I'd forgotten, in my keto mania, how wonderful the pizza was here. But even the strictest of dieters and health nuts can on occasion, find themselves compromised...as long as the food tastes wonderful. Which it does. Twice in one week of March, we went. This after a very long pandemic year where eating out was considered folly...and taboo. I remembered their crispy edges thin crust, and I simply *needed* to experience that again. Was it as good as I remembered? So, after getting a small pizza for two and realizing I never want to have to share that size again...we ordered a Medium pizza the second time. Yes, that good...with *just the right amount* of toppings. Fresh mushrooms, generous chunks of savory sausage with fennel seed, crispy (like bacon) spicy pepperoni, and a great sauce with lovely subtle herbs. But the crowning touch was that thin, crackery crust I had craved, that tasted almost buttery. That is because they use a fine olive oil to generously brush on the dough before baking. The end result? Sublime pizza that had both of us moaning in ecstacy. Yes, I know they cannot beat the price of those "twofers" offered by the chain pizza deliveries, but every...bite...is...sensational. Get the cheap pizza for the kids. Great and friendly service here, and the pizza was delicious. I was in the mood for pizza and saw that this was nearby. It seems like anytime time I want to bring food home, I rot in traffic for 20 min while the food gets cold, so this place down the street was perfect. When I arrived, a beardy gentleman asked if it was my first time and showed me the ropes on how to order. I liked the ordering process because you just mark everything down on a paper menu and hand it to the cashier. I ended up ordering a pork belly pizza with cilantro, onions, and jalapeños (I live dangerously). I wanted to order a side but the side I wanted was a bit pricy for me. Wings would have been nice but I didn't want to pay $10 for 6 wings. My pizza was ready very quickly and I took it home to devour it all. It was very good and flavorful. After reading raving reviews about the place, I was really excited to try them out. Unfortunately, I was quite a bit disappointed. While the crust is indeed thin, the toppings, and most importantly cheese, leave much to be desired. Generally, what makes pizza good is sauce and cheese. At Duomo Pizza neither was good. Mozzarella cheese appeared to be chunky instead of smoothly spread over the pizza and stretchy. I think they use shredded cheese that you can buy at a grocery store in a bag instead of fresh mozzarella usually used in quality pizza. Tomato sauce is just odd. There is very little of it spread on the pizza and it tasted sour. The remaining toppings were fine, but again when the basics are not there, nothing can make pizza good. On a positive note, service and prices are very good, but if you are looking for good pizza, go elsewhere. read more

Absolutely amazing pizza and amazing wings. Stayed at the nearby Staybridge Suites after a nice relaxing day at the Glen Ivy Spa with my lady and was craving some comfort food. Pizza found the perfect balance between sauce and cheese and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The wings? Surprisingly well made with lots of meat on the bone. Healthy choice for pizza. Been going here off and on for a few years now. Gluten free bread makes it's a good choice.

I really enjoy this pizza place. The pizza is absolutely delicious with quality meat and veggies. The staff and the owner are friendly. I would like to continue eating here, but the last two times I've been here I've seen a woman walking around in the kitchen and touching items behind the bar after holding/handling a cat even feeding the cat on the counter behind the bar. This seems like a regular thing. The cat is adorable, but this is unsanitary. I hope this changes. read more

Ordered 1 Korean BBQ pizza, a large cheese pizza and a salad and our total came to $64?! Asked on the phone what our total was and the response was "I am not able to see it". When we got to the restaurant the cashier just reached for the card and never said the total. Online it says a cheese pizza is $11, Korean BBQ $20 and a salad is $8 (no additional toppings) So unsure how we got to $64?! To start off, it's a small pizza joint but there's enough seats to be comfortable inside or out. If you choose to dine in, they hand you a paper and you can either choose from their popular creations or customize your own. You simply just circle the options you want and they make it for you in about 10-15 minutes. Their pizza is made from organic veggies, all-natural meat and you always have the option of going gluten-free. They have a good selection of local beers such as Sculpin IPAs and Red Trolley! Or you can sip on some wine if you're not a beer person (AND there's a wine bar right next door plus TAPS is across the street...it's lit)! The pizza was amazing! Cooked to perfection and made with a thin crust so you don't feel too full or bloated when eating it. The ingredients are very fresh and the quality was obvious within the first bite. They don't skimp out on toppings (thank God) but it also wasn't too loaded so shit didn't fall off when eating. If you've ever ate at MODS Pizza, you'll probably get deja vu; similar but different because it's more of a restaurant style joint here than the Chipotle style MODS has. Definitely satisfied. I would highly recommend this spot if you're around Dos Lagos. Good place to sip a bit and enjoy some pizza! And you can always drink more after in the immediate area, go shopping or catch a movie. read more

My go-to spot! I've lived in Corona for over 15 years, and I've got to say this is THE BEST pizza you'll ever have. The staff and owner are so kind and accommodating! Definitely a neighborhood favorite. My favorite pizza is the spicy guanciale. It's actually spicy, and sooo delicious, I absolutely love it! They don't skimp out on the toppings either. Their wings, veggie and supreme alla duomo pizzas, and cheese bread are so good as well. There's many other things on the menu that I'm dying to try. If you're around the area, definitely try it out. There's a waitress/cashier/cook/whatever who is nasty miserable bitter toxic and it's so laughable cause it's obvious. I've seen her treat a high school aged kid horribly (he was working there) and I've watched her nearly fist fight in her apron with people in the shopping center. Wow. That's all I can honestly say. I arrived with my 10 year old daughter and her friend tonight at 9:06pm for a quality late night pizza on our way home from shopping. The bar was packed with people that have clearly been drinking for a while (including the bartender), and the music was blaring so loud that it posed similar to a night club. The amount of people grew to practically a standing room ambiance by the time it hit 9:30pm. We quickly ate our pizza and packed most to-go. Seeing that I was in a scurry to get my ten-year-olds out, a woman randomly commented "yeah, get the f@$k out of here!". We were not a bother to anyone, I myself, even enjoyed a glass of wine while waiting for our pizzas to be (very very slowly) made. At 9:40 we received our food. At 9:48 we left. I had to explain all about vaping and the drunken fiasco I unintentionally brought my child and her friend to. I addressed my issues as I checked out to the bar tender... who blurted out some weak excuse that they "don't serve pizza after 10:00." (I guess we were some sort of burden??) I reminded him that we arrived just shy of 9:00pm, and felt terribly for the family sitting at the table waiting to order while he quickly refused to serve due to the time. They showed up around 9:40pm.... TWENTY MINUTES prior to closing. The vaping inside... poor service and long wait for food... a man and woman using the restroom together for about 15 min so that we were not able to use the restroom nor wash our hands before eating... my favorite pizza spot quickly turned into the only small business in Temescal Valley I will never support again. I mentioned that if they were hosting a private event (which they clearly were NOT), they should have just posted a note on the door and we would have happily gone elsewhere. I love a lively adult's-only party myself, but this was a very poorly managed and out-of-hand situation that provided my children and I with some awkward experiences. In all honestly, this place needs to turn into a night club. Tonight was extremely unacceptable. I will now never return to my favorite local pizza spot. read more

We went tonight to try the place out and it was so good! I should have taken pictures but I was too excited to try it all! We ordered the wood fire wings, the sidewinder appetizer, a pepperoni 10 inch( for the 4 year old lol) and the teriyaki pizza! That sauce on the teriyaki was so flavorful! The wings were nice and juicy and crispy on the outside! Cooking everything in the wood oven just ads so much more flavor! And we got a beer and 2 sodas and spend around 50$ for all that which for that amount of food is really good! Everyone was super friendly and kind. It was full when we got there but someone was getting ready to leave and gave us their table. It seemed they have a lot of regulars which means it has to be good to keep everyone coming back! Fantastic new create your own pizza place at Dos Lagos! This is a locally owned business with a great menu of unique options such as short rib I could not pass up on. We created our own pizzas and salad and really enjoyed both. The crust is much thinner than at any other pizza place, really more of a cracker, this makes a perfect light lunch or dinner. Salad was fresh and a nice portion, I added pesto for $1 which I for once did not enjoy, seems like they forgot to add the parmesan, pass next time. Also did not love the short rib, good sticky sweet flavor, but tough and chewy, also a bit pricey. Service was exceptional, they really care about their business and if you are enjoying what they have made. The place is small, but very clean with plenty of indoor as well as outdoor seating. My first time there even though I visited Dos Lagos many times with my friends along with young children. Absolutely awesome, nice, respectable customer service even though we had 4 young kids. The server asked us more than two times if we need more drinks, napkins, or anything else. What an awesome, thoughtful server. Needless to say, their pizza was amazing.
