I frequent this cafe since my son likes sketchers shoes and grows quickly so we need a new pair often. During my recent visit I noticed a new menu item and had to try in addition to my usuals. Now that I think of it I think they rebranded the menu and prices increased which I understand in this economy. The service here is always great and the food is always fresh and they give you as much sauce as you ask for don't hesitate they are nice about it. I order the chicken penne cheese which is the new item I noticed but it wasn't that good it didn't have enough sauce or broccoli it had a lot of chicken but the chicken pieces were dry and hard tasted like the prepackaged chicken thrown in. I would stick to the veggie pasta. The bbq beef sandwich was a little tough this day too. The western burger was big and delicious. The first time I had the Sketchers Burger, and more recently I tried the club sandwich, which I absolutely loved. It's a great go-to option if you're unsure what to order: flavorful, well-balanced, and the fries are perfectly golden and crispy. Their house buttermilk ranch is also a favorite of mine--definitely worth dipping your fries in. The café itself is small and quaint with plenty of outdoor seating and umbrellas, often with music playing outside. You get a view of the parking lot and occasional sidewalk sales, but the space feels open and relaxed. Honestly, this spot feels like a hole-in-the-wall find in the best way. Yes, I am a little late to the party going to try the Sketchers Café long after they opened. I was pleasantly surprised and I am glad they are able to keep up the level of quality, service and outstanding food since day 1. That is a great sign for any restaurant and I sincerely hope they can keep a great thing going. I have been going to the Sketchers Factory Store since they opened and I have seen several changes over time but I am very impressed with the addition of the Cafe. There literally and figuratively, aren't any places to eat with miles and this last food bastion on the last exit before leaving Moreno Valley's east side is a godsend. I came here with my husband and Mom for lunch on the way to Idyllwild. The sales and lunch were great! I got my usual, the portobello mushroom burger, which is always excellent. My mom got the fish tacos which were so delicious! My husband tried them and said he would get those next time. My husband got the sketcher burger and it was good but he was disappointed. It didn't come on a bun. He needs to pay more attention to the description next time. We also tried the royal cookie with chocolate chips, coconut, and macadamia nuts. It was quite good. They close pretty early and hours are limited, so keep that in mind. You can get sandwiches, burgers, soups, and other cafe deli foods. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The worker even brought our food out in a nice paper bag while we were waiting outside. Cafe is very clean, all the utensils are individually sealed. Would not have expected that at all. Very neat. We got the: 1) Skechers Burger: -This is a 6 oz burger patty, 2 strips of bacon, avocado, tomato, Swiss cheese, and house dressing on grilled sourdough. -Wish I wasn't so full so I could enjoy this, but I only took a couple bites and it was pretty dang good. -The bread was nice and buttered and all the ingredients were fresh. -Great sandwich all around. -This came with their fries which were SO GOOD. Imagine potato wedges but in curly fries form. It was great. I could not stop eating them. 2) Hot Dog: -Just a regular hot dog on a regular bun that you can get anywhere. -Alright for $3. I am visiting from Arizona and this was my first visit to Sketchers to shop, but first visited the Cafe. We ordered a Sketchers Club Sandwich, fruit, and tea. It was one of the best lunches we have eaten lately and the price was fabulous! Quality meats and fresh veggies made the sandwich tasty. The fruit cup was flavorful as was the iced tea. Our Server was Sofia B and we also met the Chef Roxanne. Both ladies were so personable and friendly! It was nice to eat outside and enjoy the park like atmosphere. Unbelievably fresh and delicious. Came here for the first time seeing all the positive reviews. The sketchers cafe is a must see. A tranquil oasis when you need to reset from the busyness of the day. Our food was flavorful and fresh. The outside tables give an inviting atmosphere and misters surrounding above for those hot summer days. The sound of the water fountain settles your mind and you're able to just relax. Our family was visiting from out of town and they don't have a sketchers store. They were able to find what they were looking for and then have an enjoyable meal after. Our experience here created a beautiful memory. It's a great little shop for shoes. I do wish the retail store area was actually a little bigger or at least more selection considering how huge the warehouse is. I do hope maybe they'll expand this portion in the future.
