Flights are always nice A great chance to try new brews on tap

Ritual is a wonderful place to meet up with friends! Service is impeccable and their Craft brews are always Great! My favorites are the barrel rolls but they are great in all styles.

The Sunset Peach IPA! A fun IPA to have if you want a kind different from the rest.

Very excited to have had Ritual Brewing recently and Steve and I were not disappointed in any way. We had a different kind of IPA than what we usually wind up with and that's what made it fun. We had the Sunset Peach which we liked because of this unique spin of peach, stone fruit, sweet, hoppiness and some lemon thrown in for good measure. The IPA was sweeter than most with the peach at work but it wasn't a heavy handed factor where it made the beer too sweet, thanks to the hops playing off of the peach and the lemon. It's well made and a fun IPA to have that's different from most.

Stopped by for their trivia night which they have every Wednesday at 630pm. Parking seemed somewhat limited in the lot right out front, but I got lucky and found a spot. I went straight to the bar inside and noticed they had a decent selection of beers and even some soft drinks as well. There is a lot of seating inside, as well as outside where the trivia game is held. There is no food on their actual menu, but they typically always have a food vendor there for the day. I was able to find their weekly food vendor schedule on their Instagram page. When I went, it was Surfer Joes pizza and the pizza was scrumptious. You can also bring in your own food which is nice. I definitely recommend this brewery, especially for the trivia game nights.

We got the Groupon deal for a brewery tour which came with full flights for the 4 people in our tour group! For only $20, this was a great deal! Since this was a Sunday afternoon around lunch time, things were picking up here and there wasn't any parking up in front, so we had to do street parking and walk in (less than 1 block though, so no worries). It does get pretty hot and loud here since they have music playing and really strong fans blowing due to the summer heat. There's misters outside for outdoor seating and they had a food truck there for some light bites. Inside there's also some of their beer already pre-packaged in cans and merchandise. I believe at the time they had a cookie flight that pairs with a cookie that comes with it and bubble gum soda on tap for the kiddos and non-drinkers. Tours are only on Saturdays & Sundays, each hour at 2, 3, & 4 PM. You just check in at the Tap Room bar before the tour. Luckily for us, it was just our party on the tour and we got there right before the long line formed. Our tour guide was Doug and he is great! Super friendly, patient with our questions, and very knowledgeable about the steps in making different beers and all the science that goes into the brewing process. We got to see the huge tanks, the machines that they use to make the beer, sanitation areas, the supplies they use, and we even got to try some of the hops! Tastes a bit like a granola bar without the sugar and a slightly sour after taste. I think the most interesting fact that I learned was nothing is really wasted! The used materials get to be feed for local pig farms! Afterwards, each of us got a tasting flight of our choice or through recommendations. Really liked that each drink came with its own "business card" with a description of what it tastes like, how it was made, etc. They had their own designs and looked really nice. Super useful especially since I easily forget things even after having it explained to me so carefully and thoroughly. My favorite was the Acorn Street blueberry cobbler flavor and the lighter sweeter drinks, like the Hop-o-Matic, citrus-y hops drink. Although I'm not much of a drinker, my group really liked what they got and the entire experience. Definitely worth a stop!

I hadn't been to place in several years but I'm glad we did. The brewery is a warehouse with bench sitting inside. There is an outside area as well. I had a flight of beers to start. They were good but not my type of flavor for the most part. They had two beers that were really good. Their Honey Blonde was delicious (I took a 4 pack home) and their Lager was pretty good. On Tuesdays they have pint Tuesdays in which you buy the glass and get refills on Tuesdays for a reduced price. $4 a pint I think. Not bad at all. I purchased one and will be back for refills. They have Birria Pete's there on Tuesdays cooking it up. Man it's delicious. If you decide to check out Ritual definitely go on Tuesday and try the birria. They also have really good music playing in the background and the bar managers were very helpful and nice.

I'm sorry not a beer drinker but I'll try one. They have the COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER FOOD TRUCK!! Came with my hubby , daughter and my grandkids.. LOL No worries grandkids had Bubble gum sodas. The brewery is in a very spacious industrial hangar. Very rustic ambience ... kinda on a warm side , needs more swamp cooler perhaps especially on a hot day ... then perhaps chilled beer glass might help. I tried the guava matic tap beer ... well Not bad. I couldn't finish it so I had my son ( who joined us with his wife) finish it for me. It was more than an hour wait to get food cause by the time we got there food truck line was so long ...

If you're looking for strong but drinkable beer, this is the place. They have a large selection of different styles of beer and although I enjoy hazy IPAs, I always find myself trying new things in this brewery. The place is pretty large, with many benches and long tables. I've been able to enjoy good live music at this location as well as fun games they have on site. They don't have any food but they always have food vendors on site and they're usually pretty good. Check out the murals outside!

Nitro Hop-o-Matic. Super dang tasty on nitro.

Cookie Flight so delicious!!

Awesome service and beer!! I had not ate all day and they are partner up with Surfer Joe's for some pizza and sandwiches. I had a cookie flight!! Which was so good!! You get to choose from 4 selections and include a coconut chocolate cookie! Atmosphere is inside a warehouse and spacious!! Loved it all overall!!

Haven't been here in years, feels good to be back. One thing they do well is having a great selection of brews.

I've had the pleasure of playing live music here and have enjoyed the supportive audience. I'm glad the music can give the already great atmosphere a positive ambience along with the award-winning brewery experience.

This is a cool place to go if you want to go and hang out with some friends and have a couple of drinks. Every Wednesday they have trivia night and it is fun. I suggest you go. You can either go by yourself or go with the group and play. The beer there is good and you can also buy souvenirs and swag. And if you don't like to drink, they have some soda that they sell. The inside is nice and clean and the service is good and the employees there are very nice. Once in a while, they will do comedy shows because they have a stage inside. They also have a patio outside and that is where the trivia night is. You won't be disappointed go check this place.

My family and I (which included a 6yo and 9mo boys) visited on a Saturday afternoon. We brought in tacos from a nearby restaurant and had a few flights and the tour. Super informative and wonderful laidback ambience. We were outside on the patio. As we were leaving their own taco guy was setting up a tent outside. IMO they're missing a ton of business not offer food snacks in house. My son had a $2 or $3 root beer (that they also brew in house) but would have spent more if they had more options.

Last weekend, I stopped by Escape Brewery with my husband to grab a few beers while I waited for my…read morephone to be repaired. We ended up having a great time, good drinks, good food, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. After we left, we were gone for about four hours when I suddenly realized I had lost my wallet. I was completely frantic retracing my steps, and something told me I might have left it at the brewery since it blended in with the outdoor furniture. I called and spoke with the owner, who confirmed they did have a wallet, though she wasn't sure if everything inside was still intact. That made me even more nervous because I had about $1,000 in cash in it and was on my way to the bank earlier. When I returned, the same gentleman who had helped us with our food and drinks carefully verified my identity before handing it back. To my absolute relief, every single dollar and every card was still there. I just have to say it's rare to come across that level of honesty and integrity these days. Huge thank you to the staff at Escape Brewery for being such incredible, trustworthy people. Truly a reminder that good people and good karma still exist. We'll definitely be back

When I started this draft a few months ago, I originally had this at a 4 star review. I liked that…read morethey were super dog friendly, that I could just buy a bottle of bubbles for $19 with some orange juice, and I liked their redlands cheesesteak (minus mushrooms and aioli). It was a chill place for me to come and service was fine - you order at the front and go ahead and pay or keep your tab open. If you want anything else, you need to go back to the front. Pretty much get left alone by the staff, which I enjoy. However, today I did what I usually do, got a redlands cheesesteak, a bottle of bubbles with orange juice, and just read my new book for my book club with my pup next to me. They did originally make my cheesesteak with mushrooms, but took extra time to make me a new one and added a side of fries to compensate for the long wait since they had to make it twice. Cheesesteak was good as always once I got it. Bubbles were good with some juice. Still would have left a four star review at this point. Unfortunately, I was literally minding my own business sitting and reading my book with my pup when this couple next to me starts arguing. The angry older man waves his hand as he's yelling at his gf(maybe wife idk) and proceeds to knock over his gf's newly poured glass of beer which spills all over me, my book, and my dog. As an initial reaction, I did say "dude, wtf?" which I think is a normal reaction to having beer spilled all over me when I'm literally minding my own business in my own little book world. This guy literally decides to start screaming at me that he's "sorry" but my reaction is ridiculous and proceeds to call me a c*nt. Really great apology calling me that offensive term for women. I'm telling him not to call me that and he's the one that spilled beer all over me. He starts getting even more aggressive. At this point the guy behind the bar is telling me to leave and get away from the screaming guy. I've already started grabbing my stuff before he said that as me and my pup did not need to deal with this BS on our day off. I didn't even finish my cheesesteak or my bubbles - just left it all on the table. I tell the guy behind the bar that I didn't do anything wrong, I'm leaving anyways, but don't understand why they are letting this guy stay. He just says that he'll talk to me after I "calm down" away from the bar. So I walk away from the bar and he doesn't follow me. I literally have to go back to the bar and say "I'm ready to talk to beside the bar. are you coming?" He says okay. I walk over to the side and he walks over with me saying he "doesn't know what's going on." Doesn't even bother offering me a refund when he totally saw the whole thing go down. I ask for a refund because this is ridiculous and he does give it to me after I ask - still think it should have been immediately offered not waited til I asked. I tell him exactly what happened and he just says look, I'm not kicking you out, but how about you stay on the side over where the arcade is and the guy that screamed at me just stays where he is. I'm like, dude I don't want to be here anymore so I'm leaving either way, but I don't understand how you are just letting this guy that spilled a beer on me then called me a c*nt stay here. He says that he's probably gonna kick him out, but idk if he actually followed through on that as I just walked out. I'm severely disappointed in how this was handled and how unsafe this place made me feel - clearly they think the screaming white man is correct and the asian woman is just being hysterical. I used to come here all the time, but this one instance makes me never want to go back here again. I'm really upset how in today's world, this is the norm. That somehow, after being called a c*nt and having beer spilled all over me, I'm the bad guy? Never coming here again. Biggest disapointment of a brewery in Redlands.

I recently did a deep dive into their tap list, and the variety is honestly impressive there is something here for every kind of palate, from the floral and delicate to the tart and tropical. The Flight Breakdown: * Redlands Nights: This is easily one of my favorites. It's a Blonde Ale brewed with orange blossoms and Madagascar vanilla beans. It has this beautiful, nostalgic floral sweetness that feels like a spring evening in town. * Diffused Light: A total standout for Lager fans. It's a Japanese Rice Lager brewed with puffed jasmine rice and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. It's incredibly crisp with a subtle citrus finish super refreshing. * Cheeky: If you like sours, get this one. It's a Sour IPA packed with pineapple, peach, and tangerine. It's bright, tart, and basically a Tiki vacation in a glass. * Strawberry Dakota: This Honey Blonde Ale is brewed with strawberries and vanilla. It's like a liquid strawberry shortcake but remains light enough to have more than one. * Orange Oasis: A classic American Blonde Ale brewed with local oranges. It's zesty, straightforward, and a great tribute to our local citrus roots. * Lagerita: The best of both worlds. It's their crisp lager with a bright margarita zing. Perfect for when you want the vibe of a cocktail but the crushability of a beer. The Atmosphere: The warehouse/barrelhouse setting is fantastic. It's got a great industrial-chic aesthetic with plenty of room to lounge, and the fact that it's dog-friendly is a huge plus for those of us who like to bring our pups along for the weekend. The staff is always knowledgeable, and the energy is consistently welcoming. It's a 10/10 recommendation for any local or visitor!
