Line was a long wait due to only one worker running the register sitting on the phone. Only one worker was wearing gloves as the other two were touching inside the rice bowls without gloves and one had acrylic nails hope that they clean them. I ordered through the app for pickup, and when I got there, the cashier seemed to know I was there for my pickup order. So this is not my first time here but for some odd reason I didn't yelp. Where here we go. First off Kudos for having one of the cleanest establishments in the city. Even the bathrooms were clean. Very impressed. Next to my food. My food was quite delicious. I truly enjoyed my chicken and steak over half brown rice for my husband and veggies for me. Everything was hot and tasted very fresh. (Sorry for your experience Larry) The customer service was friendly and efficient. The price a little expensive but that's the price for trying to eat healthy. I don't mind.
