The food truly tasted fresh, or as fresh as it could be and it's the time, effort, and the thought that counts. The food is delicious. I had the mini bowl spicy chicken. It's just the right amount of spice. The hot sauce adds more if you like spicy food. I've been going there for about 3 years now and actually talked to the owner and he's cool. I haven't seen him in a while but the quality of the food has gone down. The chicken bowl always has giant chunks of chicken and when the dude gave me 2 sauce cups he says "is this enough?" I replied "can I get 5 please?" I came a round this place which is at the corner next to 7-11, postAl store and near the USPS. As soon as I walked in I can tell this place is enjoyed by many just because there was a short line, people waiting for food snd also some sitting down. I also noticed that the repeat customers they call them by their first names so that should say a lot. The line snd the wait was pretty fast. They also gave me a free soda for my service Score!!! Just got here and ordered a bowl but I guess they were closing soon so the girl in front was sweeping the lobby and was picking up the carpet where everyone steps on as soon as you walk in. Kid that works the front shouldn't be in customer service, at all. He gives no smile, no other face than complete scowl. He literally shook his head forward like a "what's up" type of gesture, to my daughter when asking if they have lemons, who does that? I was buying 3 bowls, would've loved to bring my older son a bowl, I get to the register of the scowling unamused kid, I asked if they could honor that deal, as it was now 6:00 sharp, he turned around and asked the lady in the kitchen, "am I able to honor the free bowl, she was in line before 6". The Flame Broiler is new in the city of Moreno Valley, and I have had the opportunity to eat here three times. The chicken and beef are both very good, and you can tasted the grilled flavor. Each time my order had only a few green onions, but upon request, the server provided a side dish for free. The serving containers are a bit deceiving, and it appears you do not get much for the prices they charge. Don't be alarmed, the bowl is deeper than it looks. Overall, it is more expensive than some fast food restaurants, but it is worth the healthier alternative. In regards to the servers, the ones who took my order were efficient and friendly. I was in and out with my hot piping snack within a few minutes. So far, the restaurant remains in great condition; the soda area and the tables are very clean. read more

I usually don't dine in. I order ahead pick up and go. Apparently they have changed their way of ordering. If you call ahead and order white meat or tofu you have to pay over the phone. However, if you order chicken or beef then you can still pay when you arrive to the location. Also the person who took my phone call was rather rude as she hung up on me after informing me that things had changed.
