WORST WINGSTOP EXPERIENCE EVER As a dependable patron of this establishment, it disheartens me to leave such a review... Today I placed an order for 10pc all flats well done. Cashier let me know it may take up to 30 mins for the order. (No problem) After taking care of a few things I make it to Wingstop, where the shift lead greeted me with an attitude after I asked for a ranch to go with my order. This took place After she failed to check my order in-front of me to make sure it was the correct order. (Considering it was a specialty order - all flats well done) I asked if there was a survey or something I can fill-out to possibly compensate for the ($1.50) ranch. She oppressively said no, then hands me my receipt. I took my order home to discover that it was WRONG!!! I DID NOT receive all flats (which I paid extra for). I'm not sure which part of my order or the receipt says PLEASE BURN MY WING!!??? Cause they ACTUALLY BURNT MY WINGS!!! This is absolutely absurd!!! The food is good and the staff is pretty friendly... But I came into this location with my family to enjoy a nice dinner but it was so hot and muggy . The poor staff is sweating and the girl in front was hot with only a fan facing her. She said management doesn't allow them to turn on the air. So not only could I not enjoy my food in the restaurant but the staff can't even work in a comfortable work environment... Wingstop do better! It is over 100 degrees outside and you don't allow your staff to turn on the A/C. read more

This has to be one of the worst locations near by. Probably will be my last time ordering from here as every time, the food is wrong. Ordered here about 5+ times for my staff to eat lunch, and each time something is wrong or missing which unfortunately, you cannot check your order when it's delivery. Customer service is terrible and every time I come in, staff is just talking and chatting behind the counter, figures why there is always something missing and wrong with customers orders. As I was waiting for my order to be remade, 3 other guest came in because they were missing items or received the incorrect food. If you want good food and customer service, you're better off driving all the way down to the Van Buren location! read more

Never come here, this place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I walk in and get greeted by no one, hell I stood there for almost five minutes while all the associates (like 7) were in the kitchen some cooking some just standing around aimlessly talking. Felt like I was at a party that I was not invited to. Guy walks up ask about my order, they say 10 minutes, cool! I step out for a few moments and return. By this time there is someone else just waiting for assistance. Some girl asked me what's my name for the order I tell her, she legitimately just asked my name for the hell of it. As she walked away toward the back, finally I ask the girl waiting has she been helped. She told me they just asked her for her name and walked away as well. It had just been sitting there waiting, he hands me my order and I open the bag by fries were half way loose in the bag. So I just asked for some new fries and left. We all love wingstop and their delicious wings but I must say the price for the wings are already outrageous especially with inflation. Prices have increased and to be completely honest I understand a company have to make profit off their inventory but to charge for every little thing seems a bit ridiculous. On their website it does not give an option for a side a BBQ sauce nor is it a charge unlike the ranch, bleu cheese, & honey mustard. To charge 1.62 for a side of bbq sauce is extreme. There are people who like to dip their tenders and not have them tossed in sauce and be charged for a 4oz BBQ sauce cup is unacceptable especially with the high price wing package. Let's give the consumer some type of accommodation when we're spending over $50 on one meal. read more

Definitely not coming back. I've waited approximately 15-20 mins standing waiting to make an order. There's 3 staff - 2 in front and 1 back. When I entered, immediately two staff saw me. However, they proceeded to fix/process/complete existing orders. I didn't mind and waited. Eventually, the 3rd staff saw me and talked to the other staff and pointed at me. I'm guessing she was saying there's a customer in front. However, still ignored and proceeded to process existing orders. 15-20 mins later I didn't get to order and just left. If someone took my Order I would have waited, but knowing I'm there the whole time standing, seeing what they're doing, and still not took my order is no bueno. My recommendation- you have a higher chance of getting your food if you order online. Note: wing stop is still good as a whole. read more
