The pizza and wings here are actually some of my favorites. My number one pizza spot is Lamppost. It has recently become my second favorite, because I found this place .... Unfortunately, my most recent order was a letdown. The pizza arrived pretty burnt, which completely changed the flavor to the point I couldn't even eat it anymore. I ordered through Uber Eats, and was told that a burnt pizza wasn't a qualifying reason for a refund, which made the situation even more frustrating. What makes this especially disappointing is that I ALWAYS enjoy the food here. That's why this experience stood out so much. As someone who loves pizza, it's hard not to be disappointed when you're looking forward to a good meal and it arrives overcooked. That said, I still think this place is worth trying because I've had many good experiences. I'm hoping this was simply an off day. My only recommendation would be to check your pizza before leaving the restaurant or, if you're ordering delivery, be aware that issues like this may not be covered by the delivery service. read more

Glad I found a good pizza spot in the area. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. Before coming here I was searching for a good bbq chicken pizza. A lot of places mess these up BIG time. But after seeing some reviews and pictures of the bbq chicken here? I decided to give it a go. Prices here are absolutely amazing. And VERY fair. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Place is clean. However there isn't really some where to sit inside. But there's plenty of seating outside. It's basically seating for the whole little strip mall spot. Moving onto the actual pizza. I ordered the bbq chicken. Pizza came out promptly. Bit in and omg. They nailed it! This was definitely up there with one of the best bbq chicken pizzas I've ever had. Bbq sauce sweet and tangy. Fresh dough. Fresh onions and cilantro. Well seasoned chicken. Good cheese! Everything you'd want with a bbq chicken pizza. So would I recommend this place? Most definitely. WE LOVE SCRATCH!!!! Okay, now that's that is clear, Scratch has been such a staple to our household over the years! It was close, convenient, great customer service and well, absolutely delicious!!! We moved to Arizona and they have a handful of pizza joints in the west valley but nothing like Scratch so I'm trying to petition to bring a scratch pizza to AZ haha!!! We stopped in this past Saturday and the store was so busy! Even with the chaos, we were greeted by the employees. I've managed multiple stores (non food but heavy customer based) so I'm a people watcher, everyone was greeted as they walked in, everyone was thanked for coming in, hanging, waiting, etc. The staff were all super attentive to who they were helping (even on phones) and even though we must have walked in at a rush time cause people were there waiting- everyone was pretty happy since the communication was on point. The guy cooking the pizza has his hands all over the food and is touching all the objects with his hands without washing themselves I will never come back again. We've been wanting to try Scratch after moving to Eastvale last year. I stopped by for lunch and found a 5.5% service charge added to my bill. The owner borrowed language from local Pizza Hut chains when responding to another Yelp comment about the fee. He said that the fee is there to "offset the cost of doing business in California." Scratch only does business in California. The Pizza Hut franchise owner that came up with this verbiage did so as a political message. There's no posted sign and there's no mention of the surcharge on the menu. It's only 5.5%, but it feels dishonest for the owner to operate business in this way. read more

One of the few places that has Cauliflower crust pizza however my blood sugar was 185 an hour after eating it, I'm usually not this particular with my food but I currently have gestational diabetes so I have to be. Overall, been here a couple of times prior to my diet restrictions and besides my cauliflower pizza, the other non cauliflower pizza was a bit disappointing according to my people. We didn't think the pizza was made with enough love and felt as though it was thrown together as evidenced with the picture attached. I pass by this location regularly but haven't had a chance to stop in until today. As I walk up there's a HUGE fold-out display in front of the store advertising their LUNCH SPECIALS. Here's what it said "Personal pizza, made your way, $9.99". ANY sauce (Marinara, Pesto, Alfredo) ANY FOUR toppings." (Attached is a old photo of that same sign that shows the same offer but for $7.99) So this sounds great to me. I walk in and the young man at the counter greets me and asks what I'd like. I tell him I'd like the $9.99 lunch special. He tells me "Ok so that's a one topping pizza." I say "no, your sign says up to four toppings". He checks the specials and says "ok so that special is actually two toppings". I pointed out one more time that the sign says FOUR and he responds by saying he'll let the manager know to change it. Ummmm...ok. I'm frustrated but also hungry so I tell him "fine, I'll just do the two toppings". He asks what I want and I say, "can I get chicken and sausage with pesto sauce". He looks at me and says "the pesto is extra, just so you know". I point to the sign which clearly says "INCLUDES ANY sauce" and shows pesto as an option. He just blinks and says "yeah like I said I'll have the manager change it". I replied with, "you know what, never mind" and walked out. Here's the thing...this wasn't a sign that was plastered to the wall or their menu that they're waiting to change. It's literally a fold up display board that has to be put out in front of the store each day. So if the specials are no longer offered, DON'T PUT IT OUT!! It's not a short drive for us LA folks but if you're ever in the area and craving for pizza, why not! We ordered two 4-toppings for the 4 of us. Chinese don't the number 4 but I don't mind it. Lol Pizza one: sausage, artichoke, Canadian sausage, and pineapple. I was that date old when I found out Canadian sausage is ham to us! Wait what? I really didn't know... And it's so cute! It comes in a whole, not cut up like the other places. I don't know about you but I actually like pineapples on pizza. I know some thinks pineapple does not belong in pizza but hey, no shame for me. :P And I love love love artichoke! I wish there were more artichokes on it. Pizza two: sausage, pepperoni, jalapeno, and artichoke. I'm not a fan of pepperoni because it's usually on the salty side but they were like XL pepperoni's! It was fun eating them. Yes, there's also artichoke in this one. That's how much we like artichokes. Myself ate 4 slices. Some ate 5 so I was less of a fatty. But I'm not going to lie, I was able to eat more and decided to eat some pomelos instead. I had to control myself. P.S. First off, this is the worst place to get pizza in Norco. The service was not the problem, it only took 20 minutes from order to pick up. It's the quality of the food that really upset me. We ordered 10 buffalo wings, and asked them to be well done. These were SOGGY and almost inedible as if they microwaved them right before we got there. I had to air fry them when I got home to try and revive the wings to get a crisp. Now to the pizza, we ordered a medium 3 cheese and added mushroom and pepperoni ($6 extra). The thing was tiny, and they only have sizes medium or XL. The dough was like biting into cardboard and hardly able to chew through it. The only good things about the pizza were the toppings, which they skimped on. Our entire order was $41 for these two things and no delivery?? Insane. I paid $30 for this pizza. I understood it would be more expensive because it was gluten-free. Apparently the base price for that is $15.99. No problem. I was charged $6.00 for $1.50 of vegan cheese. I was charged $3.00 for about $.75 of crushed garlic and $2.50 for maybe a tablespoon of garlic butter around the crust. When I placed the order I saw it was $30 but some warning flashed about there only being a large size in this cauliflower crust. I thought my daughter and I would just share it, and I would pay the premium for it. When I got it, this is what it looked like. It was about the thickness of saltine cracker. this was my first time ordering from this restaurant and will be my last. Not great. Ordered 2 pizzas. Both had sauce and toppings centrally located in the middle of the pizza. No flavor. Sauces are thinned out. Needed extra dipping sauces to make a slice worth eating. If you live in the area, best to visit the Scratch Pizza on Bellegrave in Jurupa. Richer sauces, better builds, and same pizza deals. Left a tip only because the service was good. read more

The pizza here is fine, no complaints about that. My complaint is the $0.51 added to my order, calling it a service fee. This is a leftover ripoff from the Covid days, when extra time was spent wiping everything down and making sure Covid wasn't being spread. Now, no extra precautions are being done, but they still feel the need to add this fee. The employees I talked to don't like it, as customers are tipping less than before. That $0.51 goes directly into the owner's pocket and not to the employees. I would feel better if they just raised their prices (if needed) and stop this service charge" masquerade. I stopped going to Scratch Pizza for a long time after bad experiences with the Jurupa Valley Location, but went back recently and noticed a huge improvement in their pizzas at the Jurupa Valley location. I decided to try the Norco location after many years and ordered the 5 topping XL chicken, pineapple, olive, mushroom, ricotta pizza. I attached a picture of the pizza and I'll let the picture do most of the speaking. Comparing this pizza with pictures of what Scratch posts shows that it was not up to par and there was barely any chicken on the pizza and many of the other topping were sparse. I should have said something when I was shown the pizza when I came to pick it up but I was on my lunch break and needed to head back, so that is on me for not speaking up then. The costumer service was good and the employees are friendly but they dropped the ball this time. read more
