Love this place. Ben is awesome. Be greeted us right away. It was actually a little busy. But I just came for a bottle. Ben was able to let us try a couple of wines he recommended for pizza (we were having pizza that night) i ended up purchasing 2 bottles. I really love this place. Good vibes and good service

Very nice place to enjoy wine and of course, pizza next door never hurts. We tried a cab from Washington and loved it. The wine waiter was very nice and made sure we chose the correct bottle.

    This place is amazing !

Ben is so attentive and recommends the best wine. The vibe is always relaxed but full of buzzing conversations. This is such a hidden gem in Yucaipa . If you haven't been, it's a must have. Oh, if you take a bottle to go, $10 dollars off !

Last weekend we had to move the location of my niece's engagement party due to the weather to Uptown. We talked to Ben, the owner who was more than happy to accommodate us. His vast knowledge of beer and wine is impeccable. I highly recommend Uptown for all your wine and beer needs. It's also a great place to relax and enjoy a libation at the end of a busy day.

I live in San Diego but I'm always so excited to go here when I'm in Yucaipa. Amazing selections of wines and some beers. The workers are great too. Very helpful in you finding a bottle or glass of wine you'll like. I've tried so many delicious wines since I first started coming here. It's a must every time I'm in the area!!

Who can resist a glass of the goodest boi? Took a bottle home!

Thank you, Nate and Ben, for such amazing service! I've lived in Yucaipa since 2021 and only just visited Uptown Wine. I am pleased to say that I love this place and can't wait to come back! The wine selection is phenomenal and the service is top-tier! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

First time coming here. Very good selection of wines. Like how they had all separate by country or region. We took two bottles. Liked the service and the place is very nice and functional.

My wife and I are club members and loyal customers. The service here is on another level. Ben is unbelievably knowledgeable and accommodating. You can fully trust him with any wine suggestions or recommendations. Nicole is polite, attentive and au courant. The atmosphere is mellow, inviting and modish, a perfect place for gathering with local friends or impressing out of town relatives. Our two rescued furbabies Leo and Lulu are welcomed and pampered. The (adjacent) WoodHaus brick oven pizza spot is not only reasonable, but vegetarian friendly as well and delivers directly to your table. I would rate it higher if I could. It offers the VIP exclusivity and indulgence you want, without the snobbery.

Love this Wine Spot :) These pictures and review is prior to the Covid closure. Bet as soon as it opens we will be back :) If you are looking for Quality Wine, with Friendly knowledgeable service staff and a clean and inviting place to taste and drink wine, then come to Uptown Wine Merchant. Bonus next door they have an amazing pizza place its called Fire A Pizza. Order the pizza next door and enjoy it with your wine :) Nice spacious outdoor patio area with heaters for the chilly nights. Ask for Ben he will help you choose the best wine for you. I forgot to add they have great craft beers as well. Writing this review is making me thirsty :) Cheers friends stay safe and when this Covid Pandemic is under control lets raise a glass and enjoy life! Cheers!

Chenin Blanc and wood fired pizza (great pizza place right next to the wine shop).

Pretty view of the hills, trees, hummingbirds and butterflies around. It's lovely. The best part of this place is the ambiance, the beautiful views and spacious outside can't be beat. Unfortunately, if it's a rainy weekend, this place will be closed because because all of the seating is pretty much outside. But when it's nice outside, and in SoCal, it's usually nice outside, this place is wonderful. I was really happy watching all the butterflies flitting about. Service is also really nice. Just go up to the bar and put in your order, they'll get to it asap. There's water around for you to grab if you're thirsty. But if you want more drinks, just go back up to the bar. My friend actually got sick on my last visit here (not alcohol related - health issues) and the bartender was so nice to us and understanding - we paid up and left right away when it happened. Def made me feel welcome to come back again. It was something not in anyone's control, and she knew that and understood it, and was really amazing. The minus star I give is honestly because the wine is a bit meh (I got a bottle of the sparkling wine). One, it's just not the best taste wise even when you add some orange juice, but the biggest thing is it's always warm when they hand it to you. I would raise it this star if they just served it actually cold - doesn't need to be the best wine, just cold would be nice. I might bring some ice in a pack with me next time actually lol. If it was cold, I think it would be way better. I haven't tried the pizza place here, but it's on my list for the next time I come up here. Overall, loved the ambiance and service. And that will always make me come back.

Lavender Festival Review (2026)…read more My group of three headed to the Lavender festival for the first time this weekend. Many events for the holidays take place at 123 Farms and this summer holds space for the beautiful lavender field and activities! The signs leading to the location were easy to find and you can either purchase your tickets online, or at the gate before you enter the festival. I loved the food, as they really try to incorporate lavender into their items, such as lavender honey, ice cream, pizza, and even a smash burger! Although nothing tasted as strong as I expected, the food was worth a try! I ended up splitting a lot of it with my friends so we could try different things. Our favorite item had to be the pepperoni and ricotta sourdough pizza! It was amazing! I'd pass on the sourdough mini donuts. Some of my first timer tips: The petting zoo ends at 5pm, so make sure to visit early if you plan on going! Go on the tractor ride when it's cooler, as my friends and I were struggling to keep cool on the ride since it's summer. And be prepared to pay for the tractor ride as it is $8 a person. Bring a fan or hat, and sunscreen! I personally don't recommend wearing sandals because there's many dirt areas and fire ants in the lavender fields! All in all, I had such fun filled day here at 123 Farm. They did a really fabulous job with the decorations and food which truly felt like a festival that didn't run you for your money. The gift shop items are definitely pricy. Definitely recommend this festival for your summer plans!

As soon as we got to the parking area none of the staff knew what we were talking about. No one knew if we had parking paid, no one knew where the event was and they didn't know where to send us. I showed them the flyer and they let us park so we went in. We talked to about 5 different employees and then we found the front lobby one directed us to. Once we figured out where we had to go we decided to get some drinks. I went up to the first drink place near the parking lot. Once I got up to order you could tell the cashier was very unhappy. I ordered two alcoholic drinks. She immediately said if I was giving alcohol to someone else I was going to have the cops called on me. I told her no I just wanted to try two drinks. She rang me up and once I picked up my drinks she again said to me, if I see you giving this to one of your little friends you will be escorted out and the police called on me. If someone reads this review it was an older white lady with dreadlocks working the booth. I am 26 years old I don't know what she targeted me for looking young and I didn't have any girlfriends with me. After that experience, I found the farmer that was leading us on the strawberry field picking. She was amazing, you could tell the farmers had a ton of passion with what they did. It was amazing history about the farm and then we all picked fresh strawberries at the end. They also gave us free fresh lemonade.

The $45 per person covers entry, in addition to one apple cider can (a pretty large one), an apple treat (we got apple pie made at a local bakery), and a bag of apples. We got there about half an hour before opening and were one of the first ones there, which was helpful when choosing/picking apples as later on the farm got busier. The apples were a fair size--lots of damaged ones but I'm sure that means they don't use any pesticides or anything. The farm also had two cute and friendly kitties that came up to us! Overall, I would recommend this farm for a nice little getaway from LA city life. You are given a map of the festival. It can be a little hard to follow since not everything is cleared labeled outside the map. The farm has designated areas, such as the shops, food, and activities. Everything is on theme of lavender: food, drinks, and merch. Some that stood out to me is the matcha room, flower market, the blacksmith shop, and a coffee shop. There is 123 merch at some shops and local vendors selling their art work. Theres vendors selling candies, crochet, book marks, crystals, etc. Although the festival entry is at 5, most shops and vendors do not open until 6. Through the farm, there are workers around. However, some can be unfriendly. There are bathrooms and no porta potties! In the food area, there is pizza, sandwiches, carne asada fries, bbq. I ordered from the grill and got a steak sandwich (minus the bread) and they were very accommodating. I received a buzzer and my order did not take long. Dessert, there is ice cream, funnel cake, cheesecake, pies. There are a ton of beverage options besides coffee and matcha, like lemonade and alcohol.
