lunchtime, the food was fresh and delicious but, Melissa (server) and Sarah (bar) made the dining experience. Friendly smiles and warm welcome. Thank you ladies

Wednesday special- half lb crab, 1lb shrimp

Missing 1 star: I guess just personal choice, the quality products and such are here, for the "all flavor mix" on the sauce was just too bland and all oil and butter, I picked mild as spice level which is probably way under, I would probably go up another heat temperature just for extra seasoning or something, or probably just pick the Cajun for the bag instead of mix Cajun fries- somehow overcooked even if they look normal, maybe weird temperature fryer machinery could be they were probably freeze frozen and the fry bag was open and ice "burnt" the potatoes Service: 5:5 Prices: generic, pretty good combos as well, we got extra 1lb shrimp, paid $75 Pretty cool decorations and this is definitely a drinking environment place, they have games and bar etc

Alaska Crab - Moreno Valley, CA This was my very first time trying boiled crab, and it definitely did NOT disappoint I love that they offer bundle deals you can choose from, or you can build your own custom boiling bag. You get to add whatever you want, pick your sauce, and adjust the spice level I also tried the Cajun edamame, and it was SO good Perfectly steamed and coated in that flavorful Cajun seasoning -- such a good starter They have a huge sushi menu, and the lunch special is such a great deal -- I got 3 rolls for $23 If boiled crab isn't your thing, they have plenty of other menu options too... but honestly, I highly recommend trying the boil at least once I ordered the Sunday special with juicy sauce and mild heat, and it was absolute perfection The Michelada was really good too The restaurant is super cute and aesthetically pleasing, perfect for pictures They also have a huge bar, making it an awesome spot for family gatherings or group outings ‍‍‍ Amazing food, great vibes, and definitely a must-try in Moreno Valley Service was great.

    Crawfish with everything on it

I didn't take a picture of their spicy snow crab roll but that was actually a lot tastier than the Cajun boil. This Cajun crawfish I got lacked flavor. I asked for mild but even then there was not enough butter or herbs in it? Not sure what it was missing but I definitely had better. This picture was of a 1/2 lb crawfish which I thought did not feel like 1/2 a lb. There were literally only 6 crawfish in the bag which was really small. Didn't realize it was so small so I ordered another 1/2 a lb & asked the waiter to make it medium instead of mild. When they brought it out, they didn't make it medium but instead gave me the seasoning on the side to mix it to my liking which made it a little bit better. The restaurant itself was cute, they had a large crab decor on the wall (reminds me of Osaka). My girls & I were chatting for a long time after we paid. They didn't kick us out but they also never came back to check on us (like waiters at other restaurants have to offer us water or anything else we wanted). Even before we paid, we were never checked on that often. They weren't that busy. Honestly, if I ever came back here, it would be for the sushi rolls & not the boil itself which is what it's known for.

Been coming here for a couple months and it never misses! Sauce is delicious and love that the shrimp are split open so you're not struggling to deshell them while your hands are all oily. Overall a great spot to come get some seafood boils in Moreno Valley

Yess!!! Loved the food and atmosphere takes you to the sea. Large televisions on the walls with sports. The service was great. We had plastic bibs, plastic gloves and paper tablecloth for plates. Fun!!!

Finally came to try this place. The service was excellent and the food was very delicious. This time, we had snow crab cluster, shrimps, clams, mussels, sausages and much more. The sauce was so fire and super garlicky. They have plenty of parking in this plaza and the place is massive. Great for large parties and big groups.

Chicken Salad with their house dressing "Kens" from a package

The floor layout of the restaurant is perfect for dining. Tables were spread out and they have bar seating, large group and small table seating that is suitable for all parties. Their chicken salad was good, they used 3 types of green leaves; spinach, 50/50 blend, and romaine lettuce. The salad had plenty of chicken and at a really great price of only $8. I was sadly disappointed though with their "house dressing" which was a "Ken's" package of ranch dressing, that made me question any credibility. They have a vast menu of items like crab boil, sushi, po' boys, wings & Cajun fries, so it would be ideal to at least carry in house ranch dressing instead of grocery packaged. I also ordered a shrimp avocado roll, which was good. The wait staff seemed fairly slow. Our waiter unfortunately didn't know the menu and didn't bother to follow up on our table to offer any type of service. We had a group of 5 and 2 orders came out first and the rest of the food came out about 10 minutes after.

You say I only hear what I want to Sunday Daily Special Seafood Boil (add crawfish) from #AlaskaCrab

Forever will I love a good seafood boil when I'm in the mood for shrimp, crawfish, and maybe a lobster tail or two. Throw in a few potatoes and maybe order some garlic noodles to boot, and you're golden. Alaska Crab exemplifies this ethos perfectly. Not only was the crawfish insanely large and succulent, but the shrimps too were just these humongous suckers that defy normal growth patterns and were definitely the studs of their litter. They were also super easy to peel, like peeling stickers off the page when it's already pre-cut and perforated for you. So too was the service amenable to all sorts of requests--from holding onto a table while the rest of my party got there to sitting us immediately once the gang was all there. And our waiter was like Ted Lasso, super positive and peppy. He was like every role Rob Schneider played in an Adam Sandler film, telling us we can do it every time he checked on the heap of seafood piled on our table. He also made sure that we were still doing good for refills, bags, and containers when it was appropriate during the meal. The space was nice and big. I could see why it was a great hangout for smaller and larger parties. The whole place screamed good food and good times with good people. And that's all you could ever ask of a seafood boil joint

Had Alaska crab here last night with my family and it was incredible! The crab was super fresh, sweet, and perfectly cooked. Portions were generous and we had a great time cracking shells and sharing together. Service was friendly and everything came out hot and quick. Definitely a memorable dinner -- highly recommend if you're craving good seafood! The place is perfect with no lines and the ambiance is perfect for family. My son ordered Calamari. It's good and the serving is a lot, but what we are looking is more fried like in BJ's or Yardhouse.

    Seafood boil

We had such a wonderful experience here. The decor alone sets the tone the moment you walk in -- it has this charming sea-shanty, coastal tavern vibe that makes the whole place feel fun, cozy, and immersive. Every little detail feels intentional, like you're stepping into a lively dockside spot somewhere by the ocean. The food was completely on point. Everything tasted savory and fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. We had the seafood boil, some sushi, and fried pickles, and every dish was delicious. The seafood boil was flavorful and satisfying, the sushi was fresh, and the fried pickles were the perfect crispy appetizer to start with. The drinks were bomb too -- we ordered Long Island Iced Teas and they were strong, balanced, and honestly some of the best we've had. Everything from the food to the drinks felt dialed in. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was our server Raina Lee. She was absolutely superb. From the start she was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She has such a warm and genuine personality -- kind, generous with her time, and clearly someone who takes pride in her work. She also brought such a beautiful, positive energy to the whole experience. We were dining with our children and even had our baby with us, and Raina went above and beyond. She was wonderful with the kids and made them feel welcomed and appreciated. When we needed to make a bottle, she even brought hot water in a coffee cup with a lid so we could prepare it easily at the table. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out. Service like that is rare these days. Between the amazing atmosphere, delicious food, great drinks, and Raina's genuine hospitality, the whole evening was fantastic. We'll definitely be back -- and we'll absolutely be asking for Raina again. Highly recommend!

We came on a slow Sunday around 3:45. There was no host, and multiple bartenders saw us waiting to be sat (about 4 minutes) without acknowledging us. We weren't greeted for several minutes, never offered a drink menu, and only received waters. Service felt very disorganized....apps and kids' food came out with everything else, despite asking for it to come first, and our pecktaters were supposed to have pork but only had potato's in them. Our adult mac & cheese was served as a single serving in an appetizer-sized plate. The kids menu is also very overpriced ($18 for Mac and cheese w French fries). While our server was kind, she seemed to be the only one handling tables (3-5 max) while bartenders focused solely on bar guests. We also waited a long time with dirty plates to be picked up before having to ask for boxes ourselves from a bartender and a cook who were just standing talking to each other. The owner even greeted the table next to us during this time and I thought he would say hi to us or notice the plates stacked but he didn't. Prices are high and the menu is small, so better service is expected....especially during a slow period. (Before 5pm dinner rush, only 3 tables Sat and eating, and no one at the bar eating is considered slow) The good: the food itself was genuinely delicious. It's a shame, because with better service and a more welcoming atmosphere (it felt very "regulars only"), this could be a great neighborhood spot.

The Lanai is located in the Cravings food court area at The Station shopping center in Eastvale. There is plenty of parking available. We went inside to the Shuck Oyster bar and entered The Lanai from there. It is actually more of a tiki patio than an enclosed tiki bar. However, the tiki décor is great with plenty of bamboo, carved tiki figures, hanging puffer fish, tiki style signs, and many tropical accents. There are overhead fans spaced around in case it is hot outside. We had one round of drinks and several appetizers. The coconut shrimp and lightly battered Shishito peppers were great and the sauces paired well. We have had these appetizers at Stowaway before and they had the same good quality. She ordered the spicy tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but they were surprisingly really good. I had the Adrian's Mistake cocktail which was well balanced and a little on the strong side. She had the Right Of Passage which was good and had a light fruit flavor and you could definitely taste the mango. The one man show Brandon took great care of us. It was slow at this time of day so we got a chance to chat with him quite a bit and service was fast. They have a weekday happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Although we didn't specifically order off the happy hour menu, three of our items, including both cocktails were part on it. I give it 4.3 stars but rounded up to five stars. I'm sure the ambience is much better in the evening when it more lively and dark outside. They have a good variety of munchies, and the cocktail menu has a good mix of tiki classics and some originals. I don't think there any many tiki bars in this area, so I hope they do well.
