The workers have attitude, it's about 1:50 pm now and I called about 15 times which seems dramatic , butttt from the very first call the phone was answered and immediately put on hold which I waited about 10 minutes for nothing. So then I called again, same thing happened with no explanation just placed on hold. ordered online, food came out 15-20 mins late which i can be understanding of since its busy, however i got home and opened my order to find that 2 of my tenders are missing. i paid for 4 and 4 but received 4 and 2... also the food here, and i mean both the chicken and the fries are extremely salty. extremely. this is coming from someone who generally likes saltier food. the girl who i'm assuming is a shift lead does go over what should be in the order with the guest but only by reading the receipt, there's no verification that all of the order is actually in there so they could be handing out a completely different order and not even know. I ordered to try and see if id like their lemon pepper tenders but I will just continue to go the extra few miles to Epic Wings who i have never had a bad experience with taste of food quality and order quality wise. read more

Whole order was good except for the bone in wings. I ordered and was charged an 8 piece but was only given 6. Rest of the order was good at least. When I got home I opened the bag and saw there was only 6 and ate them cause I was hungry after a long day but called right after. I've been watching the workers do some disgusting things while handling food etc. first off the guy who took my order stuck his hands in the trash and pushed it down with his bare hands and then didn't wash his hands right after, he went on to touch bags, the register, and cups top hand out for peoples drinks and the way he held the cup with his hands was gross! His thumb was inside the cup when gripping it and gave it to the customer! (Mind you with dirty hands) then I watched this young girl with gloves on throw stuff in the trash and came back to throw more and pushed the trash down with her gloves!! Then rubbed her nose with the gloves and then continued bagging fries and touching all the food with the same gloves that she pushed the trash can down with and rubbed her nose!? Ok I haven't done a review for this place because I really don't want to say any negative but it's what it is! I ordered the special of 20 wings for 15.99. Two orders so it was a total of 40 wings. When I picked them up I was given all the containers in a couple of bags. They were busy and didn't give much attention to the customers! When I returned home and we opened up the sm boxes we saw that sum of the order was completely wrong. I was asked when I called if I wanted som celery and ranch dressing and I said sure that would be nice. Nope it wasn't put in the bag. I didn't get the correct sauce's on the chicken as well. Was craving some Lemon Pepper & Garlic Parmesian wings so headed over to the wingstop on Day St. (after waiting in that long gas line, I thought I deserved a treat). PRO-TIP: order ahead online or call ahead because the wait can get super long. if you want all flats or all drumettes, let them know right away. it's an extra fee, but for some people it's worth it (me!). I went to the store and ordered there and was told it would be able 25-30 minutes. I ended up getting my food about 50 minutes from when I ordered it because they were so busy. Have to give props to the manager on duty last night, 03/09/2022 as she led her team very well. She was working alongside them and was very in tune with her customers. I was getting so hungry and I was getting frustrated seeing people who came in after me, leave with their meals before me, one after another. I had thought they forgot about me, but then she called me out by name and told me they were just waiting for a part of my order. Just being acknowledged was enough to calm me (even though I waited another 10 minutes or so after that) and I appreciated it. Even better, they knew that I had been waiting patiently for a long time (I only got up every time I saw a bag ready to be given out, only to sit back down when it didn't turn out to be mine haha) and made recompense by upgrading my fries to a large. That little bit made such a big difference to this customer. Thank you for acknowledging the long wait and making it worth it. The food was freshly cooked so it was delicious. The lemon pepper was a bit salty, but I ate it with rice at home and dipped it in the ranch and it was still delicious. The voodoo fries were soo good. Definitely recommend the upgrade. read more

The location off Alessandro never gets it right. Soggy and real stingy with the seasoning. To my surprise, this place made my order as requested. While that shouldn't be something to give praise for, if you've been to any of the other Wingstop locations in Moreno Valley, you'd know this is impressive. I come in about three times a month and always place a big order. The food is always amazing. Every time I visit, they treat me with great respect, especially the two ladies named Nea and Kayla. They really love their work and always make sure my food is cooked right away and comes out fast while still being fire asf. There ambiance for their work is outstanding. Out of the three Wingstops in Moreno Valley, the one on Day Street is by far the best. Honestly this a top tier Wingstop, used to go to the one on University but they dropped on quality plus there's is too many homeless around the area.
