Honestly, this is the nicest and cleanest Sizzler I've ever been to. Every year my husband wants to come here for his birthday dinner. It was a tradition as a kid that he loved so much. It's very nostalgic for him. For me? Sizzler was the first time I ever ate a chicken nugget. Yes, you read that right. Anyway, service is usually great here. We haven't really had a bad experience. Food is consistent. My husband loves it. I think it's ok. The steak is too fatty for me. I don't like shrimp. And they don't have an entree option that's steak and ribs which is odd to me. But that's just me. I still enjoy coming. I think next time I'll just do the salad bar. Parking is plentiful and free in the parking lot. Food was great. Ordered 3x family meal of 4 a few weeks ago for 11:15 pick on May 24. I called the store and confirmed on May 22 with Ramon. At 11:15 on May 24 my sister who was picking up was told that they did not get the order. The instructions on the email said to call the store if there are any problems and that is what I called 2 days early to make sure pick up is smooth. The 2 cashiers that were working were not helpful at all and have no clue on how to fix the problem. I would have given them a 1 but Ramon was patient and was trying to fix the problem. So I gave them a 3. I do not recommend their online system and I will not do it again. read more

My cousin and I decided to drop by for a late dinner, we ordered the combination platter, steak, shrimp, and ribs, and the salad bar and a Pacifico beer all was good until I found a live nat floating in my half-drunk beer mug I informed our server, who was courteous and attentive. The manager arrived quickly and asked if I would like another beer, which I declined, and took a rain check he said he'll take care of me on my next visit which I appreciate. My sister, mom, and I came here after visiting the cemetery. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us, especially our waitress Frida. We got there shortly after opening so everything was set up hot and fresh. There were plenty of options in the salad bar as well. They both ordered meals from the kitchen. We always love coming to Sizzler with our family because it offers some of the best prices around for amazing quality food! The menu offers a wide variety of options such as steaks, chicken, burgers, and even a salad bar (that has various options as well). My go-to is always the salad bar because they usually have the salad (of course) -- which has SO MANY things to make whatever salad you'd like -- as well as soups, options to make tacos, nachos, spaghetti, and rotating selections like orange chicken, chicken wings, and potatoes wedges! My boyfriend always gets the steak and no matter how many restaurants he tries a steak at, he always says Sizzler's steak is the BEST (and he loves the rice as well). The service is also pretty great! Many of their employees speak Spanish and English, which is great for those of our families who might struggle with one or the other. On busy days (like holidays), the service can be a little slow, but the restaurant is usually packed so it's understandable. The restaurant itself has plenty of seating to choose from, including both booths and tables (and their tables are easy to move for larger parties). They also have several TVs placed around the restaurant and usually show any major league sports games if/when they are playing (such as soccer, basketball, football, and baseball). I haven't been in a while to sizzler and I'm glad I tried it again. The Front of house was friendly, had a great vibe, & had a great flow in offering and going through our options. We were there around 5:20pm Tuesday & got to order and get our food at a really relaxing pace with just one person in front of us. It was sparsely full, playing the dodgers vs Angels game, yet, had such a calm atmosphere. Waitress was super friendly as well, the service was quick &, let us know what she was going to do next like bring us bread & kept checking in on us & making sure our experience was going well. I was sitting in front of the salad bar and it seemed very enticing. Loved the food and was very satisfied with portion. We got the mango lemonade, water with lemon, and two prime rib burgers one with fries and one with baked potatoe. The burger was really tasty and not overly covered in sauce which I personally, prefer. The cheese toast was very cheesy and garlic heavy which was delicious. Came in today 30 min before closing at 9. The staff were so friendly, and didn't make us feel rushed or bad although we came in pretty late. The establishment was very neat and cleanly! Laisa was sweet, kind and attentive. The older gentleman, not sure if he's the manager or owner, was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and checked on us frequently. He even heard me talking about spicy food and brought me a special chili oil from the back. Sizzler is undefeated when it comes to feeding picky toddlers. Mine eats off my plate like a tiny food critic, and the fact that they don't charge extra for that already earns major points. Wednesday, 11-20-2024: I have to do a huge shout out to Sizzler for graciously accommodating my request to reserve a section for 40 people in their restaurant for my retirement luncheon. I had called them a week prior and spoke with a very nice female manager, who assured me it would be no problem but to call the day before to double check. I did just that but spoke to a male manager, who was also very nice and assured me that it would be set up. My boss and office had set up balloons, cupcakes, and a banner. I was so busy talking to everybody I unfortunately forgot to take more photos! Sizzler was renovated and has a very nice modern interior. This was the perfect sized venue for my retirement luncheon. Their servers were hardworking and so sweet & friendly! My hubby and I opted for their fresh salad bar. I was surprised that many expressed that never had eaten at Sizzler and were very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was.
