Found these guys on TikTok and placed a preorder for pickup on Friday. As soon as we pull up to the spot I see a huge line and know this is gonna be good. We wanted to try a bit of everything so we got - Ceviche mitotero - Campechana - Oyster shooter - Shrimp shooter Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The scallps in the ceviche were HUGE. Usually you see those little baby ones. There was a mix of raw and cooked shrimp. While we were waiting for our food we watched them making each dish and saw how much work they put into it all. I also love that they gave us a whole pack of tostadas. There were 4 of us but the food we got could've easily fed a couple more people. Would absolutely come here again. They also do large orders so this is a great spot for a party or gathering. Love supporting local businesses and looking forward to patronizing Fresco's again very soon. read more

I finally got to try these delicious mariscos after seeing so many posts on Instagram! My hubby and I were wondering what to take to the beach for lunch, and we decided to place an order over the phone for pick-up. The gentleman who answered was very kind and patient while explaining all the options. We ordered two shrimp cocktails, and they were amazing! The shrimp was so fresh, large, and perfectly prepared. I really wanted to like this place after seeing them on Instagram and driving by so many times but unfortunately it was a letdown. The prices are way too high for the portions you get. The shrimp ceviche was $24, The tuna ceviche was $20 and the aguachiles were $27 - add that up. The food itself was just okay. The aguachiles had decent flavor but everything tasted like it had Clamato mixed into it. My husband didn't like the ceviche at all. My daughter enjoyed the tuna ceviche, the aguachiles were mid. For the amount we spent, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. We were excited to finally try this place but it didn't live up to the hype. We were in Riverside and were looking for somewhere to eat. We came upon the Food Truck Alley and this was one of the 6 trucks there that day. Frescos sell really good food fresh seafood in many different ways, as you can see by the menu pic. We ordered two items, seafood tostada and shrimp quesadilla. The tostada was loaded with fresh shrimp and octopus, along with salsa and avocado. The quesadilla was not a normal quesadilla, but more of an open faced quesadilla. Because there was so much shrimp and salsa it looked more like a burrito when you picked it up to eat. The fried shrimp were so good and the dark negro salsa was so good. The service was on point and you could actually see them cooking you food from the window of the truck. We will definitely be coming back and the prices are really affordable. I gave this a 3 just because it wasn't my taste. Food was fresh and great quality. I had the shrimp ceviche and all though it was great quality and fresh, they use Clamato in it which I wasn't a fan of. I tasted like a raw cocktail instead of a ceviche. I'm sure it a regional thing and some people might love it but I was not a fan. That being said I will be back to try the agua chili and fish ceviche to see what those are hitting for so this review might change. read more

The best seafood in the IE hands down!! Everything is extremely fresh and made to order & it shows! I've tried their aguachile, ceviche, shrimp tacos, and my favorite "el chapito" which comes with aguachile, tuna, cooked shrimp, & octopus. I usually ask for mine without octopus & they accommodate with no issue.
