I go here everyday that I'm in the office. I work 6 weeks remote then 1 week in the office. So today I come in to order. I only wanted a Coke Zero xtra Ice. I feel like I'm not being as bad if it's more ice than soda. I also do it through the app this way I can grab and go. I notice there is a Heather already on the board so I wait a few minutes, I see my name Heather move up on their pick up screen. I step over to the pick area and the rude short chunky girl says your order I said it's lrg Coke Zero with extra extra ice. She says in the snottiest voice possible I have large diet Dr Pepper for Heather so I said there two heather's that must be the other Heather. She didn't like my response so she talked shit as she was grabbing the other Heather's food to her coworker because coworker turn to look. Then she came over made me my drink then just slammed it down and walked away. I called because I wasn't going to make a scene and she answered the phone like I would recognize her voice. I could write about the strong quality of delicious food this restaurant has. However, I am here to write about the quality of employees and customers. We were on the road and stopped to eat here. We enjoyed our dinner and then finished the hour drive home. A person in our party realized the next morning they had left a bag behind in the restaurant. I called at 7 in the morning, and immediately was able to speak to the manager--The bag had been recovered in the restaurant and kept in the safe overnight. That evening, recovering the bag was a smooth process. I am not sure if it was the employees who had recovered the bag or if a customer found it and handed it in. Either way, the credit cards, drivers license, and even chapstick in the bag were still safe and untouched. I think it speaks volumes of an organization if the employees and the customers show integrity and decency like this. Thank you, Chick-fil-A! read more

Okay just to update my last review. I was contacted by the ownership and was given an apology for the poor food quality. I was offered an incentive through the Chick-Fil-A app but never received anything. After several contact reminder attempts it has gone unanswered. First: I was not looking for compensation but it was offered so I agreed.... Appreciate the offer Jason. Second: To tell a customer you will do something and not do it is a misrepresentation of trust and is a fatal flaw when I comes to customer service. So needless to say it's disheartening to know that one of my favorite QSR will no longer be in my ordering history. This is a sad day for me as this corporate franchise has been the model of customer service for the industry along side IN & OUT Burgers. I appreciate all the great years of exceptional customer service but the past year something has change and it has not been for the better. I am not advocating anyone else turn away from Chick-fil-a as I do believe some of the locations are still good but overall I've had one too many bad experiences. 8 piece took me out.... On Monday, June 30 around lunchtime I purchased a eight piece with waffle fries and a lemonade. Tuesday morning about 3 AM. I was sick as a dog and had to be transported to Riverside University health Center on cactus where I spent several hours in the emergency room after vomiting and diarrhea all morning long. I was given IV Morphine for pain and something for the nausea. Sent home with a few prescriptions. I also missed a spa appointment which I paid over $400 for at Mariea Hot Springs. This morning, Wednesday, July 2 I am up but moving slowly trying to get back or at least get myself together. I am still having stomach cramping and pain. First off, I enjoy Chick-fil-A. It is a healthier option of fast food compared to many other fast food places BUT TODAY was not so kosher. I found a tiny baby roach, dead, in the wrapper of my chicken wrap. It was one of those moments of disbelief. I showed my husband and he was shocked as well. When I tell you we love Chick-fil-A, we mean it! I'm not saying we will stop eating there but I may rethink this location. It's a baby roach so there's probably more. Be careful. We love Chick-fil-A! We make sure to get their breakfast at least one time a week. I get the chicken breakfast biscuit with added egg. You literally can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. First of all the people that work there are so nice, they respond with my pleasure, and they will give you an extra sauce or two no matter how many different sauces you ask for. I love the nuggets and I have ordered the big order of nuggets I think it's 30 and literally it has fed me and my whole family and we eat all of them go to waste. I do love the breakfast so I order the breakfast chicken sandwich and I'll add egg to it but I get the hashbrowns as well which is delicious. I love their fries so don't get me wrong I will order the waffle fries, and they're seriously better than other fast food places even in and out. As always the staff were were very friendly and the food tasted good. We came around 3pm and they had a makeshift drive through in the parking lot. The took our order, we paid, and they gave us our food all in the parking lot! It was very fast. I'm not sure about you but I crave Chick-Fil-A the most on Sundays when they're closed. LOL This Chick-Fil-A is located in the busy Target shopping center off Canyon Springs Parkway and Day Street. The line in the drive thru is always super long but it moves pretty fast. There's usually an employee or two taking orders outside. One of the reasons I come here is the service is always great! I absolutely love their Original Sauce on the waffle fries or in a chicken sandwich. I also prefer the Lemonade here vs the lemonade at Raising Cane's. I also tried their Frosted Sunrise, which was really good. They also have these cute mini breakfast sandwiches that can feed a group. Perfect to bring for an early morning meeting for people who enjoy a savory breakfast. The interior at this location is clean and it is neatly organized for a fast food chain.
