Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a restaurant. We were seated and waited for 20 minutes, and not a single server came to our table--not even to offer us water or take a drink order. We kept waiting, but no waiter was in sight and nobody acknowledged us. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored, we decided to leave. I understand restaurants can get busy, but acknowledging your customers and offering drinks should be the bare minimum. I really liked our waiter and the other workers. They were very bubbly and energetic, pretty excited to serve us. I wish we can see more of that in the world -- too many people are working jobs they dont even like, when there are so many other people searching for jobs. I loved their energy and jokes, and how personable they were Food was pretty okay. I enjoyed it a lot and thought $40 was a great deal for all you can eat seafood trays. I never got tired of the clams and mussels! However, I did want to give 3 stars because 2 out of 3 rounds, they forgot to give me the potatoes I requested. It was getting pretty egregious when I asked for potatoes and they just never gave it to me. Additionally, tried asking for a change of trash buckets but they took a while to even do it... We stumbled upon this restaurant on our last night in Riverside. 10/10 for seafood boil. We got the Cajun garlic butter boil with peeled shrimp and the snow crab, and it was out of this world. The service was great, staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The venue is very fun and felt like an authentic Cajun experience. The Cajun pasta was bomb too and so were their churros, surprisingly! Only downfall: the jambalaya. It was not the best, I do not recommend it. read more

My husband and tried this place out for dinner and we were happy. The service was good. The food was tasty. We order 2 lbs of shrimps with head on. 1 mild and medium spicy. It came out in individual bags. And a lb of mussels. The shrimps were really good. My medium spicy had so much flavor and loved the garlic. The muscle was a little sad there were a lot of broken shells and some tasted a little off. The place had a full bar. Great place for family dinner, groups and dates. When we arrived it wasn't busy but it took some time to get addressed as we waited for someone to come seat us and once we were at our table it took a while again for the waiter to come. Was the food good? It was solid but if you're someone who likes spicy seafood boil, this isn't the place. I love spicy seafood or at least a little tingle and this didn't do it at all. We got spicy shrimp the whole shabang, Cajun fries (that didn't really have Cajun seasoning) and garlic noodles that were okay too. It wasn't terrible but it sucks when you have a taste in mind especially something with spice and it doesn't happen. They use jumbo shrimp, so you may want to order a little extra if you're really hungry since one pound may not be as much as you expect. I definitely recommend the Luxe Dinner for Two. The sauce was sooooo flavorful with lots of garlic, butter, seasonings and we did medium which was perfect spice! The shrimps are huge! If i could change one thing would be to serve fresh crawfish not frozen. But other than that the food was absolutely delicious! Plus happy hour drinks were tasty as well! Their boil sauce is so flavorful and they really know how to boil their shrimp to perfection. Chicken wings were crispy and I enjoyed it with a side of ranch.
