We needed a certificate of insurance for our event, and it was no problem getting one from them. We hired Time 2 Taco for my hubby's 50th Fiesta Loteria Themed Party. I've alot of Taceros in my life Time and this is by far the best . There's always this certain flavor that you're looking for when you have a Street Taco and these had it ! We had Chicken , Al Pastor, Carne Asada , and Soyrizo . BTW I'm not a big Soy meat fan but these tasted like the real thing ! The Taco Guy showed up an hour early before tacos were ready . He was so professional, he had his own table layed out with everything ypu could think of you would need . Even plastic wear , napkins and cups for our delicious Agua the Pina we ordered from them too . The table was very nice to look at and you just wanted more everytime you went past him . At the end we had leftovers due to not as many people coming as we thought and he so generously put everything in wrapped tin foil pans that they provided out on our table. The food is truly amazing and they are quick with the service. OrOur associates at most wait 3-4 minutes to be serviced and are excited to get in line again. The Agua Fresca and horchata were favorites amongst the team too. They are friendly always warm and very inviting the ambiance even being a good truck is wonderful. We have 4 buildings that make up our entire campus and time2taco is more than willing to have 4 different setups at the same time to ensure the team gets hot food on their lunch. Guests couldn't stop raving about the bacon wrapped hotdogs!!! We booked them for our backyard wedding and wanted to add a little flare to our dinner so we decided to add bacon wrapped hotdogs to the menu along side of the tacos with beans and rice! The tacos were so good and the toppings selection were fresh and delicious. The biggest crowd pleaser were the bacon wrapped hotdogs. I was really pleased that they can cater for any number of guests, as I've heard that other taco services require a minimum of fifty people. Also, the web site gives all the necessary information, including prices and what's included. The food was excellent, and I appreciated that they included some soy chorizo at no extra cost. The vegetarians in my family loved it! The servers at the event were professional and thorough. They even packed up the leftovers for us. I would just suggest having nets to cover the food so the files won't get on it. read more

They responded quickly with a quote and menu options, and after several questions, we went with them. I am so glad we did, very friendly, very nice, on time, and clean presentation, he even cleaned up after himself and left almost all the left overs I could find containers for, there was so much food. This place is literally an hidden gem! This is the best food truck food I have ever ate. Its unheard of to get excited for a food truck but Time 2 Taco is that spot. Junior and the rest of the crew are always polite, friendly and smiling which is always nice to see. Their prices and quality of food can't be beat, literally, it can't. Almost everything on the menu cost $7. I've paid $10 at a regular food truck for a burrito and its disgusting. Not with Time 2 Taco. Their tacos cost $1.25 each unless you get the taco plate. Everything on the menu is cooked superb! They have the best damn nachos for only $7! Like I said, you can't beat that. Try else where and pay $11 for dried meat, flavorless nachos. That's exactly what you WON'T get at Time 2 Taco. Whenever I'm in the area, this is my go to place for food. It's also a great place for truck drivers because they can park on the long street, walk and order their food and it'll be ready in quick time. Hot and ready to eat! I myself am a truck driver and looking for a place to eat where theres parking isn't great. And if you do find a spot, we're usually eating gas station food or overpriced not great food.
