I think this is really good considering how busy they were Location it's near Cinnabon and Chuze fitness, so it was on the opposite side of the mall from where we entered (Macys). DRINK ORDERED: Banana Pudding Matcha I'm only going to be rating the drink I personally had. RATING: 7/10; I never thought banana pudding and matcha would be a flavor combo I'd drink together, but it was overall decent. I wish they would have put a small layer of banana pudding at the bottom of the cup and then the layer at the top. I was only able to taste the banana pudding until I was almost done with my drink. It's not something I'd drink again personally, but it could be others cup of tea! My other two parties got a Coconut Matcha and Luna Latte and they both gave it a 10/10. It was just the right amount of sweet. Not too much, so it wasn't overpowering. The flavor was perfect. Sweet, with a hint of nuttiness. There are plentty of milk options, and a whole list of drinks I cant wait to come back and try! The walnut brownies looked absolutely decadent, but I really had to restrain myself considering it's bathing suit season! Hahaha! The guy making the drinks worked quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly when when my drink was ready. I really like the people who work here! The vibe here is pretty mellow. There were a few people waiting for drinks, one guy sipping coffee and working, and another couple having desserts chatting at a table. The noiselevel was low, and the music was good. The price was reasonable and the overall experience was great. The decor is minimal but fun and clean. The service was immediate and friendly. I could not finish the large in one day but that's because I'm not a huge tea drinker. The tea was a little strong for me....so I had to separate it and add more milk to tame the flavor a little. Coffees great. Need new cups…read more Really disappointed with the cup quality. The cup and/or lid leaked badly and coffee ended up all over my car and cup holder. I've never had this happen with a coffee shop cup before. The cup was clearly not secure enough to prevent leaking, and it made a huge mess. Please consider using better-quality cups and lids because this is a pretty frustrating experience, especially when you're taking coffee to go. I hope the shop addresses this because a simple cup should at least be able to make a 30min drive without leaking everywhere.

Upon further review, I think the ice-blended coffee items are Dutch's bread-and-butter. Maybe I stopped by on an off-day. Nonetheless service was great and the staff respected our time. A line was forming in the drive-thru so efficiency was key. The Dutch crew worked well together and had excellent communication.
