I just started with the whole Waba experience. Went to this location and I was not impressed as I have been. Rice was clumped & Chicken all white was over cooked & This is my normal order when I order. The cashier had great customer service though. I wish I would have looked at my bowl before I made it back to work. This Waba needs to correctly measure that rice cooker & have someone better on the chicken and preparation. I've been eating Waba Grill for over 10 years but this trip was different. First, they had no white rice, but I decided to give the brown rice a chance. Then my bowl came and it had the teeniest amount of steak imaginable. I asked for a refund and when asked "why" I explained how it wasn't enough meat in the bowl for $11.63. I eat WaBa grill daily i add points to my account by scanning the receipt. Was forced to use the kiosks (hate using those) and the machine didnt even print out a receipt. Yoshinoya tasted better but then again, if you've just come out from a workout at the gym across the parking lot, then I guess it's better to not put back all those calories you've just burned. I had to use a lot of hot sauce. The pickled carrots/jalapeño (next to the condiments) helped flavor each bite a bit. I've always loved and supported Waba Grill locations as well as this location. Let me give you three reasons why after tonights experience I've decided that I will no longer support Waba Grill. First, I was excited to be there tonight yet when I walked in- the cashier looked miserable. I didn't get no kind of greeting. I mean I don't need a lot but at least greet us by saying HOW CAN I HELP YOU? Instead all we got was a dead stare. Secondly, the wait for me was long. 45mins the most. I thought maybe these customer's orders were placed before me. But no. So many customers were passing me up. There was a bag left on the counter so the lady calling out the numbers looked at me and said this bag must be yours. I knew it was wrong because I ordered 2 waba bowls and a bowl of dumplings and all I seen was one bowl. It ended up belonging to someone that just walked in. I was fed up at this point. I showed her my receipt so she looked at the cashier upset and tried to rush and finish up my order. And my third reason why I will not support Waba Grill was when I finally hear my order is complete. The cashier still had a miserable face and hands me my bag. I didn't even get a "SORRY" for her mistake. This location really needs to hire a new cashier that appreciate working for Waba Grill. Her attitude sucks! I was literally happy when I walked in and upset when I walked out.
