I really tried to give this pizza spot a fair chance. The first time we ordered delivery, the food arrived not sealed. When I called to ask about it--because unsealed food can be contaminated--the response was very nonchalant: "Yes, we usually seal it, not sure what happened." No concern, no accountability. Against my better judgment, we tried again and decided to pick up the food ourselves. The person on the phone was rude, but we moved forward anyway. When we opened the box, the wings were burnt. I called and asked to speak with the manager, who told me "that's how we make our wings," and that if I wanted them cooked differently, I should have asked them not to burn them--or get food somewhere else. Message received. Between the lack of food safety, poor customer service, and dismissive management, I will not be returning. Fraternize if you choose--but you've been warned. read more

I feel bad for leaving a bad review but this place was terrible. It tasted like pizza you would get from a movie theater. It also took a long time for these pizzas to make. We got the following: 1. Chicken wings- they were burnt and came naked. I thought it was odd that they would put the sauce of your choice on the side rather than tossing the wings in the sauce. 2. Meat Lovers pizza- lacked cheese, sauce and flavor. 3. Bbq chicken pizza- the chicken was really dry, little to non existent pizza sauce. Ordered two pizzas, salad and wings for pick-up at 7:15 pm. When I arrived at 7:15 pm, the owner was having a beer in the patio while there one only one employee taking, cooking and packaging orders. When I asked if my pizza was ready, he said it would be another 15 minutes. The employee was obviously behind and working his rear end off but the owner didn't help until right before my wings were done and he put them in the to go box. Note: the employee wasn't wearing a head covering and he was visibly sweating from his brow. I used to visit this place, but after an unfortunate incident several months ago, I no longer go here. I accidentally entered the business while coming from a nearby spot, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of understanding that it was an honest mistake, I was treated harshly and made to feel unwelcome. The whole experience left me disappointed in how the business is run and it's being run like a night club. I've since moved on to other restaurants in Orange County where the atmosphere is professional, respectful, and welcoming. My husband and I went to this location for a quick pizza dinner when we arrived at 7:15 we walked into the restaurant to complete chaos. Music was blasting, everyone looked completely wasted, staff included. As we walked in in utter confusion, what seemed to either be a staff member or manager towel whip one of the persons in the restaurant and then told me husband and I that "they were closed". I understand that you have business hours and we arrived an hour before closing but it seemed to me as if the restaurant had been closed for several hours or that's just how this establishment operates. I'm not 100% sure on what it's called, but it had pork cheek, green onions, white onions, jalapeños, cucumbers, cilantro & your choice in level of spiciness. & We got ranch on the side which was free. The end result? Sublime pizza that had both of us moaning in ecstacy. Great and friendly service here, and the pizza was delicious. I was in the mood for pizza and saw that this was nearby. It seems like anytime time I want to bring food home, I rot in traffic for 20 min while the food gets cold, so this place down the street was perfect. When I arrived, a beardy gentleman asked if it was my first time and showed me the ropes on how to order. I liked the ordering process because you just mark everything down on a paper menu and hand it to the cashier. I ended up ordering a pork belly pizza with cilantro, onions, and jalapeños (I live dangerously). I wanted to order a side but the side I wanted was a bit pricy for me. Wings would have been nice but I didn't want to pay $10 for 6 wings. My pizza was ready very quickly and I took it home to devour it all. It was very good and flavorful.
