Pulled pork queso
Susan H.

A large group of us went here recently. It was my first time there. I ordered the salmon berry salad. It had a large piece of salmon on it which tasted very good. It was a bit too much dressing for my taste, but that was my bad for not asking to have it on the side. My bf had the queso dip. He ate every bit of it. Everyone's food looked great. I want to return to get the nachos. They were piled high on the plate. As the group expanded, they moved us to the larger patio. The service was terrific. I was impressed with how quickly they got the food and drinks out. We'll return next year for another reunion.

Came to Heroes for food and drinks and it did not disappoint. The portions are huge so you definitely get your money's worth. The food was really good, everything came out fresh and flavorful, and the menu has a lot of options to choose from. Drinks were solid too and paired really well with the food.

Yum! Choices!

Great service and a dog-friendly patio! What more can I say? Visiting from AZ, but originally from Riverside County and this was always a fun place to eat. Great sandwiches and a lot more to select from off the menu. I was in the mood for hot pastrami and to my surprise, this was something not on the menu (why???), but they took a Reuben and made it happen. Servings are a bit on the larger side, but small lunch options are also on the menu. This is a very casual place that is perfect for small or large parties. It's not far from the Mission Inn and the perfect place to eat if visiting the downtown area.

We absolutely love this place. We come here multiple times a year and every time the food is delicious, the service is friendly and they are very fast and efficient. Parking was easy, they have a lot and we were able to park near the entrance which was nice. There was 6 of us and we waited around 10min before we were seated. I always like going here during the holidays to see the Christmas lights they put up. I ordered the cousin Luigi's smashed burger which came with a tomato sauce which was really tasty. We also added grilled onions. It also came with parmesan toast as the buns. It was BOMB! we split it for I think $3.50 extra on top of the burger being around $20. Each plate still got a side which is more than enough food. Great spot. We always try and stop by whenever we are in the area.

Jazlyn, our server at Heroes, was very attentive. We started with a wedge salad, and it was massive. I ordered the chimichurri steak with vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes. I asked for the steak medium, but it came out very rare, so I had to send it back. The vegetables were also cold and not steamed, so those went back as well. The kitchen fixed everything, and the return time wasn't too bad. We also ordered the chicken with vegetables and onion rings, the onion rings were super good. Portion sizes are huge. Overall, despite the hiccup, it was a really great experience.

My family and I stopped by here for dinner before we explored the Festival of Lights. They've decorated the inside with lots of holiday lights so it has a very fun and festive vibe. The menu is pretty huge, and so are the portions! I'm so glad our server gave us the heads up that the portions are generous. Drinks come in HUGE mugs, so if you order them, be prepared to hit the restroom frequently. The 4 of us ordered 2 entrees and 1 appetizer and we still brought leftovers home! We ordered: *Fiery BBQ Mac & Cheese - very rich and cheesy. But not fiery like I thought it was supposed to be. *BBQ Chicken Pizza - Good, but not a fan of the olives on the pizza. *Baja Chicken Sandwich W/ Curly Fries - menu indicated it was a spicy dish, but I didn't taste the heat. It was still tasty regardless. Overall a solid place for some good food and good ambiance. Just don't expect the spicy dishes to be spicy.

I visited over the weekend on Sunday afternoon and we had a party of seven and we got seated right away! Everything was really fun. The portions are huge. The drinks are tasty and the service was pretty great. The restaurant itself is on par with other heroes locations I've beeb to and it looks like it would be a fun time to watch a game or go back for St. Patrick's day. Try the chili and their cucumber cocktails!!

Huge outdoor seating. Half the seats inside are high seats. All seats are hard. White confetti on the ground. Music is rock music and this space is loud. AC works great and it is cold in here. Drinks are HUGE. Everything is huge! Shareable for sure. House made croutons. I ordered "the crusty Sean" - the fish was excellent but the shrimp were a different batter - likely pre battered - the shrimp was hard and overcooked. I wish it had the same batter. Malt vinegar would have been great but I didn't know they had it until my fish was gone. I do not like that the tables are not dedicated to any server, 4 people offered to get my drink order and no one would bring me a yo go. I hated the blue cheese dressing. My Wish's - other sides should be op the side list like, steamed veggies, cheese garlic bread. Adding garlic to fried shouldn't be $2.95. Hacks - get lunch because it is expensive here. Try Chimichurri sauce.

Steak tips over mashed potatoes, added grilled onions and the dish was great. Steak wasn't hard to chew, the server doesn't ask how you prefer them to be cooked but it's not a deal breaker. What I did LOVE was their baked bbq beans. That's how you do bbq beans people, with meat mixed in (sausages), corn, and just a hint but not too much sweetness to it. We sat outside, where there is plenty of room for larger groups. Inside is cutely decorated and has a pay to play dj jukebox. Bar is inside and is a great restaurant for families and big groups. Located right off the freeway. Shared public parking lot.

I always have a great experience heroes. No matter the location! Food is So tasty . The best part is that there's multiple servers. So no matter what they're always asking if you need anything - and the music always gets to me at this location. It's the best!

What an awesome place. No employee passed us without making sure we didn't need anything. Went out on a busy Saturday night and waited no more than 20 mins. Robert offered us to sit at the bar while our table was ready and he gave us samples of their beer. We got two big beers and got seated before they were done. He kept checking on us even though he wasn't our server. He suggested the secret veggie sandwich since my husband is vegetarian. It was so good. Lots of TV and great staff. Look no further than this place. Great job Robert...you are awesome

Ordered the southwest brisket salad. Favorite part of the salad was the red peppers, yum. Came here with a large work group and we all felt the portions were HUGE and prices were high. Quality was not bad, but not great. We all would have preferred that they cut the portions and price in half. Recommend sharing. Tons of seating indoor and outdoors and the bar was crowded for a weekday night. Servers did a great job with a large party.

First time visiting and I might give them a second chance and just choose different menu items- there are LOTS to choose from! We ordered the chili nachos to start and share with the table. Basically it was a mountain high plate of tortilla chips with very minimal toppings and topped with some guacamole and large amount of sour cream. I wish we knew we were basically ordering $20+ plate of plain chips- we would have passed and just ordered entrees. The pulled pork sandwich was huge and definitely big enough to share. Although the menu states they charge for splitting sandwiches, which I thought was odd. It was good, pretty overfilled so plenty for leftovers. I'd probably ask for the coleslaw on the side tho so sandwich doesn't get cold and soggy. I didn't like that we did not have a specific server. We were given items by 3 or 4 servers and after food was dropped off, nobody came back to check on how everything came out or if we needed anything- which we did, but had to wait quite some time before we could flag anyone down. It was a slow day, many tables were empty, so I'd hate to be here on a busy day!

Ritual Brewing - Nitro Extra Red - fabulous!!

MANY BREWS TO CHOOSE!…read more Ritual Brewery has got to be the best micro brewery in Redlands! There is so much to like about the brewery, and so much this place has to offer that I can only ask that you experience it yourself. To name a few highlights of the brewery... first of all it is one of the more chill places to go to. The ambiance of Ritual Brewery is casual, friendly, and welcoming. The staff here are all awesome! They have a nice size indoor and outdoor seating area for visitors. They are family and dog friendly. They have a new brew for everyone to discover and enjoy. My personal favorite is the Extra Red. I tried just about their whole menu over some time and at least half-a-dozen visits before deciding which one was my favorite. Moreover, if you walk in looking for a specific kind of beer, you might as well go pick that beer up at the store and stay out. This brewery is a place to experience and appreciate new beers. Many of their beers are IPAs, Ales, Pale Ales, and Blondes. Check out the picture of their menu to get a better idea of all that they have. Not to mention, they have very reasonable prices for their drinks compared to probably most breweries - so don't be a Sorry Sue and complain about how the prices for a beer is expensive and that only the soda is good - but you had the nerve to visit 10 times. Oh! Also, there is often an excellent food vendor there most nights, so you can get a meal with your drink. CHEERS!

Taste of Brews, on the other hand, landed on a perfect day and was reasonably priced for the high quality samples I experienced. I find it difficult to recall all that I tried, though I can say I passed over the stations that were poring strictly IPA's. The folks doing the sampling were all great and clearly excited to be there. Crowd was under control and relatively friendly. My knocking down a couple of stars comes from the organizers of this event. Here's why: - Though the entrance to the event was obvious, there was much confusion once you walked up. You had to track down a specific event staffer to get your wrist band, turn around--wrist band secure--and get back in line to wait to get in. No clear signage or direction by most of the event staff (contracted or working for the event organizer) as to where to go or what to do when you arrived. Most unfortunate folks ended up in the line to get in before they even got their wrist bands, ending up losing their spot in line when they had to leave to get said wrist bands before they can get in to the event - I felt the two different tasting times (three hour versus four hour) was silly. I imagine it has to do with crowd control, but considering most of the four hour folks were arriving with three hours to taste, it became pointless. That, paired with the difficulty on the event site of trying to find when you could start your tasting was tough. Also, most breweries were closing up shop by three, an hour in advance of the four pm cut off time - Not nearly enough bathrooms. By miles - Event site claimed that, "free parking available in the structure across the street." Low and behold, it was closed except for those with a parking pass. According to the security guard posted, it had been free the year before, but not this one. Cutting and pasting event info from one year to the next is amateur hour Overall, it wasn't a terrible event. But, from a former event organizer's perspective, the planning of key elements missed several marks. Perhaps they'll consider this before their next event.

The group was let in exactly on time and there were many breweries serving up some of their best. They had a good variety of Southern California brews as well as some out of state. Came here with friends during lunch hour & got some items from the "lunch deals" section. For the lunch deals, we got the 2 chicken tacos, which comes with chips & salsa. There was a decent amount of chips and salsa and the tacos were a good size & had good flavors. 8/10 for the chicken tacos. My friend got the traditional wings (6 piece) lunch deal which comes with a side of fries & celery. The sizes of the wings look decent & she enjoyed the meal. Our party also got the steak tacos & steak nachos. This time, there was a decent amount of steak on the nachos and it paired perfectly with everything. The first time we came here and we got the nachos during our last visit, there was barely any steak on the nachos so I'm glad they corrected it and making it better. 8/10 for the nachos. Drinks: my group mainly got beer so they were all good & happy with it. I wanted a margarita flight and well, that was pretty disappointing. It was supposed to be 4 different flavors/drinks with tequila. But where was the tequila? I felt that they should've been upfront with it on the menu and called it a mocktail or something because when we didn't taste any tequila in it, we asked the waitress & she mentioned to us that there is only 1 shot of tequila for the whole flight...like what?! That flight cost $20 so you're telling me I'm basically buying $20 worth of juice since the tequila is non-existent?! That was truly disappointing to hear & even the waitress said she would never recommend the flight because of it and it wasn't fun to make. So do better Brass Tap, either add more tequila to your flight to make it actually worth $20 or just remove it all together from your menu. Deceiving & a total waste. 0/10 for the flight. Thankfully the waitress removed it from our bill without issue & got me the watermelon margarita to replace it. Much better and you can taste some tequila in it (not much but a lot more than what was sprinkled onto the flight). 6/10 for the watermelon drink. Overall the service is decent and the space is decent for small groups. There's seating at the bar area and tables inside and outside. Decor was typical for these type of place. Plenty of parking as well. Will I be back? Maybe if drinks are better.
