I found his conduct to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. The delay in submitting my order was entirely beyond my control, as I placed my order before the lunch service ended. Instead of focusing on finding a reasonable solution, Brian chose to degrade me publicly. I also felt that I was treated differently because I am a Black man. While I cannot know his intent, the manner in which I was addressed and treated left me feeling discriminated against and deeply disrespected. I am extremely disappointed by this experience.
