Now the reason I give it 5 stars was truly the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate me when I frequented this spot for work. The food truly tasted fresh, or as fresh as it could be and it's the time, effort, and the thought that counts. (No one got sick and yes they were up to health code so don't freak out) This spot, however, is due for an upgrade. Their kitchen looked like it could use a few new things and I feel like the dining room, be it small, could have easily been more efficiently arranged to make a small space look more spacious than it is. That's a management problem, though. Definitely will return when I'm in the area read more

Every time I go to this place, the restroom has a closed for cleaning sign that literally never comes off. They just leave it on their permanently, not exaggerating the last 30 out of 30 times that I've gone every single time it is still on. I have not gone once and that sign not be on that door. they are never actually cleaning it, but almost every single time will be denied the right to use it. I would come here often, but literally just because of how annoying that is I've decided to stop giving them my business. read more

If you're in the Moreno Valley area and are looking for a healthy, budget friendly and tasty option for lunch, make it a point to stop by Flame Broiler. I ordered the beef bowl with white rice and veggies and my food was absolutely amazing! Took less than 5 minutes to get my food from when I ordered and it all came out piping hot. They also offer a few sauces to put on your food just to spice things up a bit. Sorry, I didn't get a chance to take a photo because I inhaled my food.. Two thumbs and two toes up for Flame Broiler! Happy eating, my foodies! read more

Out here on this side of twin for work and it was lunch time. I was literally driving up and down the street to find a place to eat. I came a round this place which is at the corner next to 7-11, postAl store and near the USPS. As soon as I walked in I can tell this place is enjoyed by many just because there was a short line, people waiting for food snd also some sitting down. I also noticed that the repeat customers they call them by their first names so that should say a lot. The line snd the wait was pretty fast. They also gave me a free soda for my service Score!!! I was craving some Korean soon and this is pretty much it. It was enough for me to split it into 2 meals. read more

The food is delicious. I had the mini bowl spicy chicken. It's just the right amount of spice. The hot sauce adds more if you like spicy food. Good customer service, I used the app for convenience but the workers said hi coming into the store and thank you as I was leaving. The ambiance was great. Clean restaurant with a good amount of seating. Some small and large tables. I'd definitely recommend. Great job. read more

I've been going there for about 3 years now and actually talked to the owner and he's cool. I haven't seen him in a while but the quality of the food has gone down. The chicken bowl always has giant chunks of chicken and when the dude gave me 2 sauce cups he says "is this enough?" I replied "can I get 5 please?" And he says "I'll give you 4" Every time I go there now it's the same thing with the sauce cups. (Which the hot sauce is honestly the reason I go there lol) read more

I came here Friday night to pickup some takeout for dinner. My friend specifically wanted food from here, despite the fact that I think the food here gave her a headache last time. I was trying to ask them what ingredients they had in their food, but none of their workers could answer me, not a good sign! I ordered 2 plates with half beef & half chicken. I had all veggies instead of the salad, since that terrible last time! Paid $30 for 2 plates. Next time, I will just make it myself. I could have made this meal for $10-$15 and made more food. read more

I'm a regular here and love coming for lunch but lately the short cashier in the front has been making my experience distasteful. The attitude and I'm always scared her nails are going to fall into my food I'm big on hygiene so nails and food are a big no for me read more

Just got here and ordered a bowl but I guess they were closing soon so the girl in front was sweeping the lobby and was picking up the carpet where everyone steps on as soon as you walk in. She picked it up off of the floor and put it back and kept sweeping then once our food was finished, she handled our food without washing her hands. That's so disgusting. They need to tesch their employees on basic hygiene... not coming here again. BYE read more

I eat here often and food is always fresh and delicious. I'm also impressed how every customer is greeted. Quick service as well.

Good afternoon, today I visited Flame Broiler and I ordered the dish of half chicken and half beef but they hardly give any meat, they give more vegetables and the vegetables are not well cooked. I don't know why they hire young people because they don't hire people with experience in the kitchen the young man who serves outside gives bad service he serves you with a bad face I asked him for sauces he gave them to me with a despotic attitude that's not fair we're going to buy so that they serve us well it seemed that he cared more about talking than tending he even got upset when You asked him for something and he saw you with discrimination and that is not fair, please, I hope you take my comment into account and do something, thank you read more

Kid that works the front shouldn't be in customer service, at all. He gives no smile, no other face than complete scowl. He literally shook his head forward like a "what's up" type of gesture, to my daughter when asking if they have lemons, who does that? We were in line at 5:56 PM, they have a sign that says "buy 3 bowls, get one free". I was buying 3 bowls, would've loved to bring my older son a bowl, I get to the register of the scowling unamused kid, I asked if they could honor that deal, as it was now 6:00 sharp, he turned around and asked the lady in the kitchen, "am I able to honor the free bowl, she was in line before 6". The lady said, "it's up to you". So this kid comes back and says, "I can't do it because the register takes it out at 6" I said "yeah right!" But just a minute ago it was "his decision", now it's not available in the register?" I took that as a lie and as he just decided to not honor it, why, who knows? Maybe he hates his job. Maybe he's the Grinch at Christmas time. But yeah, the whole experience here sucked, glad I don't live in Moreno Valley. read more

I was in here today during lunch time, there was a gentleman behind the counter a little loud maybe a bit much for me. This is for people who want to eat healthier BUT still need plenty of animal protein!! Anyway, I got the regular rice bowl w/ half & half meat (chicken and angus beef). It is the best bowl by far b/c you get to try both meats in one sitting. BTW, no skin on chicken - check. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/the-flame-broiler-moreno-valley?select=nPsFEtPvyuTQ1yxp1sNrrQ Tip: request extra green onions for your bowl... at no additional cost. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/the-flame-broiler-moreno-valley?select=clE-VfO6qaA28ep06-Zssg They have mini bowls for those who eat like a bird. Then they have actual plates for those who eat more like Big Bird. I am more on the big bird side.... cockatiel, anyone? You have a choice of white rice or brown rice. I'm one of those people that can eat brown rice any day - you get more value for your money that way, as brown rice is more nutrient-dense and has fiber. But if I give brown rice to my 3 year-old daughter, she will spit it out within 2 seconds. Let's just say it's not for everyone! I like the (self-serve) teriyaki sauce b/c it's not sweet at all. They actually call this the "magic sauce"... BUT, it would be TRULY magic in my book if it would make the calories disappear from my bowl. True or true? They claim NOT to use the following: added MSG (it will kill more brain cells than your alcohol drink), high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), or trans fat. Also, no dairy for those who are allergic to it. PROS: ~grilled & tasty ~Add bulk (fiber) to your food w/ the BROWN RICE OPTION ~none of the harmful crap (MSG, HFCS, etc.) ~mini bowl option for kids (if you don't feel like sharing!) ~I actually get full w/ just the regular bowl - esp when I order it w/ brown rice (it looks kinda small at first, but it is surprisingly filling) CON: ~the regular bowl is already $6.70 (w/ tax). Healthy don't come cheap, but it still makes for a good lunch. read more

The Flame Broiler is new in the city of Moreno Valley, and I have had the opportunity to eat here three times. The chicken and beef are both very good, and you can tasted the grilled flavor. Each time my order had only a few green onions, but upon request, the server provided a side dish for free. The serving containers are a bit deceiving, and it appears you do not get much for the prices they charge. Don't be alarmed, the bowl is deeper than it looks. Overall, it is more expensive than some fast food restaurants, but it is worth the healthier alternative. In regards to the servers, the ones who took my order were efficient and friendly. I was in and out with my hot piping snack within a few minutes. So far, the restaurant remains in great condition; the soda area and the tables are very clean. read more

I usually don't dine in. I order ahead pick up and go. Apparently they have changed their way of ordering. If you call ahead and order white meat or tofu you have to pay over the phone. However, if you order chicken or beef then you can still pay when you arrive to the location. So does that mean that the dark meat chicken and beef are sold quickly enough to still be considered fresh? Also the person who took my phone call was rather rude as she hung up on me after informing me that things had changed. I simply asked if my order still could be placed since I wasn't aware this had been changed. She hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. read more
