We tried their loaded chicken yucca fries, and it was delicious! So cripsy on the outside and beautifully cooked inside. It was topped with a generous amount of chicken, green sauce, and cheese. We also grabbed the fruit punch. The drink was refreshing, and it came with little bits of diced fruits. The guy that took our order was super helpful and friendly. 5 stars for this food truck! Even though it's a food truck, you are greeted with good vibes! This food truck did not disappoint us! The prices are also really reasonable. The loaded chicken yucca fries had a decent portion. I was feeling really nauseated that morning and the smell of fish from the truck really helped ease the nausea, so I decided to buy something. I didn't catch the server's name, but he was really friendly and helpful. I noted there was shrimp on the menu, which was a bit concerning given my allergy and already starting with nausea, so the server did his best to minimize cross contamination even though I said it was ok (since it would be impossible since everything is fried in the same oil). Since I was willing to take the chance on the allergy, I didn't expect the server to still be that careful with the food since I did mention the allergy wasn't too severe (and wouldn't matter if he avoided more contamination because of the oil). All in all, super friendly guy who did his best to make sure I enjoyed my food, so it was super appreciated.
