On the majority of occasions, at least one person at our table has received the wrong order, or food not prepared as requested. Today, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich lunch special but received the pulled chicken sandwich. Both of my friends had asked for extra dressing, which they did not get at first. Two servers brought the food for our party of three, and both kept asking if we were a party of four because they thought that someone else at our table must have ordered the pulled chicken. Neither was the server that originally took our order. Luckily, everything was corrected fairly quickly. I think the problem is that Heroes has this policy that "every server is your server", but I think that often just causes chaos and confusion and wastes a lot of staff time and energy making sure the orders and the checks are right. Sometimes that policy translates to "nobody is your server" when you ask for something that you never get. Overall, the food is good, the drinks are huge, and the atmosphere is fun. I should mention that the servers are usually friendly and upbeat, but the service model they have to work under is just crazy.

We waited over 30 minutes to be seated despite an empty table being directly in front of us, which ironically ended up being the exact table we were seated at. Once seated, the service was practically nonexistent. Our server took our order and essentially disappeared, never even refilling our waters. We waited another 30+ minutes for our food, only for a server to drop one of our burgers, laugh, and casually say they'd make another one. Accidents happen, but the lack of professionalism or even a sincere apology was frustrating, especially after already waiting so long. A manager never came by to acknowledge the situation. To make matters worse, our appetizer salads arrived at the same time as our entrees. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, making the excessive wait times and inattentive service even harder to justify. The only positive was that the food tasted good once it finally arrived. Unfortunately, good food doesn't make up for poor service and a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Definitely expected better.

We try to roll thru on Saturdays to see what's playing on their stage. The scene: Line dancing, karaoke, rock and metal dj's, folk music, 90's covers all can be found and heard here on the Ritual stage. There's always something for everyone. We landed here on a 90's night, last time, with an excellent 90's cover band on their stage. We'll be heading back to see them, tomorrow! There is so much to like about the brewery, and so much this place has to offer that I can only ask that you experience it yourself. To name a few highlights of the brewery... first of all it is one of the more chill places to go to. The ambiance of Ritual Brewery is casual, friendly, and welcoming. The staff here are all awesome! They have a nice size indoor and outdoor seating area for visitors. They are family and dog friendly. They have a new brew for everyone to discover and enjoy. My personal favorite is the Extra Red. I tried just about their whole menu over some time and at least half-a-dozen visits before deciding which one was my favorite. Moreover, if you walk in looking for a specific kind of beer, you might as well go pick that beer up at the store and stay out. This brewery is a place to experience and appreciate new beers. Many of their beers are IPAs, Ales, Pale Ales, and Blondes. Check out the picture of their menu to get a better idea of all that they have. Not to mention, they have very reasonable prices for their drinks compared to probably most breweries - so don't be a Sorry Sue and complain about how the prices for a beer is expensive and that only the soda is good - but you had the nerve to visit 10 times. There was such a fun atmosphere, with different tables bantering with each other, laughing, competing, and getting into the music. We enjoyed it so much that we even brought prizes for the host to give away. It was more than just playing bingo; it was the whole experience and energy of the night. Unfortunately, since the new Music Bingo host took over, the experience has completely changed. We even tried talking to him about it, and he told us that as long as he is running Music Bingo, he will never use the app and will continue doing everything on paper. He uses the same card for the entire two-hour game, which means that even if you arrive late, you essentially have no chance of winning. That takes away a huge part of what made the game exciting and competitive. I do want to be fair and say that we know he also hosts trivia on Tuesdays, and we actually like his approach to trivia. His style seems to work well for that format. Unfortunately, that same approach just doesn't seem to vibe with Music Bingo. Music Bingo needs a different kind of energy, interaction, and flair, and sadly, that has been missing. The host has also been rude to us when we've tried to discuss our concerns, which has made the experience even less enjoyable. The difference in the Thursday night atmosphere is very noticeable. Thursdays used to be packed and full of energy, and now the place is often nearly empty. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie we used to look forward to are simply gone. We understand that he runs the game on his own and is entitled to run it how he wants. At the end of the day, though, the format and the overall vibe have changed enough that our family no longer wants to make Thursday nights a regular part of our week. That's especially disappointing because this was something all four of us genuinely enjoyed doing together. We are still giving The Brass Tap five stars because the restaurant itself, the food, and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. We will definitely come back for those things. We just won't be coming back as often for Music Bingo. Hopefully, at some point, Music Bingo can become the fun, lively, interactive experience it used to be.
