Celebrated by daughter's birthday a couple of weeks ago and relied on Yelp in hopes of finding a good taco catering company. I reached out to various businesses, but Taco's Meza stood out right away... Tacos Meza was responsive with my inquiry and provided all details regarding their packages and booking process right away. Their timeliness and pricing were key factors in moving forward with catering for our event (along with the excellent Yelp reviews of course)... Their packages are straight forward and reasonable in price. We selected the three meat taco option (per person charge), which also included 20 quesadillas and agua fresca flavor of choice. The chicken (majority thought was the best), carne asada and carnitas were all delicious AND plentiful! Rice, beans and salsa were also included in our package. We had a huge leftover taco protein supply... So awesome. You can work with Daisy for other options as well... she was very professional, flexible and easygoing throughout the whole process... On the day of our event, two workers (Andrew and Armando) arrived timely and provided excellent customer service. They were polite and professional and very efficient with handling the orders. Everything in the contract was precise and executed perfectly. No hidden costs, no surprise fees, no dissatisfaction with the food, no personnel issues. All of that = No regret with our booking of Tacos Meza! We have for sure found our Taco Truck / catering of choice for future events. Thank you Daisy and Tacos Meza team for all of your help and taco goodness! read more

Used this company for a party of 30 ppl. I would not use again. They did not communicate time of arrival until I reached out. Come to find they started working at my next door neighbors house which was terrible. I had sent my address via text at least 3-4 times through text with planning for several weeks before to confirm- seems to be their preferred method of communication. I sent pictures of my house and address the morning before so there would be no confusion. They did not start on time. I called the owner and she was not really apologetic. The service itself continued. The beans were very salty not just my opinion, but the opinion of my guests. The tacos were ok. We had two men assist with the service and they apologized for all the confusion about going to the wrong house and setting up there. read more

This catering service was used for my nephew's birthday party. The chicken, beef, and pork were cooked to perfection, and the tortillas were fresh and warm, pairing perfectly with the meat. They also provided hot dogs for pickier eaters. Guests went back for seconds. I liked how they also had their catering menu and business cards available on the table. read more

This was second time using Daisy and her team and they have yet to disappoint. Joseph and Leslie was the team that cooked for my daughter's party and they were extremely friendly, professional and hard working. It was a blazing hot day and we tried to make sure they had enough shade and fluids and they just powered through it! Food was excellent and everyone at our party complemented the taste and level of service. If you're considering catering for a party or event, definitely give Daisy a call. They are inland empires best! read more

Such a great taco catering! Daisy is communicative and has been so easy to talk to. I've texted her multiple times with questions and she answers them in a timely manner. Their tacos are soooo good! Definitely a hit with our guest. Just want to mention that the day of my daughters bday, we had an unexpected weather alert for extremely strong winds and was concerned I had to cancel them. Luckily they were able to set up in the garage and everything worked out just fine. Daisy texted me about an hour before to let me know who will be serving the party.. her crew arrived 2 hours earlier to cook the meat and everything started at the right time they were supposed to serve and finished when they were supposed to. Thank you daisy for putting up with me! I know I was a nervous wreck. read more

Tacos were great! Staff was nice and professional, arrived early and had everything ready for our guest!

Good food, poor communication by management. We had hired full-service caterers before, where communication with the client is tantamount to a successful business. This was our first experience with a "taco man" and we may have had higher expectations than necessary. But we did want our party to be fun. We made a down payment six weeks ahead. Several attempts to contact Daisy were ignored. A week ahead we got finally got through and she had forgotten us. She changed her arrival time by one and a half hours later. read more

When searching for a taco vendor for our wedding, my husband and I tried our at least 6 different caterers. Tacos MEZA put the rest to shame! Not only are they fairly priced, but the tacos themselves are delicious and high quality. Everyone at our wedding said they were bomb and our guests have high standards for tacos! Daisy is incredibly communicative and easy to get ahold of. She is prompt and professional. Multiple times after putting our initial deposit I had little questions for Daisy - she would respond within *minutes!* If you are looking for a taco caterer especially for a big important event, trust me, this is who you want to go with!!!!! Thank you, Daisy! read more

Taco's Meza is GREAT! We used them for the first time last weekend and had a few guests approach me to tell me the tacos were delicious! I loved them too! The salsas were excellent! I asked if they could make me an Avocado Salsa-- my favorite! -- and it was fantastic!Their rice was very good, but I REALLY liked the beans! And the drinks were amazing!! Especially the HOMEMADE Strawberry one!! They arrived and were ready to serve on time! The 2 guys that served us were very nice and helpful. I would use them again & again!.. No, I'm not a friend or relative- just a happy customer! I HIGHLY recommend TACO'S MEZA! read more

We've used this taco company two years in a row for our Christmas party and they did not disappoint!! They showed up on time and the food was amazing!! Our guests loved it both times!! read more

Food was good, Daisy was nice on text and phone, paid $953 for the $11pp, $3 up charge for shrimp, asada, chicken, added an order of tofu, jalepenos and onions, and chips and guac. I told them our guest count was 60 ppl. Long story short, the service day of was atrocious. No way it was worth almost $1000. I allowed them to pass out cards to my guests and my guests said they wouldn't hire them bc of the poor service. Please see attached photos of our conversation. An offer of compensation for the Guac they took with them (as if planning to use it at the next party?) or some sort of partial refund would have been nice. The apology and acknowledgement of poor service is better than nothing. read more

I've used Taco's Meza for 3 separate events at my home. Each time they have been a HUGE hit with all my guests! I never hesitate to share their contact info when asked for a reference, I KNOW they'll provide excellent service and wont disappoint. Daisy is easy to communicate with and patient with my MULTIPLE text messages with questions. She provides two images with their menu and prices. A few days prior to the event she send an image with includes questions to confirm the details of the menu and event. I received a text message from her the morning of the event letting me know what time to expect her crew to arrive and balance due. Patrick and Mathew they arrived 1.5-2 hours prior to their start time to set up and begin cooking the food. They where there an additional two hours and were friendly and provided great service to my guests. The tacos are flavorful and delicious. They served the food, guest then help themselves to the food station they set up with the salsas and extras. At the end of their time with us, we provided them with containers and they packed up all the left over food. At my most recent event, we paid $11/person, which included 3 meats, rice, beans, salsa, onions/cilantro, picked carrots, quesadillas, aqua fresca, plates, utensils & napkins. Thanks Taco's Meza for the great service & yummy food! read more

Highly recommend! I reached out to Taco Meza in a panic 8 days before my boyfriend's surprise birthday party (last minute decision to be a good gf lol). Daisy, the owner, responded with a quote in less than an hour, was extremely responsive and answered my million questions. We went with Package #1 which included: - Choice of 3 Proteins: we went with Asada, Chicken (AMAZING!) and Tofu Fajitas - Choice of either 20 Quesadillas or 24 Hot Dogs: we went for the hot dogs and added bacon wrap, grilled jalapenos and onions for $15 - Red & Green Salsas - Limes - Onions - Cilantro - Hot Carrots - Beans - Rice - Choice of 1 Agua Fresca Flavor: we chose watermelon and ended up adding vodka to it. $8.50/person x 30 people (minimum) = $255 + $15 (hot dog add-ons) = a total of $270+tip for 2 hours of serving and all that food! I have enough left over to feed 5 people.. TWICE! The day before the event, Daisy informed me that it would be her husband and niece who would be working out event and on the day of the event, they showed up a little more than an hour before to set up (this does not cut into the serving time). Both of them were very nice and tended to all our taco needs! We The only small hiccup we had was during the set-up time. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ENTRANCE WAY THAT'S A LITTLE WIDER THAN AN AVERAGE FRONT DOOR. My boyfriend had just gotten a boat a couple days before the event which occupied a majority of the side gate entrance and made it VERY difficult to bring the grill in. Other than that, it was a great experience and we will definitely be using Taco Meza again for future events! read more
