I've been to several Texas Roadhouse locations across several states and I'm not always the biggest fan because the food can be inconsistent. That said, this location really stood out, in a good way. The customer service was amazing. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience that much better. The food was great overall. My steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The bread was excellent per usual always a highlight. My only real con was the cold shredded cheese on top of the mashed potatoes. It was cold, and unfortunately it turned what could have been a hearty, comforting side into something that felt a little cheap. The Caesar salad was also less than memorable, it wasn't tossed and felt more like a plain salad with Caesar dressing that lacked flavor. Aside from those small things, this was a really solid visit. I'll definitely be back.

Very good food, good vibes, good customer service!!! Our server was fantastic! I appreciate the hospitality here and will definitely be coming back! That was the best grilled chicken and steak!

The food was great. No one in my party complained. Service was excellent and set a festive mood. The three stars is because although the fresh baked rolls are an added value, I like my steaks in a more intimate setting. The burger I ordered was perfectly cooked and the sautéed mushrooms and onions were a great compliment. Sauce was a bit sweet but with foresight I asked for it on the side. The steak fries were substantial and perfectly cooked. Again food and service was stellar, thank you Jesse. My other reason for the less than excellent rating is the intake process. I feel a little like I was cattle herded in and out. It was 3pm on Sunday and I felt they were doing us a favor to let us have two booths. We're were a party of 10 sitting in two booths. We fit but it was not ideal. I haven't been without it being some celebration and therefore a large group, so I will love to be back with my wife and see what we think after that.

We arrived on a Tuesday, early evening around 4pm. The parking lot is a good size so parking isn't an issue. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated within 5 minutes. The interior is decorated nicely with pictures, animals, and several televisions to keep you entertained. The entire staff was so friendly...from the hostesses, servers, and even the manager who came to greet us and make sure we were doing okay, Our waitress, Tiffany, was wonderful! She constantly checked on us and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent! Our steaks cooked medium well were fresh and tender! My daughter loved her chicken critters. The BEST part was the bread and cinnamon butter!! All in all we give our experience a 10/10!!

I came here on a Sunday afternoon. I was told a time and they were able to seat me sooner. I order the fired pickles as appetizer slab of ribs and it came with two sides. For the sides I chose the baked potato and the macaroni and cheese. They have 3 lemonades and I drank a strawberry lemonade. I also tasted a steak. Of everything I tried the best were the fried pickles, ribs and baked potato. The service was pretty great and the staff were friendly.

Had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! Our server, Kaija (I may be spelling her name wrong), was an absolute sweetheart; genuinely kind, attentive, and such a joy to talk to. I'd honestly go back just so I could chat with her again. The food came out quickly, and while it was a little on the salty side, it was still really good and satisfying. Overall, great service and a pleasant dining experience. Would definitely return!

Busy busy, but beat the rush. Get here before 5pm on a weekend! - Twisted Mozzarella Sticks 3.4/5 Twisted mozzo sticks, yummy bright marinara sauce. - Bowl of Chili 2.3/5 Came out barely warm, it was very hearty. - Ribeye 3.6/5 It was well seasoned, but not cooked well. No sear, and I asked for rare but it was more medium-medium rare. - Grilled Shrimp 1.2/5 Okay, these weren't even grilled (see pic). Parts of the shrimp was cold, such a BIG LET DOWN. [AVOID] Free parking in lot.

This place was hopping! Pro Tip: We actually joined the virtual line almost two hours before we wanted to go. Once we got there we checked in and the wait was maybe 15-20 minutes. The service was great, we felt very well attended to and there was plenty of left overs to take home.

Happy Mother's Day 2025 Ribeye* 12oz & Ribs ... very good, should've ordered it rare. We did med rare. BBQ ribs were very good

We had out 2 granddaughters visiting from out of state (Indiana). They ordered from the child's menu. Steak bites, Mac-n-Cheese fries and steamed veggies. The adults split the Rib-eye/BBQ rib combo. We ordered it med/rare, I think it would've been better, rare. I really enjoyed the ribs. My wife liked the steak better. Oh well, more ribs for me The table finished 3 baskets of dinner rolls and one bag of roasted peanuts. All in all, my wife enjoyed herself as well as the grandkids. Now it's time for Kids Empire ... Yikes!! ;) Our server, "Dominic" was awesome! It was VERY busy today, we never had to ask or wait on anything. Always with a smile!

Servers are friendly. With that, I can say that Service is great but can't say the same thing about the steak. We ordered medium but they served everything dry and overdone. Not coming back here for special occasions

Texas Roadhouse - Moreno Valley: A Classic American Steakhouse with a Lively Vibe The famous Texas Roadhouse franchise has made its way to Riverside County, conveniently located near the 215 and 60 freeways. Its popularity is clear--whether you're arriving during peak hours or not, expect to see groups waiting for tables. I visited on a Monday around 4 p.m., well before dinner rush, and while solo seating was available quickly, larger groups were still waiting. If you're planning a weekend visit, I'd highly recommend joining the waitlist through their app before leaving home to save time. As soon as you sit down, you're greeted with their iconic fresh-baked bread and cinnamon butter--a highlight of the meal. Pro tip: don't hesitate to ask for a box of bread to-go after your meal; it's well worth it. The restaurant also offers Early Dine specials from Monday through Thursday before 5 p.m., which can be a good way to enjoy a meal without breaking the bank. For the main course, I tried the 6 oz Sirloin steak, a staple on the menu. Cooked medium, it was juicy and tender, and adding sautéed mushrooms and fried onions gave it extra depth of flavor. While tasty, the price felt a bit higher than expected. Meals come with two sides, with options like steak fries, house or Caesar salad, butter corn, and steamed vegetables. I went with the butter corn, which was hearty and flavorful, and the steamed broccoli, which leaned on the salty side. If you're dining family-style, the grilled shrimp makes a solid shared dish. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with Texas-themed décor and plenty of TVs showing sports games. Staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to the overall positive experience. That said, long wait times and slight inconsistencies in food quality can temper expectations. Still, if you go during weekday afternoons, you can take advantage of their specials and avoid the long waits. --- Final Thoughts Texas Roadhouse in Moreno Valley is a solid choice for classic American steakhouse dining. Between the famous bread, well-cooked steaks, and lively atmosphere, it delivers on comfort food and family dining. Just plan ahead if you're visiting on weekends. Recommended for families, groups, and anyone craving hearty steakhouse fare.

Had a very nice the experience on Wednesday night..... All…read morein all, I found the service to be very friendly and prompt and the waitresses were on point in terms of responding to the needs of our group. The restaurant is open and airy and quite comfortable. The restrooms were clean and in good order and the restaurant was quite tidy as well. The appetizers arrived quickly and were nice and hot. We got Sampler platters and potato skins. The beverages were refilled promptly on an ongoing basis and never once did the waitresses seem anything but Super Nice! I ordered the combo with steak, chicken, ribs and shrimp. I substituted and got grilled shrimp instead of fried. The meal came with two sides so I got a nice green salad and fries for my second side. #1 The steak was super tender and cooked perfectly. #2 the chicken was melt in your mouth tender and the teriyaki was really tasty #3 the grilled shrimp were quite large and cooked very well..... had a nice flavor too. #4 and this is really the only reason for FOUR stars instead of FIVE- the baby back ribs were literally ice cold..... Very strange because everything else was on point! Nice and hot, super tender, very flavorful but, the ribs?? I understand when serving large groups, things might be heading towards room temp a lil quicker but this was like they just came out of the fridge. I had seen other reviews pointing out this scenario also but was hoping it wouldn't happen..... it did. Over all, we had a nice time, really enjoyed the vast majority of the food and was impressed by the great service provided. By the way, the prices are fantastic for the portion sizes you receive.

I have always appreciated your breakfast service--especially when I arrive early before the crowd--and my first online experience with your Friday Fish Special (AYCE) was excellent. That positive experience encouraged me to order online again a week later. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency were drastically different. During my later order, the fish dinner I received did not resemble the generous portions and corn balls included with the Friday special. Instead, I was given a few small beer‑battered fish pieces with none of the corn balls, and the overall meal was disappointing. Additionally, the fried chicken dinner was especially concerning. The crust was extremely hard, the meat was dry, and some pieces were so tough they were unpleasant to eat. This was surprising and disheartening coming from a restaurant that has long been one of my favorites. I want to emphasize that I value your establishment and would gladly order the fish special again--provided it is the same style and quality as the first time and not the beer‑battered version I received recently. I am sharing this feedback because I hope these inconsistencies can be addressed to ensure a more reliable experience for your customers. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I would appreciate any follow‑up or clarification regarding these issues.
