The employees were so friendly and very welcoming! We came for lunch buffet was great! Lots of choices. We loved the mash potatoes and gravy! They made us fresh cheese pizzas bc we do t eat meat. The salad bar was amazing and super fresh. We played games after and it was fun for us and our kid! Food was actually delicious! Service was great and it was very clean too! read more

DELICIOUS! My childhood spot. I haven't been to this location in years. Friendly staff! Especially the girl at the ticket station who helped my daughter get a stretchy spider today; she was so happy with it! 8/19 around 4PM, whoever she was, was very kind. Pizza was AMAZING! The mojos were so good!! Place was chill; we had a great time here. read more

The bunch of lunch food is just as I remembered it from years ago. When my husband and I were dating we would go to Shakey's. This is one of the better bunch of lunch selections. We went to one close to our house and they had a minimum selection and the food wasn't as good. Here the service was fantastic. When I paid by credit card I couldn't leave a tip. The service was so good that I made sure they got one. This branch has a nice arcade area for kids. read more

This is an older location. Outside it seems like they modernized the parking lot with fun signs . Inside you can smell the bones of the building . Employees did not interact much beyond bringing out the food and ringing me up . Happy Hour is from 2-5 so that's what we did . Small pizza, garlic cheese bread, bone in chicken wings. This is the first experience where I did not box up my leftovers from a Shakeys and no one else from my group wanted to either. read more

Not sure if this location is franchised but I usually go to the location in Fontana and everything is great! This location disappointed. The food area was small and there wasn't that much of a variety as the other one. Even the pizza wasn't great. It's an older restaurant and definitely needs to be remodeled and upgraded little things that could make this a better place. read more

First and sadly probably to only time I'll be able to enjoy the food here. It was really delicious!! Was visiting from Sacramento and we don't have Shakey's out there anymore from what I was told from my folks. I don't know why pizza places aren't buttering bother sides of their garlic breads like hellooooo. read more

I actually really enjoy my experience every time i come to shakeys ! My pizza is yummy, the chicken nice and crispy and juicy. However, i did want to spill some tea. There was this one worker (anaya) talking to the people in the booth next to me about a worker "Hailey" i guess she's no good ? And management won't get rid of her. Idkkk but i had fun listening lol. I did see a heavier build man with piercing approach the couple next to me with a couple free stuff. The games were cool. Very retro vibes. I had a good time, the other people didn't seem to share the same experience. read more

Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Anaya with upset guest - Pizza Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Placed an order about 40 minutes ago, I asked about the $10 medium pizza add on with the large PCM order. The girl taking the order said it's not going on right now, it was right there on the website, but I didn't argue with her. My husband called me from inside to tell me there's a big sign advertising the deal (he was sitting right next to me when I asked about it while placing my large PCM order.). Why? I think I just want to know why. Maybe Shakey's should at least take it off the website. We're regulars here. So disappointed. read more

Female employee by the name of Hileyly was very rude and unprofessional. My order had extra sauce when I asked for light but that was not the issue since Manager was kind and offered to remake. But by the time it was made again we were full off mojos and chicken. Employee by the name of Aniya was very kind and professional. Aniya apologized for the way Hileyly treated me and checked up on us. Please teach Hileyly how to talk to customers!!! read more

Love the buffet. Great food nice staff. Love bringing my kids here. Need to lower some of the prize ticket prices but great place.

I give this place 4 out of 5. We got the meal deal that includes fried chicken, potato rounds, and 1 topping pizza. We paid $1.50 more for the pan, so it's so good. Chicken was juicy and crispy potatoes were nice and fresh. We ordered som beers on tap they were nice and cold. Service was okay, can improve for sure. Ambiance was cool family vibe but also couples . They have games, and tickets for toys that you can win. There's music playing and made the place more enjoyable. Lots of plaques hanging up you can see this location is huge on sponsorship and supporting local teams, which made me like this place more! I'd definitely come back, thank you. read more

Talk about a flashback to the 90s. I took my son here and we both absolutely loved it. The ambiance brought me back to those 90s pizza parties. They had plenty of seating. Bathrooms needed a real good cleaning though. They also had a very nostalgic 90s arcade for kids that still required tokens and spit out physical tickets. Amazing! The food was on point. We ordered individual mini pizzas and the cheese was so stretchy and delicious. We also had winds and mojos. The mojos could have been better but wings were pretty tasty. Prices were kinda pricey but then again, what isn't these days. Staff were super nice and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back soon. read more

I went for the lunch buffet. Stanley the manager was very courteous and I had requested a Shakeys special, pan pizza, to which he obliged to have his staff make. The place was very clean and the staff was on their game on keeping the tables and counters wiped down. The buffet had plenty of items to try, more than I expected. From fried mushrooms to BBQ chicken and cinnamon rolls, they had lots of food to choose and it was very good! I will definitely be back! read more

Shakeys is pricey as it is. We only go for special occasions. We love Shakeys it's our favorite pizza so when u get pizza like this with no cheese and pepperoni. I'm disappointed. It's also happened in the past. Whenever I go I always hope not to get it like this. Yesterday I did ugh! We also payed more for the pan. Please Shakeys stop doing this. Who would I even give these slices to no one wanted them or I was to embarrassed to even serve them to anyone, It's a waste. Please see this Shakeys staff and don't do this anymore. Waste of money and pizza. read more

What a disappointment. Went there yesterday, Friday, ordered Medium Pepperoni pizza and mojos to go. When I got home and opened the box, I saw I got like 4-5 Olives- which I didn't order. My pizza looked like it was left over pizza from someone else. The cuts don't even seem right. I called the Manager, only for him to say that they don't serve left over pizza...and that possibly the 4-5 olives were a special order from another customer...I offered to send him a picture of it, and he says He doesn't have a computer and he only has a flip phone‍ And this is why people lose business, there's no good service anymore. read more

I've been coming here for years, especially since my little ones have events hosted at this location. It can get crazy busy during events, but if you visit during the weekdays, it's much calmer and more relaxed. I recommend coming then if you want to avoid the crowds and not feel claustrophobic. The location is older but well-maintained, and the employees are always kind and helpful. I've never had an issue here. They have a small selection of games, which is great for the kids to enjoy right after they eat--and even the grown-ups like to join in on the fun! The mojos are so good, and the cheese on the pizza gives it a unique taste that sets this place apart. The lunch special is a great deal, making it an ideal time to stop by. Definitely check it out! read more

April was such a sweet soul. Not only did she deal with my stupid ass but was sooo helpful today. That girl works incredibly hard. She was busing some ass. And unlike most places you can tell she likes her job. Thank you April for dealing with me. And for the food. It's Shakeys pizza. I can not complain everything was warm where needed to be warm and cold where needed to be cold. And for being a family friendly environment it was very clean. If I'm ever in the area again I'd happily come back for bunch of lunch. read more

Wayyyyyyy too cramped and hectic in there! Felt tense. Not a comfortable Shakey's for buffet.

I should have known better, why is this location so much worse than any other. It's just horrible, pizza is not crispy like it's supposed to be and that you expect from a "quality " Shakeys read more

We were craving a pizza for lunch and found this location! Which is funny, because my parents in Maryland grew up eating Shakeys and I had never had it so I was excited to see there was one nearby! The arcade brought back 90s nostalgia. They had great lunch options so my spouse and I split pizza and wings. The pizza was really good! Plenty of cheese and pep and perfect crunchy crust thru out each bite. The wings were baked and I dipped in buffalo and ranch! Food came out quick and there was plenty of seating- seat yourself. read more

I spent $40 for a disappointing meal.....my opinion, my review..............Don't say you weren't warned. Decided to check out Shakey in Moreno Valley. Uggggggggggggggg. Haven't had it in about 20 years. Old how things have changed. My salad look like it was about a month old. The corners of the slice were wilted. The sauce had crud around it.My chicken was old and burned. See the photos and decide for your selves. read more

Where to start smh... I walked in and the cashier was leaning against the counter on her phone... I said hello, how are you...? She said nothing. Another customer came up for something and she helped them looked at me and sat there. So I said I have a pickup... got my pizza and headed out. Opened it up and basically had a cheese pizza with 4-5 pieces of pepperoni. Can I get at least 2-3 pepperonis per slice ? read more

When I went here, I enjoyed the service because the food kept coming out fresh on the buffet bar. The food was absolutely good. It was fresh. It was a variety the chicken and even the sides were delicious as well. There was a lot of kids there that weren't supervised by their parents, but that didn't take away from us having a nice table and good ambiance and being able to still get fresh pizza, and even if you have special dietary restrictions, they will make certain pieces to order on the buffet nicely, priced and delicious food. read more

I'm not sure if it's this area only in mo-Val but they sure love to charge you more for using your debit card than cash and that's 3 %. I usually go to the shakeys in San Gabriel. The worst part is I was wondering why they charged me extra here in mo-cal ...when I pulled out my card when it was run. I asked do you charge extra if I don't use cash the girl said yes....i told her I had cash. I wasn't aware of this....she say oops. Then I looked around and say it says 3 percent for cards. HORRIBLE pizza and WORSE customer service! #1, the girl with the glasses who took my order had absolutely no customer service etiquette. While I was still trying to order, she kept asking "anything else, anything else, anything else?" Why was I being rushed to begin with? Secondly, the order was wrong and was missing several ingredients. It is apparent they rushed the order rather than taking their time to ensure a good quality product was accomplished properly. The pizza tasted sweet and the cheese was practically falling off the actual pizza. Never again and believe all of the bad reviews. read more
