"Evil Chick-fil-A" The only thing keeping this review from lowering to a 1 star, is how delicious the food was. By the time I pulled in and was ready to order, I ended up sitting idle for about 3 minutes while the two 12 year olds with iPads giggled and played around instead of taking peoples orders. I get my food and encounter literally the only normal, kind person in this whole drive thru. The manager actually said, "My Pleasure" with a huge smile and giddy attitude when I thanked him for being the only good dude in a one mile radius. Finally, the sauce lady at the very end of the drive thru looked so mad to see me smiling and immediately wiped it off my face after giving me a stern, "what do you want." I called in and spoke with Tyler and he was very combative with me. This location does not have the same attitude as other locations. He thanked me for understanding that mistakes happen. I stopped at this CFA on 9/10/25 at 4:33pm after work for a little snack a medium fry THAT's IT! But what I got was an employee with a crappy attitude, a hair in my fries, and a survey that I took in the parking lot of the CFA that wasn't honored even though I have this screenshot that indicates I took the survey within the 2 days. That has never happened to me before. The whole set up of this particular CFA is crappy and after the girl Kristen J took my order with her lack luster vibes I was ready to pay like you do at other CFA but she told me to go around the corner to pay and there stood a woman leaning against the wall like it was a back alley ready to take my payment. Then you turn the corner to receive your food and then down the line to get sauces this location is exhausting. Everything was as expected when visiting Chick-fil-A. Like many others, they have enhanced their drive-thru to 2 lanes, merging into one when taking your order. All the employees were outside, grabbing your food and drinks from the window for you and bringing it to your car. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and energetic, which was nice. It probably helped that it was a nice, cool day and not scorching hot! The only odd thing was that the chicken patty was way thinner than I'd received at other Chick-fil-A's. It tasted OK but lacked meat. I'm going to write this off as a one-off, but I'm also thinking someone probably should have seen it was a little on the skimpy side and maybe tossed it aside. I come to this location all the time and have noticed the customer service aspect decline so much! To start, the girl taking my order seemed disassociated and didn't even acknowledge when I said thank you. The guy where I paid didn't care either. The sauce girl seemed annoyed too. We needed someone to serve, and Francisco and Esmeralda did an exceptional job. They served chicken strips, diner rolls, wraps, mac and cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and salad. Their customer service was fantastic. When we tried to pay them for their services, they kindly refused, saying we should give the payment to the Bride and Groom. It's super juicy and the gravy flavor is so strong that I can't even eat the whole thing! Original Filet is good, Spicy Filet is even better. Spicy Deluxe Sandwich is also super delicious, I haven't had a better chicken burger than this one so far!
