Also air-fried, but this one came out better. SERVICE: We got the just-training new staff so it was a bit slow and a tad frustrating. I absolutely love the food here but there's this one employee with bright green eyes and short hair that has the worst attitude ive ever experienced, she talks to everyone with a deadpan expression and is extremely rude like shes had the soul sucked out of her. I work customer service as well and it is not that difficult to put on a kind demeanor to talk to customers for less than a minute, her coworkers were much more pleasant to talk to. read more

I eat at potato corner very often, but the workers at the moreno valley location provide terrible service, especially yesterday at around noon there was a lady who provided terrible service and when she made my fries, it felt as if she gave far less than she shouldve. Yes!!! Potato corner!!! This gem is located next to Macys, right across the Harkins at MoVal Mall. They have a sign that indicates they do not give out extra seasonings. But that's okay. We ordered 2 megas regular fries. One with chili bbq and one with garlic parmesan. The service was quick and prompt, and the ambiance is what you expect you to find at a mall. There are some seating areas right next to where you order. No problem on not giving the extra seasoning because the fries are coated beautifully with the seasonings, and they were cooked nicely. First time at this location and they're supposed to open at 11 and i got here around 11:05 and had to wait a bit but I believe it was because there is only one person scheduled at this time which made it understandable. Went for my first time here with my daughter Monday evening. There were two young guys working. Worst customer service ! $30 for one large soggy fry & chicken tenders that looked old af. They were also out of regular fries. Then I told him I asked for it to go as he looked an said my order was ready (after a long wait) then he says "there's the bags " an points to small brown bags. I said the fry won't fit in that do u have a box ? He says : oh here's a plastic one tosses it on the counter for me to bag my own food yet has a tip jar. Here's your tip do a better job before you lose it ‍ Also side note for the business I think it's pretty disgusting you have your guy at the register also helping with food touching money then touching food ! Oh, Potato Corner! I would always see these in malls, but I never bothered to give them a chance... until one of my friends raved about them, that is. I decided to stop by this location at the Moreno Valley mall since my boyfriend and I were passing by. We ordered their Mega Parmesan Garlic fries! My friend recommended their BBQ seasoning, but my boyfriend isn't a big fan of that flavor. We both really enjoyed their Parmesan Garlic flavor and the fries were delicious! I do think it is a little pricey for what you're getting, hence the 4-star review. But I know I'll be going back to the various Potato Corner locations for more! They have a lot more than just french fries, so I'll definitely try out the different items on their menu in the future. read more

Literally the WORST Potato Corner I've ever been to! The person(s) who franchised this Potato Corner is super cheap. Every little thing is extra charge. My visit today, 5/27/19, I learned that requesting for extra seasoning is "extra" and having the employee shake/top off seasoning with their shaker at the end is extra. I've been to many Potato Corners and never have I experienced anything like this. The fries I received today wasn't full and there was hardly any seasoning in my Giga fries. Since she wanted me to charge extra, I decided to get the seasoning "sprinkled" on my fries at the end, the girl literally lied to my face stating, "I added one whole scoop if you want more it's extra." Talk about stingy #lilstinge. I paid $13.46 for just fries, I'd assume they wouldn't mind "sprinkling" a little seasoning to enhance the flavor, but no it's EXTRA. LOL. On top of that, the employees here all look like they are forced to work here. The two females who were working had nasty attitude and was very rude treating my friend and I as if we were begging for food. Not a single smile and very dismissive. Also, if you want napkins, you have to request for them and they bring it out under the cabinet, watch you get your napkins and they hide the napkins under the cabinet. I used to love coming here. But lately when I come the workers at the counter are so rude. They are always in a bad mood, give you a nasty face and never repeat back your order.
