We went to see a band called Soul 4 U at Dukes! The service was awesome. The waitress were nice and attentive. I ordered their Friday special of Fish and Chips. I substituted the chips for Onion Rings. The ranch was awesome. My wife ordered the chicken strips and fries. My wife said it was pretty good. Everyone in our group said their food was awesome. One thing I will warn every customer is that the half nachos can feed a couple on a date. The full nachos can feed a party of 4 or more. My bro in law ordered the full and was surprised that it was actually a big plate. Food was ok, I think it's overpriced for bar food.. plus they charge you 18% gratuity... cheesecake factory don't even charge that.. plus the prices where like cheesecake factory but you're eating at a bar..service was average, would I be back, probably not.. Okay, the food is surprisingly good. I've been here a few times for the "night life" but there is more to offer. There is kinda something for everyone! And the fries with ranch?! Yummy!! Coming to Duke's is always such a fun time! It was our first spot of the year as we stopped in on Sunday morning for some brunch and football. What made it amazing was a combination of the service, food, and the environment. Our server Kylie was really amazing. She was fairly quick to get us anything we requested and even went out of her way to bring things like extra plates, napkins, and even hot sauce without us even asking! She was also always on top of any drinks that were getting low, even if it was just a water. The food, as always, was delicious and everyone enjoyed every bite! They have some great options to choose from for brunch and I hope to try everything one of these days! Im going to keep this short. My visit to this restaurant/nightclub tonight revealed to me that this is a shady establishment! When your waitress walks to your table and ask if you would like some salsa and chips and "never say or mention" anything about a fee/cost for it, to me, that means its free! However, it wasnt ($18) and so, when I bring it to your attention that you are being fraudulent with customers because you add it to their bill without them being made aware of it. Your manager the gets unto a heated discussion with me and tells me "nothing is for free" and "I'm not refunding your money." Thats funny because you never gave me a choice to decline the salsa and chips by telling me it cost money. Not until I threaten legal action against you, do your restaurant owner decide to give me a refund. I bought food, beer, and liquor but apparently that was not enough. Your response to me telling you that your business practices are shady, made you decide to ban me from your restaurant. Customers/patrons please pay close attention to your bill if you plan to visit this restaurant. As far as Im concern, I'm thankful that Dukes did me the favor of revealing why I never want to come back their. Found this place by chance when trying to find somewhere near us to watch the Dodger's game and was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious! We had the wings, fries, quesadilla, and dessert. But the service was even better! Elly, out waitress, was attentive, friendly, and always there when we needed refills. The owner, Gloria, passed out free shirts, talked to us and other patrons, and then said good bye to us when she left for the night as if we were old friends. Thank you all for the wonderful night! We wanted to do a diners drive ins and dives weekend. Decided to check out the local spots we've seen for years but never visited. The old faithfuls of the community. We did visit at an earlier time so the night owls hadn't arrived yet. First time introduced to Dukes and now he's my friend. Walking through the doors was like arriving at cheers and everyone saying, "norm!" Welcomed with open arms and hometown hospitality. Sit back relax and have something good. Great specials, wonderful service and non pretentious menu. Food tasted fresh and the drink specials were insanely unbelievable. Would have stayed longer but had other stops to make. Our server took good care of us. We were not only checked on by her but all the other servers came and checked on us throughout our visit. A rarity these days. Large patio area, inside tables and bar, the back area I'm assuming for the night owls. Large screens inside and out for prime viewing during games or classics like national lampoons. It was a great atmosphere, lively and enthusiastic during bingo which is free every Thursday 3pm-5pm with prize giveaways. I previously gave this place 5 stars the first time I went. by now, me and my wife are regulars and love the place... but also have a better perspective on the place for reference, we don't drink, and only go for the food. the food is amazing, but they have gotten something wrong every single time I have gone, sometimes even more. it's usually a sauce, but sometimes it's something as large as that they brought the wrong fries, or the wrong meal altogether they are kind of a mess their food is 5 stars, their service is 5 stars, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere is 5 stars[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but getting the order right is 1-2 stars. so i'm updating to 3 stars read more

This was our 1st time visiting Duke's since we've lived in Riverside going on 9yrs. 2 out of 3 of our son's are now old enough to drink with mom and dad. Starting from the parking lot the security guards were friendly and very helpful answering our questions. We noticed how they walked a guest to her car and made sure she got out safely. At the inside they have about 4 different seating areas to choose from, from what we can tell. 2 indoors and 2 outdoors. They had live music front outside and DJ in the back outside. We started with one bartender/waitress but by the 2hrs we were there we saw 3 other bartenders/waitress helping out in the inside/outside area in the back. Our bartender/waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious, portions are big, quality and presentation on point. Do not come to Dukes. Their parking is small and they make you park at the jack in the box parking lot but thier sign is very vague so if you park in the wrong spot, they will tow your car. After spending several hundred dollars at Dukes, we had to spend several hundred dollars to get our car out of the tow yard. This is a racquet and Dukes is part of this and is definitelygetting a cut. Don't trust this business. This will be the last time we come to this place. read more

This place is the typical bar/grill type location. I came here for lunch, the pictures did it justice. The Burgers were large and good perfectly. seasoned and would give that a 7.5/10 The fish and chips was tasty as was the chicken sandwich. They have pizza and serve you sodas/teas in plastic cups like you'd get at a house party. That was different. I'd say the food/location was a 3 out of 5. The service with Aly was outstanding. Poppin' on a Friday night! I'd never been here before, but met up for a GNO. I won't lie to you... it looked a bit sketchy walking up to it and the majority of the night took place outside. They did check ID's upon entry so be ready for that. They had DJs playing a variety of music, all of which were easy to dance to, or if you can carry a beat, you could easily bop to your head to it, lol. They even had a karaoke list going and yes I sure did partake, along with my girl Takeya!! It was pretty funny, but I always love to put on a show (only after I've "warmed up" to it by having a few if you know what I mean, haha...can't do it sober)!! There were a bunch of groups, guys and girls, mixed, you name it they were out on that dance floor. The vibe was pretty chill and I'd say most of the crowd was younger, with a few older peeps here and there. They do serve food here, and they have a decent menu with apps and entrées. They were a good size for sharing and their Michelada was pretty good. Not the best I've had, but not the worst either. Beer and cocktails are available so pick your poison and have a blast! Our server was cool in the beginning but towards the end she got a bit flustered with our orders as we had kind of a big group. Just make sure you keep tabs on what you order so you won't have any surprises at the end. There's a nice wide open parking lot (free) on the side, but I would suggest leaving any valuables at home. There was a $10 cover to get in but I'm not sure if they do that all the time or occasionally. I'd say their prices for food and drinks are average. I would come again, but since it's a bit of a drive for me, I haven't been back. Side note: be prepared for people who will hit on you, lol...it happened to me a few times and it was getting annoying, hahaha!! Flattering for sure, but definitely was NOT interested.
