Giselle was the greatest server ever she was so on time with everything and quick with the service. Tim runs a tight ship and everything comes out perfect and fast couldn't have asked for a better experience thank you team. read more

I ordered the AYCE Menu with the Whole Shebang sauce, and that sauce was seriously so good. I loved the shrimp--they were BIG, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The clams tasted super fresh, too. I added the crab legs for an extra charge, but they were absolutely worth it. Everything was flavorful and the seafood was really satisfying. If you're a seafood boil fan, this is definitely worth checking out! read more

The place is good eats! Service is 99 percent on point, been here to eat several times, only one poor service, rest have been excellent. I would recommend this place, for sure. read more

Craving Crab Haus - Cajun/Creole Near Me - Riverside, California

1. Atmosphere: (1) Restaurant is super dirty, and it gets me wondering if the dining room is this dirty, what does the kitchen look like. The menus also had food stains on them. 2. Service: (4) Waitress attentive however didn't say anything when I told her about crusty food on menu. 3. Food; (2) The shrimp tasted old, and I hope I don't get sick. Overall, I will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone eating at this place as well read more

The whole shabang crab legs and shrimp that taste fresh ! The sauce was generous and amazing. The fried catfish and the sauce for that was also flavorful ! Spicy margarita paired perfectly for this summer heat ! It was easy to find parking and seating . Our server Sergio was kind and explained the menu in detail . The ambience was lit with cute lanterns on the ceiling and the vibe overall was calm and peaceful . I highly recommend! read more

I really liked our waiter and the other workers. They were very bubbly and energetic, pretty excited to serve us. I wish we can see more of that in the world -- too many people are working jobs they dont even like, when there are so many other people searching for jobs. I loved their energy and jokes, and how personable they were Food was pretty okay. I enjoyed it a lot and thought $40 was a great deal for all you can eat seafood trays. I never got tired of the clams and mussels! However, I did want to give 3 stars because 2 out of 3 rounds, they forgot to give me the potatoes I requested. It was getting pretty egregious when I asked for potatoes and they just never gave it to me. Additionally, tried asking for a change of trash buckets but they took a while to even do it... They played some goofy music but that's not the biggest bone to pick here ahaha, thought it was just funny read more

Craving Crab Haus - $40 AYCE seafood tray, my first round - Cajun/Creole Near Me - Riverside, California

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our last night in Riverside. 10/10 for seafood boil. We got the Cajun garlic butter boil with peeled shrimp and the snow crab, and it was out of this world. The service was great, staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The venue is very fun and felt like an authentic Cajun experience. The Cajun pasta was bomb too and so were their churros, surprisingly! Only downfall: the jambalaya. It was not the best, I do not recommend it. read more

Food Is delish as usual! Love coming here, the seafood are fresh! Thanks Sergio for the great service.

Food very good . Serves has gone down so bad . We didn't have to wait for a table cause it was pretty empty but waited over 20 minutes for water . The tables around us were very dirty. They had 5/6 waiters just talking in the front booth. read more

Really disappointing experience. We ordered what we were told was one pound of shrimp, but the portion we received was extremely small. I've ordered a pound of shrimp at plenty of other seafood boil restaurants, and the amount is usually easily double what we received here. We also ordered the snow crab legs. Barely any meat inside for $40. The service made the experience even worse. When we asked why the heads of the shrimp looked dirty/unclean, our waiter responded with an attitude and said, "They're wild animals, that's why they're dirty." The response was dismissive and unprofessional. Between the questionable portion size and the way our concern was handled, I would never come back. We only ate here because we were hungry and it was the only seafood place open nearby. If you're advertising and charging for a pound of shrimp, customers should feel like they're actually receiving what they paid for, and basic questions about the food shouldn't be met with attitude. Worst $80 I've ever spent at any restaurant. read more

Great service, amazing quality seafood, and great vibes ! We were huge a party and they were so great! They were very clear on their policies so there were no surprises! They took our order and got everything out so fast ! & continued to check on us constantly ! The seafood was cooked perfectly the sauce has great flavor !!! This place is definitely my fav crab boil spot ! read more

Nice staff - everyone was very friendly and smiling. Old rock music was playing. Parking lot is ample and easy. The seafood boil sauce is very salty. I got the whole shabang. I couldn't eat it on the rice. Also - the sauce itself is an add on fee - it should come with it but you pay extra if you want extra. I didn't love the sauce itself. This isn't crave able to me. read more

We came on a Saturday evening around 5pm and it was quite busy. There were a couple of large groups reserved. Luckily we were still seated right away. Our server, Joaquin, was very kind. Another male associate also came by to greet and check on us which made us feel welcome. The food came out quick. As an avid customer of Boiling Crab, the whole shabang sauce (non-mild) was actually very good. The rice servings were pretty big compared to other Cajon restaurants. We ordered the shrimp (head on) and black mussels. We finished the whole thing! read more

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a restaurant. We were seated and waited for 20 minutes, and not a single server came to our table--not even to offer us water or take a drink order. We kept waiting, but no waiter was in sight and nobody acknowledged us. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored, we decided to leave. I understand restaurants can get busy, but acknowledging your customers and offering drinks should be the bare minimum. Very disappointing experience, and based on the service we received, I would not recommend this place. read more

My husband and tried this place out for dinner and we were happy. The service was good. The food was tasty. We order 2 lbs of shrimps with head on. 1 mild and medium spicy. It came out in individual bags. And a lb of mussels. The shrimps were really good. My medium spicy had so much flavor and loved the garlic. The muscle was a little sad there were a lot of broken shells and some tasted a little off. The place had a full bar. Great place for family dinner, groups and dates. Looking forward to trying out other stuff. read more

Good food, nice people, delicious drinks, plenty of parking, remarkable customer service by Tim, consistency in quality of food and care. Environment plays good music, not too loud, able to relax, laugh, eat and have a conversation! The drinks were happier hour- true to $5.00 listing. They also honor military service! Would come back again and again! Works for friends or solo. Families for the crab boils or date days or nights. Check it out!! No regrets! read more

What an amazing experience!! Thank you Craving Crab! First time here.. I took my son to have a seafood feast! We had such a wonderful experience. Our waitress Ms.Katty was so sweet, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you , honey for all your expertise! My son & I had the "ALL you can eat" excellent service and the taste and quality was superb! Ms. Katie was very helpful and let us know the extremely hot and mild choices. My son likes his boil hot. Me, not so much mild was perfect with the sha-bqng flavor-was so awesome. I appreciated the options. The drinks were also excellent. Love the Tahin flavor . Sorry I probably messed the spelling up. Thank you Crab Haus for making drinks affordable. We had a wonderful time and definitely WILL BE RETURNING!! Thank you!!! read more

The food here was good but I've had better tasting seafood boil at a lesser price. Seemed a bit expensive compared to other places I've been to. read more

Horrible service waited over an hr and 10 minutes for my food. Told multiple times by the server, there was a miscommunication with training staff in the back But yet four tables got seated after me and were served before me. Potatoes were hard like a rock a shrimp was overcooked One of my crab legs was infested with little black dots and I don't mean a couple I mean two or three legs were covered in them. Saw this place on TikTok definitely not what it's advertised as. Unfortunately, I took a group of friends and I couldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

5-Star Experience at the Crab Boil Spot! If you're looking for a place that nails seafood boils, look no further--this restaurant is easily one of the best in the game. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Shoutout to my waitress Giselle, who made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knew the menu like the back of her hand. Let's talk food: absolutely packed with flavor. The spicy sauce was bold and full of depth without being OVER-THE-TOP it hit the perfect balance. The corn? Soaked up every bit of that buttery, spicy goodness. If you're debating sides, skip the white rice if you're already doing potatoes.. I just didn't need it. But definitely grab the Cajun fries as an appetizer. Seriously, some of the best seasoned fries I've ever had. Crispy, spicy, addictive. One of my favorite combos of the night was the garlic noodles with peeled shrimp--the noodles were perfectly cooked, garlicky, and just soaked in all the right flavors. And yes, the beer was ice cold and flowing, which always pairs well with a meal like this. Generous portions too.. you'll leave full and happy. Whether you're a crab boil regular or trying it for the first time, this spot is a must. Flavor, service, and vibe all come together here. I'll definitely be back! read more

I went for my birthday. I saw this location on Tic tac! It was exactly what I expected and some. The place is lovely. The food is to die for. I'm just finishing my shrimp. Boil that I got on Saturday. The service was phenomenal. My sister ordered the buffalo and Cajun wings, she said that the buffalo wings were MUCH better than the Cajun wings. The ranch dressing to dip our wings in were delicious, don't know if it was made in house or not but it was really good. Our seafood boils were fresh and came out really quick!! It was three of us on Mother's Day and it was pretty busy but there was no wait when we arrived. They offer military discount, we got about $20 off our bill but be sure to ask for it or it won't be offered. The restaurant was clean and the staff were nice, patient and helpful. They played a lot of old school music, more like 90s. Overall, I'll be back! ‍ read more

The food was excellent. Perfectly spiced not too salty and loaded with garlic, just how we love it. The service was ok. A larger group who was seated after us was served before us, they even hadn't taken our food order yet. That was disappointing, but sadly even in these days, not unexpected. Later in the service our server was attentive. The ambiance as nice. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Going back to get some more of their delicious food. Hopefully that service experience was an anomaly. read more

Just tried this spot for the first time. My husband and I wanted to try some seafood and heard about this place at work. So glad we decided to come by. Everything was delicious! Love this place everything was made to order and me and my family enjoyed our time here

We enjoyed this place. The only reason I feel like it deserves four stars is because of the pricing and the food was maybe 4 to 5 not extremely outstanding also in our crab boil there were less than four pieces of corn and less than four potatoes. Bill came out to 400 and something only adding one lobster and one crab leg. Add on to a normal 5 pound special. service was pretty good. No one was overly helpful, but everyone was nice as far as the vibe in the ambience. I would say not too busy. Definitely a good time we would go again. I wish there was a 4.5 star for this, but if not. read more

Craving Crab Haus - Me and my son bibbed up and ready - Cajun/Creole Near Me - Riverside, California

This is one of my top seafood boil spots! There's plenty of indoor seating, the servers are always really kind, and the shrimp is amazing!! They use jumbo shrimp, so you may want to order a little extra if you're really hungry since one pound may not be as much as you expect. I definitely recommend the Luxe Dinner for Two. It comes with an appetizer, two drinks, three pounds of seafood, and dessert for around $90. If you're in the area and love seafood, you have to check this place out! read more

I was just here to order take out the servers were being rude for no reason they must be having a bad day but what did I do to them they had my food ready and had me seating there for 20min as I seen a bag there and it ended up being my bag such bad vibes today's all around don't think I will return here! read more

Best Cajun spot in Riverside and definetely #1. First time ordering to-go - super efficient and ready as I got there. Their boil sauce is so flavorful and they really know how to boil their shrimp to perfection. Chicken wings were crispy and I enjoyed it with a side of ranch. Garlic noodles are heavenly with their crispy garlic pieces garnished on top. They provide the bibs, gloves, and table cover (if you ask) so you're able to have an awesome time dining at home. This restaurant is wonderful and deserves the hype, so glad to see them near UCR and they got a full bar too! read more
