Came here for lunch with my family. The pho was pretty good but a little more oily than I prefer. Portion was decent. Prices were quite up there for a bowl of pho. Service was friendly and fast. It was clean inside and outside. The family sitting behind us started watching videos full volume which kind of ruined our experience but I know that is not their fault. I would probably stick to my regular pho spot that is just down the street from my house. But this is a great option for people that live out this way and want authentic Vietnamese food.
Dine in 4/18 Visit - Came in after 6pm for a late Pho craving .. saw this spot all over social media and was curious to see what the Hype was all about . Restaurant wasn't too packed had a few open booths . Walked in and was greeted by Cashier/ Server. FYI - you need to order first prior to sitting down. Looking at their menu it's more a Vietnamese fusion . Placed an order for the beef belly fries , Thai tea & filet mignon pho which came with beef balls . Beef Belly fries imo was pretty mid it had more sauce & garnish & mad fries over BEEF belly especially at $25 price point . Shoes strung fries , sauce , onions & cilantro was just so mid and just not as appealing tbh and not worth the amount you could easily make it . Filet mignon/ beef balls Pho - the Broth was clean and savory but in a bowl is was a Mountain of mad noodles over filet mignon small pieces and beef balls cut into which is 1 beef ball cut into 4 pieces .. you would think for the type of pho you would be getting bang for your buck .. also order was a pho tai .. same scenario mad noodles little protein . Thai tea - it was decent also mid .. Overall, altogether for 2 bowls of pho , 1 appetizer and 1 Thai tea was close to $80 without too which is pretty steep and quality . I like the location & cleanliness and huge parking availability in the shopping plaza but would I ever eat here again in all honesty Negative. I can't justify the price & food quality and lack of cutting corners and adding tons of noodles and not enough protein ..
Delicious pho! One of the best in the IE for sure. We came here on a saturday right at opening time only to find out it was going to open at 12. It usually opens at 11... but just so you're aware, they could switch up opening times. This place was super simple. All the menu had was pho. No apps, no banh mi, no rice dishes, just pho and drinks! They have definitely perfected their pho. I recommend the beef belly, but definitely order extra meat. The broth was super deep with a stronger star anise taste, which I love. It's a counter service restaurant so you order at the front, get your number, and find a seat. Service was pretty quick and staff were all super nice. It was a pretty quaint with plenty of seating inside. This place could be a little cleaner, but the pho was awesome.
Amazing chicken pho!! Friendly service, and the ambiance is spacious and clean. I especially like their music playlists. Only feedback is to have Oatmilk options for the banana matcha and other drinks.
Sarah was very kind and answered my questions . I couldn't decide what to try so she explained the difference between each of the popular choices. I initially tried this spot because I saw on yelp that they had bulgogi fries and egg rolls. When I went they only had soup. So I'll be checking periodically for these items or new ones. My choice was the steak eye pho. This one has the option for a smaller size which is why I chose it. Sarah described it perfectly and the soup was good.
A little pricey, but definitely worth it! The pho was delicious, and I highly recommend the filet mignon pho . The meat was tender, the broth was flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be coming back!

I ordered both the House Pho and the Beef Belly Pho, and each bowl had its own standout qualities, from tender cuts of meat to perfectly cooked noodles. But the real highlight? The beef belly bánh mì fries. Absolutely incredible. All the flavors meshed so well together--the savory beef belly, crispy fries, fresh herbs, and that perfect sauce that ties everything together. It's a must-order dish. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, with modern décor, ample indoor seating, and a pleasant outdoor patio. They also offer a convenient self-serve station for water, utensils, and napkins, which makes the experience smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!
Stopped by Pho Noodle Bar on my way to Pechanga because I was craving something warm and comforting, and they did not disappoint. I ordered the large beef belly pho and it was super flavorful with rich broth and tender beef. The noodles had the right texture and the portions were generous. Service was quick too, which I appreciated since I was just passing through. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area or on the road and want something satisfying and delicious. Order at the counter and self serve items available.
Was in the area and initially came here to place a to go order, but was informed that they were not doing take out; so my son and I decided to eat there. The menu is small, about 7 different pho; as well as several different coffee/matcha drinks. I chose the beef belly pho and ube coffee, and my son had the brisket pho. Our bowls were delivered to our table within minutes. The beef and noodles were plentiful, and the broth was good. Solid option for pho if you're in the area, but a bit expensive. Condiments (sriracha, hoisin, chili) and utensils are already on each table; ample booth & table seating. Also, be aware that this restaurant is cashless.
Went here for date night and enjoyed everything about my experience here! Both soups & drink where amazing ( chicken pho & rare steak pho & lyche passion drink ) and the atmosphere was great as well. Love the outdoor seating! Service was excellent too! Thankfully it wasn't busy when I went so I definitely felt like we were attended quickly. Would recommend!
Very good, all the food was freshly made, the pho with the banh mi was delicious. The service was excellent and the tables were clean. The coffee was amazing. Will be coming back.

FILET MIGNON PHO: 10/10 I love having lots of broth and don't really care for that much noodles or meat so I was really satisfied with the amount of broth. It's really sweet and flavorful! I wasn't thirsty afterwards so I believe there was no MSG!!... HOUSE SPECIAL TOGO: For my mom! I'm sure she will enjoy it as much as we did... OUTDOOR PATIO: They also have an outdoor patio so we will bring our Coco 10 month Samoyed puppy next time!!! SIDE BROTH: 10/10 generous portions! I love broth SIDE MEATBALLS: 10/10 The meatballs were so good too! UBE COFFEE and UBE MATCHA were the star of the show!! This establishment has only been opened for about 2 months. I'm not entirely sure if there's been enough time for the Pho experience to soak for a proper review yet, but let's give them some benefit of the doubt given it's a Pho Noodle shop. With only 10 booths seating between 4-8, the shop is not that big of a place. However, reduced footprint provides for quite a unique charm for a quick eat and roll. The "Bar" in the name of the shop probably emphasized the typical notion of a big restaurant. The server/register person greeted us and welcomed us to their overhead menu and drinks. Easily visible and can be seen so if there were questions you could ask them there. Before you seat, you'll need to order first. After lunch time is usually best. We ordered just the house special and chicken soup noodles. Both came in so much and generous portions of protein/meat. This serving would be great if you're really hungry coming in here. They do not hold back. We also ordered Thai Ice Tea and Vietnamese Coffee. While the Thai Tea was awesome, the Vietnamese Coffee was just pure amazing. The House Special is served in a large bowl which I thought was a regular. There's only one size bowl and it's BIG!! THE BROTH WAS EXTREMELY TASTY AND VER DELICIOUS!! Without adding anything at all, the broth has you tasting the flavors of the bone, bone marrow and all the fixings that goes into a great well brewed Pho broth!! Also had the chicken soup as well and that went very well. Hangs down one of the best Pho places to eat here locally. Recommending this place to everyone who wants to enjoy good food.

Pho noodle bar is a delicious spot to get some pretty good pho and zzz some ridiculously good beef belly fries ... The atmosphere is open space booth and table seating. They have seating outside as well and it has a simple vibe to it. The service was amazing Katelyn answered all our questions C was super helpful and sweet. Everyone was friendly and the food came out in food timing. We got their brisket pho and it was pretty good. The broth was delicious and me and my wife enjoyed it. We have had pho that had more depth of flavor but this was still pretty good. However.... The beef belly fries were something else!!! Honestly I've been wanting asada fries but I don't get them because they're just really heavy... these beef belly fries ... I'd eat them all day and the best part is they were light. I did not feel tired or heavy at all. Me and my wife can't wait to go back we are looking forward to trying more here. read more

I'd like to leave a response to the owner for their lack of professionalism and their rude comments. Here are some of your comments which need to be brought to your attention. "We take all our feedback seriously, but we also want to be honest and clear." First of all good for you. I am glad that you take all your feedback seriously, but it seems like you also have issues with feedback that some of the elite and all-star members write, as well as, customers such as myself because we aren't afraid to express our opinions and allow our experiences with food quality and dining experiences to form our opinions. Rather than listening and determining what are constructive comments and applying them to your business model to improve with the quality and the service, you interpret everything as bad and write negative feedback to everybody. Why do you think the majority of the negative comments are centered around the same type of complaints? "You and your party finished your meals and even packed leftovers to go, which usually reflects a different dining experience than what's described here." The only reason why the meals were finished and packed to go because they were already paid for. I complained about the soft texture of the noodles and rather than having the noodles possibly remade or re-cooked or being offered something else off of the menu by one of your employees...I decided to just go ahead and finish the food since it was prepaid. What would have matched my experience? Pre-paying for my meal, not being happy about the quality of the food, complaining about the quality of the food and then getting up and just walking out and not having lunch? I would have to have gone somewhere else to pay for another meal only to have wasted my time and money in your restaurant. "When you asked, then my employee explained this to you directly." This is not true because what he actually told me was that your noodles are homemade. These were his exact words. He did not say anything along the lines of the noodles are intentionally cooked to be soft to match the texture of the broth. Even if they are intentionally cooked to be soft, aren't you admitting that your noodles are overcooked? You also said that "we would have appreciated the opportunity to address this further in the moment." I did say something about it. You're making it sound like I didn't say anything. Your comment makes absolutely no sense! After making a comment about the soft texture, your employee just made the explanation of the noodles being homemade and then just walked away. Since I had prepaid for my meal, don't you think he should've asked to possibly remake my noodles, al dente or offer something else on the menu for me in return? It's not your style that is not suitable, but rather your service, attitude and quality of your food. I do not mind paying first for a meal if the food is good quality. If you go somewhere and the quality is not to your liking, then you don't go back (notice that I haven't been back). I tried to be cordial to bring this up to your employee, but this was not handled at all in a respectable manner. I didn't see you complain about the prepaid tip that I left either. I have read all of your comments or feedback to people who have similar reviews to my review and you are not kind nor cordial. You sound very insulted that people have a problem with little things that you do or not do. If you pride yourself on being a small family business with a limited staff, then you should expect people to criticize things that happen as a result of having a small staff. Maybe you need to hire more staff! Hello!!! Soft noodles sounds like an excuse for having a small staff that is unattentive to the rest of the restaurant and the noodles might being forgotten to be removed from the broth or hot water (whatever is the cooking liquid) versus having this truly be the intent of the restaurant in order to match the quality of the broth. read more

Yikes this place left me confused. I was in the area and wanted to grab a drink and a snack before driving 50 minutes to my next location. I stopped by here because they have some coffee and milk tea options. They no longer had the egg banh mi so I just got their plain fries and the egg coffee. I think there were only 2 people working that day and restaurant was half full with people having to sign into a waitlist just to order takeout. When I arrived I was the first of 3 people to sign in for takeout and then we were all asked to wait in the patio several times. I watched the workers and they were really struggling getting the food out to people who were dining in, pickup orders, and the people like me who haven't ordered their takeout items. No matter how you were eating that day, everyone had to wait really long. I came in around 1:00 but did not get to leave with my drink and fries until about 1:45. That's horrible. After I ordered i asked how long it would take and the male worker said 10 minutes but the female worker told me 30 minutes and it indeed took closer to 30 minutes. Poor time management. Not sure why they didn't have a third person working. One person in the front and one person cooking in the back made it a not so great experience for all their customers that day. Given the experience, I was hoping the fries and coffee was worth the wait, but it was mediocre and not amazing. read more

I came across this pho spot on Instagram and decided to check it out. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and the setup is a little different from most pho places, you order at the counter first, then grab a table while they bring your food out. There's also a self-serve station for utensils and sauces, which I thought was convenient. One thing I really liked is that they actually offer chili oil, which you don't always see at pho restaurants. I ordered the brisket pho and a taro latte. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the brisket was tender. honestly, I didn't even need to add much hoisin sauce. The taro latte was a pleasant surprise too, probably one of the best drinks I've had in a long time. Overall, great food, close to home, and definitely a place I'd come back to. read more

My husband & I came to check out the new pho spot in town, I'm so glad we did because the pho is really good. Best we've had in Corona! Small, clean, nice little restaurant. The banana matcha latte is my new favorite! The egg rolls & garlic parmesan fries were pretty good also! The only thing that threw me off a bit was having to walk to the back to order then grab your booth (which is no problem at all) just confused us a bit. Definitely will be back to our new spot! read more
much needed update: this is my favorite restaurant in corona now, and is absolutely the best pho in the IE. everyone i've brought here has loved it, they've made really great changes to the menu and everything is amazing quality and flavor. I'm extremely thankful to have a spot like this so close to home and I hope these reviews bring them tons of new business! Food 5/5 - Perfect bowls every time! New drink menu also has me coming back just for the vietnamese egg cream coffee some mornings (they also have sea salt coffee, matcha, thai tea, and tons of other good stuff!) Service 6/5 - The nicest folks run this place and they're extremely kind to us every time we visit, if we keep coming as often as we do they're basically gonna become a second family lol Ambiance 5/5 - I love the atmosphere and comfort of this little restaurant, they designed it well and the booths are nice. Pho Noodle Bar is now open in the Corona area and is serving up some delicious pho bowls. This spot has taken over the Crab & Crawfish place and is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a comfortable setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. Wifey and I stopped by for dinner around 6pm and were seated right away. You order up at the front and then you grab a table wherever you like. For their menu, they have a couple starters involving fries and then different pho bowls to choose from. Wifey opted for the House Special Pho and I got the Beef Belly Pho. Both bowls passed the broth test right away and the rest of the meal was on point from there. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here. You definitely get your money's worth with their super generous portions. All of the staff here are also very friendly and welcoming. Come stop by and support this awesome new Viet-owned business! Saturday afternoon the place is packed. Everyone's trying to order food. As you walk in the sign says please wait, Look for the host to be seated, however, we were guided to go straight to the cashier and order and seat ourselves. While we waited, We were able to get free water from the water station. Our banana coffees $6.79 each, came out first and those were delicious. The coffee is on point and the touch of banana on top is sweet. My daughter ordered the eye round steak pho $18.89, which was very tough. Unfortunately that won't be the soup that we would order next time. The beef shank pho $21.79 was second best coming in at number two. The meat was a little better than the other but still tough. And the winner for today's meal was the filet mignon pho, $20.89, which had about five pieces of tender, juicy pieces of filet mignon, and then at the bottom of the soup with some tough pieces you could totally tell that they had skipped out of the filet mignon and threw in the eye round steak. The kids, however, did enjoy the drinks. Parked right next to the Stater Brothers, and near the subway, The kids will definitely want to come in and return for a banana coffee latte in the future. The music is really loud and there are several fans moving at high speed. The only unfortunate part of this restaurant is that with all the lights, it's warm in here, and when the fans are on, the fans make your hair fly everywhere. It would be a better option to just run the AC like every other restaurant in town. Again, if they would run the AC, and advise me they ran out of filet instead of trying to scam me, this review would have been better. read more

First time to this location. I ordered a Thai-ice Tea and a LG. Round Beef Pho. The Pho was very flavorful and the beef was lean and hardly had any fat and well worth the price. The Thai ice Tea was a bit sweet but enjoyable. The service was great everyone here was friendly. read more

First time here and we came just for the coffee. Ube coffee was amazing. Blueberry coffee was good but wished it had more. The girl at the front had a bit of an attitude and was rude to his coworker as well. We might try the pho next time but it does seem pricey than most places. read more

Update: Yes! They now give fresh basil! Made a difference in the flavor of the broth for me. Also, we ordered food to go, and they give just as much meat, noodles, broth, and veggies--the essentials. The broth was more flavorful this evening than the first time we had it when they opened. It didn't need hoisin or fish sauce. Service is still pretty quick. Ambience is chill and casual. read more
This Pho place is legit. This is my 2nd time here. The weather is finally starting to cool off therefore a great time to indulge in a good bowl of Pho. I got Meatballs Pho this time with extra broth ($21.58) The restaurant is clean upon arrival. No dirty dishes left on top of tables. My new favorite pho spot. Their beef belly pho was the best pho I've had. The meat was melt in your mouth tender. Service was extremely quick. I will say the restaurant is smaller than expected but there was still no wait time when we went and my food arrived quickly. It is a very cozy and chill vibe for sure. I will say not all menu items were available but not sure if that was because we arrived a little late. I also tried their ube coffee and that was really good as well. We stopped by this self-serve-only restaurant on Labor Day and went straight for the filet mignon pho with a side of meatballs. To our surprise, the real stars of the meal were the drinks--the ube matcha and ube Vietnamese coffee could easily rival the best spots in Westminster. Creamy, vibrant, and well-balanced, they were worth the visit on their own. As for the pho, the broth leaned toward a Western palate--rich and aromatic, with a noticeable sweetness that paired well with the tender filet slices. The drawback was portioning: the bowl was heavy on broth but noticeably light on filet and noodles for the price. The side of meatballs, however, was solid and satisfying. Some of their fried options like banh mi and French fries weren't available that day, but the kitchen's attention to flavor came through in what was served--everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Service was warm and attentive, even within the self-serve setup, and the ambiance struck a nice balance: trendy and modern while still chill and comfortable. The spacious, dog-friendly patio is another plus for outdoor diners. Corona, this new restaurant is filling a niche you didn't even know was missing... Egg coffee, Ube cream top coffee, Ube cream top matcha latte, Thai tea, and more. Their drinks honestly rival some of the popular ones in Orange County, or, dare I say, are even better. Their Viet coffee is so creamy and strong, and they've seriously nailed down the ube cream top. And you've heard of shaken fries, but have you heard of beef belly banh mi fries? They basically invented this dish, and honestly this combo takes it to a whole other level. And I had to try their famous Beef belly pho which is a family recipe that's been passed down for 3 generations.
