona for a hockey tournament for the weekend and arrived at almost 7pm for dinner, and there were no customers on a Thursday night. I was a little hesitant, but the yelp reviews and ratings were good, so we just went with it. While we were eating, there were a lot of take out orders. We ordered the following: 1. Chicken satay w/ side of rice for my 8yo: It doesn't look flavorful, but it is very flavorful. The peanut sauce that came with it was quite thick. Made it hard to dip. The side bowl of rice is huge! 2. Chicken yellow curry for my 11 yo: Very flavorful, and the potatoes/carrots were delish as it was not soft. It was cooked nicely with a crunch to it. 3. Spicy noodles, beef, level 5/10 spice: The beef was a little chewey, but overall, it was a yummy dish. It was very flavorful. I added extra spice to it with chili flakes and chili oil, making it super delicious to my liking with the spicy level. The noodles were cooked just right, not too soft nor too hard. 4. Shrimp pad thai: Flavorful but a little on the sweeter side. The noodles were clumped upmasking each bite very big. 5. Crab fried rice: Delish! The rice was not hard nor too mushy. You can smell the crab when the waitress brought it to our table. 6. Thai ice tea: The tea level is good but super sweet! We took our back to our hotel and added more ice, but it was still sweet and diluted. The restaurant has a simple decor but very nice tailoring to the Thai culture. There are about 8-10 booth tables and a small high table with 2 stools.The waitress is very nice and attentive to our table, but maybe because we had 2 kids with us? However, whichever it is, we appreciate it. She checked on us often and is prompt with our requests. This restaurant has gone down hill. We first started ordering food from here about a year and half ago. We stopped going because we found better Thai food in Norco and Eastvale. Well we decided to give it another try and are sorry we wasted our money. The food portions were small. We ordered the yellow curry and the cream cheese and avocado moon rolls. The curry was flavorless and barely had any chicken in it. The avocado in the moon rolls was brown and super mushy. What a waste of $24.00. I'd rather make the drive to Eastvale / Norco than come back here again. Not sure how it receives a 5 star rating. read more
