Terrible terrible terrible, service. Simple orders and DAVID could no get it right. He messed up my whole order I call in to let him know and him and the whole staff working 6/13/25 @ 7:50pm are all heard in the background talking back and forth terrible all confused saying who should we say made these then the lead DAVID comes forward with absolutely no resolution for this. Ridiculous!!!!! And guess what. I'm out $40 for sandwiches and they won't do anything about it. Avoid this location at ALL cost. Asked for mayo, mustard extra onions and this is what I get. Pretty much implied I'm lying when I said I will send in a picture. Where's the condiments David ????

I love sandwiches - especially cold subs but my first experience at Jersey Mike's Subs fell short of my expectations. The sandwich was seriously lacking in the flavor department. I ordered The Original Italian, Mike's Way. The bread itself seemed slightly overbaked, making it drier than the rolls I'm used to. Plus it had too much gritty cornmeal, which made it messy to eat. And there wasn't enough to make up in flavor. Service was good so I'll bump up the star. Ambiance is typical for a casual sub shop. This Jersey Mike's is located on Frederick just south of the 60 freeway in Moreno Valley near Raising Cane's and Chipotle. I really wanted to like this place that's why I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I couldn't get myself to finish the other half of my sandwich. Pros: Long skinny paper bags to put their sandwiches in. Service Cons: Flavor was lacking Dry bread Gritty cornmeal on the bread.

I love Jersey Mike's, but I haven't had good service at this location the last few times ... when I asked for white bread. I was told they ran out. Then 3 minutes later a new customer asked for it. That employee went to the back to get it. I guess the employee that was helping me didn't want to take a few extra steps to help me out. Then there was a fly all over one of my sandwiches as they were making them. I pointed it out. I think if I didn't mention it they would not throw it away and make me a new one.... This will be the last time I'll go to this location even though I live down the street from it . They do not keep this place clean.

    Missing tomatoes

I did a online order. After picking up. When I get home. Tomatoes was missing off my sandwich. Tomatoes which makes no sense. When I called to ask were the out of the item. The worker got smart. So I asked for a manager. He words was. No tomatoes. Like it was no big deal. I said I have a picture. No apologies at all. Was told if I wanted something done. To bring the sandwich back. Well I'm home. And I not around the corner. They need to be more caring. Especially since it was their fault. Basically no apology or make it right unless I waste gas and bring it back.

When I arrived there was no one in here. I was helped immediately so that was nice. I've had their sandwiches before but was wanting something lighter since I was out running errands. I opted for a Super Sub in a tub, Mike's way. Even though they seemed to put a lot of seasoning on top, everything was a little bland. I found myself adding salt to try and pull some flavor out. I also wish they chopped the meat up instead of roll it for the tub. I know that's not a store choice, but it just makes for awkward eating. Overall it was alright.

    Gross

Expect terrible service with a side of attitude. As I came in the so called manager was arguing with a customer whose order was suppose to be ready at 11:59 and the time was 12:35! I walked in and asked about my online order that was suppose to be ready as well and he said they were working on it. I could see the had just put it on the grill. Granted it's fresh but if you set a time expectation when you order ahead they need to work on having it ready. The guy at counter doesn't even apologize for the long wait. The girl at the grill had a lot to say about a customer too not paying attention to the customers listening to her talking about a customer.

A terribly made sandwich. Do better Jersey Mikes.

Been a customer of Jersey Mike's, not anymore. Spent 20.15 for a Roast Beef (G6) that was lacking the appropriate amount of meat. Spent 19.45 on a Turkey (G7) also lacking the appropriate amount of meat, and missing the mayo that was requested. Called the store, was told the manger was away but the person who took my call would help me. After I explained what happened her only solution was to bring in our sandwiches so they can take a look at them. Unfortunately not an option for me, I don't live close the store and I don't feel well. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Fine, here I am on Yelp and attaching pictures for all to see. I plan to take my business elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this place. $51.25 spent for a bread and lettuce sandwich.

So after the gym, we decided to get some Jersey Mike's! Parking was pretty bad outside due to the plaza being very busy. We decided to get a Giant Chipotle Steak on Rosemary bread. The sandwich took about 10 minutes to prepare. The girl that was making the sandwich for us was very helpful and we got a good portion of meat. The sandwich came out to $19, which is a little pricey but the quality was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Will definitely go back for more sandwiches!

Quik Stop Subs have always been a alittle pricy but for what you received it was well worth the price. A fully loaded sandwich piled high with meat and veggies. I have a colleague that also went to Quik Stop that same day and we both had the same experience. I guess it's back to homemade sandwiches from now on. I'm sad to have to move on but I won't pay for a sandwich that is over $10 with a slice of meat and sprinkle of veggies. The service is still great.

Answer: Quik Stop Subs I didn't know where it was in relation to the freeway so you will have to trek another 5 minutes further than you want to but believe me it's worth it. I remember first driving by a Jersey Mike's and thought we could just go there but I went with my instincts and it paid off. This place is killer! It's in a non-descript retail center. It's very clean and smells just like an Old fashion Italian sandwich shop...fresh baked bread and fresh lunch meat and cheese. We were greeted by two lovely women, San and Nary. They both are GREAT! Super friendly and boy can they make a incredible sandwich. We ordered the 9" Godfather ($13.99) with ham, capicolla, salami, roast beef, turkey, and provolone cheese plus all the extras. Excellent! The sandwich was perfectly proportion (meat/ cheese/bread), but what takes it to the next level is the freshly baked, perfectly toasted house made bread. I asked San and Nary where they got the bread and they both said in unison, "The Boss makes it." Enough said. Great place. Great people. Great sandwich. Great stop. 5-Stars!!

This place is always busy, both inside and with takeout orders, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead if you're in a hurry. That said, they are consummate professionals at what they do, and even if you walk in, the wait is never painful. My advice: check out the menu while you're in line and be ready to order when you get to the register. They're busy, and nobody wants to be the indecisive person holding up the line! Their daily specials are incredible, but be aware that if you want a special from a different day, it's not happening. Also, get there early if you want the special, because they can and do sell out -- which honestly just proves how good they are. Everything here is done right. The menu items are thoughtfully put together, balanced, and full of flavor. Portions are generous without being ridiculous, prices are very fair, and honestly, I think they may even be low compared to the value you get. The staff is always helpful, and the girl at the counter has been there as long as I've been going -- I believe she's family -- which says a lot about the heart behind this place. Don't skip the market, either. They carry some of the best Italian ingredients, and it adds even more to the experience. Saverino's is by far the best sandwich spot in Redlands, and I'd go out on a limb and put them in the top five on the West Coast. Family-run, local, consistent, and absolutely top notch. This place is a winner and deserves a try. Just one warning: THEY ARE ADDICTIVE!
